45 Chapter 45: Field Trip

At the table, Yao sat with everyone around her, with them deciding to eat whatever dish Yao concocted in the kitchen.

And it wasn't long before the table was adorned with a variety of foods, with them ranging from noodles and dumplings to sushi and chicken.

"This is incredible as always, Mother." Oogway said as he took a huge slurp from his noodles, with Irene glancing at him with disdain.

"You always were a Mama's boy. But the food is very delictable, Mother." Irene said while eating her own.

Commander Yamamoto simply stood nearby, with him not wishing to intrude on their family bonding, though someone noticed.

"Captain Commander, you said that their are only eight Masters inside of Kamar Taj. Why aren't you a Master?" Madara asked while stuffing his face with another dumpling, making him look quite ridiculous.

Yamamoto stroked his beard while looking at the boy before he answered.

"Well, it's simply due to the fact that I have yet to reach the level of power necessary for me to shed my mortal body.

While the rank of Master originally meant learning the level of Magic to a substantial degree, Lady Yao expanded the level of knowledge and subsequently upped the requirements, with her basically forming a new path of power.

Those who become Masters possess the ability to shed their physical forms, with them then embodying the closest concept that corresponds to their magic.

For example, Master Nabu represents the fundamental state of order and wishes for the World to remain in a monotonous and stagnant state.

This makes his conceptual state immune to nearly any form of damage, as he wished for himself to remain in a stagnant state. It basically gives them a nearly unbeatable type of power, and unless you can also perform it or possess the power to overwhelm them, they are nigh-invincible.

Those forms represent the pinnacle state that the vast majority of Sorcerers can reach, and even someone of my strength had not yet reached that point."

"What's Sensei's form?" Madara asked, now curious as to what his teacher could represent.

"I believe that's enough for today." Yao's voice interrupted their conversation as Madara merely turned his head.

"My apologies Lady Yao." Yamamoto spoke before about to lower his head, yet Yao stopped him with her smile.

The meal quickly finished up, with them all going out to the courtyard as Yao began to draw runes on the ground.

"Umm, Sensei? What are you doing?" Hashirama asked confusingly, as he couldn't understand what his teacher wanted to do.

"She's creating an Interdimensional Portal." Oogway answered as he began to help by drawing runes.

"I'm about to allow you two to take your first look into the types of beings that exist being the confines of our plane. It will be very helpful to ensure that you two grow on the right path and properly learn how much you have to grow." Yao stated as her eyes began to glow an ethereal white while the Mana around her began to coalesce into the spell, making the very world around them appear to glow.

"I command the Mana to open a door, one that shall allow me entrance into the realm that Jashin resides over!!" Yao stated, with the magic beginning to form a doorway, that led to a red environment, one that Madara and Hashirama both turned their eyes away from.

The two then glowed slightly as Irene placed a small enchantment spell on them, with it shielding the two from the negative corrosion that the Dimension caused on regular people.

"I'd hate for something to happen to you two while Mom makes her portal, so try not to get in any trouble." Irene said as she gave a slight smile, though both Madara and Hashirama felt their hearts swell upon seeing a smile as beautiful as that one.

Their attention turned back when the portal finally solidified, with Yao now standing in front of it with narrowed eyes.

"Now, let's take a field trip to see an old friend of mine." Yao stated as she stepped through the portal, with everyone there following her lead as they headed into the Dimension of Destruction.
