Having cast the ultimate Genjutsu, Danzo modified the memories of Hiruzen, turning him into a loyal dog to him. The current Hiruzen would die if Danzo asked him to. Having the professor now as his puppet, it would be easy to force Kuzo and the Kazekage to give up.

"And who are you?" asked Danzo as he looked at the Kazekage.

In response to his question, the Kazekage reached for his mask and hat and brought them down, revealing Hiruzen's face.

Danzo opened his eyes widely, his heart pounding faster and faster.

There were two Hiruzen in front of him.

The Hiruzen next to him turned into water that dropped on the ground.

Danzo couldn't believe his eyes.

Had he just wasted the ultimate Genjutsu on a water clone? A clone that wouldn't even transfer the memories to the original.

"I have to thank Kuzo san for warning me about Shisui Uchiha's eye," said Hiruzen as he threw his robes away, revealing himself for the second time in his battle armor.

His eyes moving left and right, Danzo examined the situation, thinking that he could still win.

He still had a few hidden cards, such as the Izanagi. He could catch Hiruzen and Kuzo off guard if he played it right. But the problem would still be Orochimaru, an undead. Still, he could seal him last.

Ink marks spread on Kuzo, turning him into a demon-like humanoid. "You are going to die. Give up, Danzo."

"Humph." Danzo raised his guard. "Try to kill me."

From one tree, behind Danzo, golden chains wrapped him, rendering him unable to move. 'This is bad.'

Kuzo looked at Kushina, who was hiding behind the tree in Anbu clothes. When they exchanged glances, she gave him a thumbs up.

But this battle was far from over.

Kuzo threw a kunai at Danzo's head, killing him on the spot.

"Don't let your guard down. This guy can still revive. Each eye would let him stay alive for a minute or so," Kuzo warned the Hokage.

With his sensory ability, Kuzo could tell immediately where Danzo would appear. He formed a series of hand signs, looking in one direction. He then spat a dragon made of flame. Just when Danzo appeared from thin air, he got hit, burning.

Danzo reappeared again.

This time, the one who welcomed him was Orochimaru, a snake wrapping around Danzo's head and biting him on the neck.

Danzo vanished and reappeared from behind Kuzo, thrusting a kunai at his back. Since there was a bone layer under the skin, the kunai broke as soon as it made contact.

A series of spiky protrusions appeared from Kuzo's back, wrapped in wind, and they thrust into Danzo's front. The latter jumped back and managed to avoid being pierced.

Danzo bit his finger and weaved the signs for summoning jutsu, hitting the ground, causing the appearance of a giant elephant.

Orochimaru did the same. This time, he summoned a great-sized snake, which engaged in a battle against the elephant.

Hiruzen appeared behind Danzo, thrusting a kunai into the latter's back.

At the same time, Kuzo realized that this would be a long battle. From his mouth, a clay substance was released. From it, a long bow with spider silk emerged with a bunch of arrows.

'Lightning will enhance its abilities.' Kuzo wrapped his arrow in lightning and looked left and right, sensing where Danzo would appear. Instantly, he appeared in a high place. From his mouth, a series of air bullets flew at them. Everyone dodged except for Kushina and Orochimaru, since they were basically immortal. Kuzo aimed his bow, releasing a giant lightning arrow that thrust through Danzo's chest.

'How many times is this guy planning to do that.'

This battle was getting frustrating.

'I need to find a way to stop him from using Izanagi.'

Kuzo was hit by an idea.

Why waste time.

He created a shadow clone that vanished and moved around.

When Danzo reappeared again, he was behind Kuzo. Kuzo's shadow clone appeared behind him, forming the hand sign of mind transfer jutsu.

With a bit of luck, it worked, and Danzo was possessed by Kuzo's shadow clone.

Kuzo raised his hand, indicating for Kushina and the Hokage to stop and come here.

Danzo looked at his arm, saying, "He still has 3 Sharingan. Well. Let's sever this arm."

