Akashi was sitting looking out at the almost completed village, he was thinking about things, mostly about far into the future and his plans to make his village the best he could, but after a while, he realized thinking hundreds of years into the future was not a very effective thing to do.

He then stepped out of his office and looked at the soon to be complete village, the location was beautiful. They had huge mountains that stretched miles long, beautiful flowing rivers, lush trees that were even better than the Konoha's, and best of all, it was always cool and sunny. Everything about it was amazing.

Akashi's personal favorite part would have to be the huge mountains, they were surrounding the village and there was only one small gap to get in through, so they don't need walls like most villages. It was the best defense, unless you were somebody like Madara it would be extremely hard to break into the village.

Now all he had to do was wait for the other villages to be created, the only problem with that was that there would be 6 villages and he didn't like the sound of that so he would just get rid of one.

He would probably get rid of the Mist. There are two reasons for this. One they were his least favorite out of all the villages. And two the 7 legendary swords of the mist, those swords would increase the power of his village a lot, if he could teach the jinchuriki kenjutsu and give them the blades they would be much stronger.

He had thought about becoming a jinchuriki many times but did not see the need to. He could already fight the strongest like Madara and Hashirama, and just in case he died it was more important to the village that it still had somebody that had enough strength.

Akashi also planned to learn some Kenjutsu, he would probably choose the Needle out of all the blades because of its usefulness to capture enemies, and with his ability to teleport it could make for a very deadly combo.

When he did destroy the mist he should probably get an ally to help, don't get me wrong I do think we could win, but why take the chance. The best ally he could get at the moment would probably be the leaf but he didn't really like Hashirama, so he would probably ask the Raikage.

The thought of fighting the 7 swordsmen of the mist was fun for him.

After taking his break he had to return to do more god damn paperwork. But this was extremely Important because he would be looking at teaching resumes for the teaching positions. After looking through all of them these are the people he selected

Normal Academy

1st year- Inata Orihisa, he was a 2star Chunin but had solid knowledge and he had the basics down

2nd year- Takese Sunoue, she was a 2star Chunin but decently close to a 3star, she was definitely the best choice.

3rd year- Yuken Matsumomi, was a 3star Chunin but had a diverse set of Jutsu.

4th year- Kiniro Geno, was from the Geno clan, a small clan of weapon makers, he was also a 3star Chunin but actually had some teaching experience in his clan.

The Elite Academy

1st year- Iwagae Kaneko, he was from the Kaneko clan and was quite skilled, he was a 4star Chunin

2nd year- Uranari Namikaze, he was from my clan and I had seen him battle before so I trusted him. He was a 5star Chunin.

3rd year- Degishi Yanori, he was a 1star jounin but he was in his late 40's so he was quite experienced.

4th year- Miyase Namikaze, he was a 3star Jounin, but for some reason applied for this job, so I gave it to him.

Kenjutsu Academy, for this academy he almost chose all members of the Tenshero clan. This was a small clan that focused only on kenjutsu so it was the oblivious choice.

1st year- Mero Tenshero, he was a 4star Chunin who was a very good Swordsman.

2nd year- Garuo Tenshero, he was a 2star Chunin, you may be wondering why somebody of a lower rank would be at a higher class, the reason for this is that Mero is stronger Garuo is better at Kenjutsu.

3rd year- Tenboku Tenshero, he was a 1star Jounin and was very fast with a sword, a great choice.

4th year- Rononoa Zoro, was a master of swordsmanship, even creating his own style with 3 swords. (This will be the only crossover)

5th year(optional)- Kenshu Namikaze, he was a 4star jounin and an elder if the Namikaze clan

Police Acadamy

1st year- Isenobu Akanori, a very chill person and fun to hang out with, he was a 3star Genin

2nd year- Atake Dorio, a very strict person who always follows the rules and would never bend on anything, he was a 1star Chunin

3rd year- Sasaka Nomao, she had tons of teaching experience and loved learning so it was the best choice, she was a 3star Chunin.

After doing all the work Akashi then wanted to relax, he knew the other villages would soon be created. The stone and sand had already been created and he knew that the cloud would be next followed by the mist, he would soon head out to the land of lightning.
