25 Chapter 25: Orochimaru

The things they were going to learn weren't much, with them only having to begin training chakra control by putting leaves on their foreheads, learn the theoretical knowledge that was given (Of which Tsunade was sure that they were going to try to brainwash the kids), run around the obstacle course, train in shurikens and kunai throwing, and have a taijutsu spar every week.

The day was mostly boring, due to the fact Tsunade had learned mostly everything from her past life and the extra knowledge she gained from studying Medical ninjutsu. The day went by quickly with the only people Tsunade actively talked to were Jiraiya and Sakumo.

The school day quickly ended with most parents picking up their kids, however when Tsunade was leaving the building with Ayako, she saw Jiraiya standing alone staring at all the other kids. That's when everything finally clicked for Tsunade 'Maybe that's why canon Jiraiya wanted to bring Orochimaru back to the village so badly. They gave him a family. That also might be why he didn't wish to stay in the village anymore after Minato's death since Tsunade, Orochimaru, Kushina, and Minato were all gone.'

Tsunade then turned to her mom and said "I'll be home later mom, I'm going to go play with one of my friends."

Ayako was stunned before she smile so large that Tsunade thought something was wrong with her mother.

Meanwhile, Ayako was thinking something entirely different 'YES!! I knew my daughter was normal and could make a friend. That means dad owes me another 1,000 ryo.'

"Of course dear, just be home before dinner so that Mom doesn't get mad." she said before they both shivered. No one likes an angry Mito.

Tsunade then ran towards Jiraiya, as she knew the feeling of not having anyone and she wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone.

However Jiraiya misunderstood Tsunade coming to him as something else 'Has she already fallen for my rugged charms. I didn't expect to get the beauty so soon, I'll have to make sure I don't break her heart yet.'

Just as Tsunade arrived and was about to ask him if he was ok, Jiraiya said "You don't have to speak my love, I can see your beauty from a mile away and I'd be happy to become your boyfriend." after which he tried to hug her.

Tsunade first was stunned, before her face turned entirely red in anger as she punched him as hard as she could without using chakra, which still sent him completely flying.

She then went towards the direction she punched him in to heal him while muttering "Stupid Idiot!" or "Baka!"

She finally arrived in one of the forests in the village that was near the academy and saw an unconscious Jiraiya hanging on one of the tree branches.

She helped him down and began to heal him with the Mystic Palm Technique.

'Uhh, my head hurts. What the hell happened. Wait, am I dead!!! Noooooo!! I didn't get to start my first relationship yet or get my first kiss. Why did I have to die so soon without hearing Tsunade's answer.'

However after he awoke, he saw Tsunade sitting beside him, staring at him like he was an idiot.

"Soooo, was that a yes?" Jiraiya asked after making sure he was still alive.

Tsunade felt as if she was losing blood cells every second she talked to Jiraiya and she began to wonder if she made the right choice by feeling sorry for him, but just as she was about to begin berating him, she heard a twig snap from behind a tree.

She immediately pulled out a kunai from a storage seal on her wrist as she got in combat position and asked "Who's there?

The person in question simply came from behind the tree and said "It is only me." hissed the person.

Tsunade was surprised about who the person was, however she didn't show it as all she asked was "Orochimaru?"