Danzo, who was possessed by Kuzo's clone, held a kunai and wrapped wind around it. He then severed the arm.

Kuzo took the arm and decided to keep it. It still had Sharingan and Hashirama cells. It would be worthy to know a way how to get them into himself. Even if it meant he would have to clone them with Kabuto's knowledge, which Karin had. Well. He still had Orochimaru, whom he could force to work on that. Maybe he could reanimate Kabuto and other great scientists through history.

'I mean. Hashirama was only OP because he had Hashirama's cells.'

Once he sealed the arm, he looked at Danzo. The shadow clone had lost his arm. But he hadn't undone the jutsu yet. Knowing he would remember the pain later, Kuzo bit on his lip and dispelled the shadow clone jutsu, looking at Danzo who woke up from his daze.

"You know, Danzo." Kuzo smiled, "the mistake you made was getting me kidnapped."

"Why are you telling me that?" asked Danzo as he held his bleeding arm, staring daggers at Kuzo.

Kuzo smirked and scoffed. "So that you remember not to mess with me in your next life."

Kuzo raised his hand, a Rasengan that was growing bigger and bigger covered them. He then slammed it on Danzo, erasing any trace he had left on earth.

A spirit-like matter entered through Kuzo's seal, nourishing him with the jutsus of Danzo.

When Kuzo looked at himself, he didn't feel that his power increased dramatically, nor did he gain the Sharingan or anything else.

'Maybe I should crush those eyes. Or worse. Eat them.' He frowned but decided to leave things for later.

Kuzo undid his demon transformation, getting back to his normal shape.

He then weaved a hand sign, sending Orochimaru back to the coffin, and then, into another dimension.

From the bushes of the trees, an Anbu appeared. When they took their mask down, Kushina's pretty face appeared.

"I could be released now, right?" she asked. 

Kuzo shook his head. "Only if you didn't break the contract with Orochimaru."

"What else can I do, then, troublesome kid?" she said, hands on her elbows and staring daggers at him.

Kuzo shrugged. Why was she angry, though? "Is that about Naruto?"

"It wasn't nice to put him under a Genjutsu that embarrassed him publicly."

"You didn't hear what he said about me?" Kuzo replied, narrowing his eyebrow. "Anyway, if you are worried, we can seal you, or find a way to revive you and then neutralize you."

"That's not it," Kushina replied. "It's been quite hard these days to see my son and not be able to talk to him. And as a reanimated person, it doesn't seem right."

"Enough," the Hokage interrupted. "Anyway, if Kushina wanted to see her son, we could hire her as a housekeeper. But that doesn't change a thing. As for Kuzo, I have to ask you. Why did you use the forbidden jutsu?"

"There is an army of reanimated people. To get them back to the other life, I needed to force Orochimaru to undo the jutsu. The only way was for me to reanimate him and force him to send those reanimations back."

"I see. You had no choice," the Hokage said, "Anyway. Your mission is officially over. You may regain your rank as a Jonin."

The Hokage said, walking back. "Now it's my time to prepare for the ceremony."

Kushina put her Anbu mask back. She walked next to Kuzo, asking, "By the way, what did you mean by reviving me?"

"There is a way, or two. But both need sacrifices, or a special dojutsu."

"Special dojutsu?"

"First," he said, "Izanagi. Second, Rinnegan. Third, I believe that woman from the sand village knows how to do that."

If he wasn't wrong, Madara could use Izanagi after he was in the tomb and after a long time of his death. Izanagi was a Yin-Yang release. Kushina's soul was here. By using reality alter jutsu, she could turn into a breathing creature again.

Of course, there were different methods to achieve that. Old Chiyo may have a good idea.

"I'll visit you later then," she said, walking aside him.

"You want to get back to life?" he asked her.

"I have a son," Kushina replied. "You're not a mother, so you won't understand."

"I don't think the Hokage would react well to that. What do you think?"

She lowered her mask, winked, and said, "It can always be our little secret."
