Chapter 203: Battle Of The Grass (IV)

Duy looked at the battered Han with a tired expression, with him feeling that even his strong body was beginning to feel the stress of using the Seventh Gate.

Years prior, Duy had reached the limit of what he could with the Eight Gates technique without resorting to the final Gate of Death.

So, he and Tsunade decided to focus on him learning to use the Chakra Enhanced Strength, with that being an avenue to him due to his smaller reserves that gave him an easier time with Chakra Control.

So, after three years of study, Duy had perfected the technique to be used alongside of his Eight Gates, with him now being able to deliver punches that could cause earthquakes.

Just as Duy was about to move, Demonic Chakra began to emerge from the body of Han, with him transforming into his full Tailed Beast state.

Now, what Duy faced was no longer 'The Cataclysm' Han, but instead, the Five Tails, Kokuo.

Kokuo wasted no time as it charged at him with it's horns, with it moving at impressive speeds even with it's massive size.

Duy immediately burst into the air to dodge, with him arriving above Kokuo as he thought about how he should take it down.

'I'm not sure that I will be able to use more than one Hirudora without my body fully giving out, so I'll need to save it for when I'm confident I can defeat him. The war around us won't let me recuperate. But, maybe I can bait it into using that technique.' Duy thought as he delivered punches so fast that they turned into massive fireballs.

The attacks forced Kokuo to retreat, with Duy then preparing to send some of the Fireballs in the direction of the Iwa troops.

Seeing this, Han asked his Jinchuriki to help them through their mental link, with Kokuo nodded in agreement as he prepared his attack.

Chakra began to become pressurized in Kokuo's mouth, with a sphere with a deep color beginning to form.

The amount Chakra he collected seemed to surpass nearly anything that Duy had felt, with him growing a serious expressing as he put his hands together.

As he placed his palm forward, he hit it with his other hand, now balled up into the shape of a fist.

The power he had created a concentrated blast of air, one that began to grow more and more powerful as it travelled and began to take the shape of a tiger, with the ground itself shaking due to the immense power that was carried in the attack.

"HIRUDORA!!!"

The tiger slammed into the Tailed Beast Bomb that was being concentrated in Kokuo's mouth, with it being pushed back until both it and the Hirudora imploded, with that occuring directly in Kokuo's face.

Inside of Han's mindscape, Han and Kokuo stood directly opposite one another, with both having a sad smile on their face.

'It seems that this is the end, old friend.' Han said to Kokuo.

[Yes. I didn't expect humans to be able to outpower a Bijuudama. It seems that we still underestimate you all.] Kokuo said politely, with him bowing his head slightly.

[It was a pleasure to meet you, Han. I know that we only truly accepted each other after Son Goku and Roshi worked so hard to build our relationship, but I truly feel that you are one of the few of your kind that accept us.] Kokuo said.

Han placed his hand on one of Kokuo's horns as he responded.

'The pleasure was all mine. When you return, try to travel to the West. The Land of Darkness should be able to hide you for some years. That way you won't have to worry about being sealed again.'

Kokuo seemed a bit surprised, though the two friends merely shared their last moment in silence, until a darkness took over them both.

The resulting explosion knocked Duy back, with it sending many of the lower ranked Shinobi of both sides flying simply due to the after effects of the attack, showcasing the sheer power that the Jutsu possessed.

Duy panted heavily as he stood again, with him awaiting to see if his attack had did severe damage to Kokuo. 

However, when the smoke cleared, it reavealed Han's lower body, with his upper half completely disappearing.

Duy stared at the remains of Han, his emotions complicated, with him then releasing the Seventh Gate and entering the Fifth while he took a few ration pills Tsunade had made to help alleviate the aftermath of the gates.

Duy then turned towards the remaining Iwa Shinobi, with him charging into them to help defend the lives of his comrades.

'So Han's been taken down? Damnit!! It looks like we have already suffered great lossess. The Mizukage's plan better work.' Onoki thought to himself as he avoided another boulder in the air, with it being thrown from Kagami.

At least, that's how Onoki interpretted it, as the man seemed to be doing the impossible and throwing the attacks around with his mind.

Onoki prepared for another attack, when he suddenly found himself unable to control his body.

'Possession Complete.' Inoki said as he possessed the body of the Tsuchikage.

Just then, Onoki saw a massive fist hit his body, with him being helpless to defend against the giant punch.

Choma stood in his giant form while butterfly wings flapped behind him, with him punch carrying enough power that it created an earthquake once his punch reached the ground.

Shikai stood in the distance, with him nodding to Dan, the next stage of his plan about to begin.
