6 Chapter 6 : Forbidden Scroll.

"Naruto, what are you doing here," Shikamaru asked, making sure that he kept his performance as natural as possible. 

He was sure that out of everyone, at least the Hokage would know that he had been training for the last 1 month, and knowing that his father also knew this, he didn't have to worry about this situation. 

He will just say that he was training and meeting Naruto while he was here. 

But the real question is why was he here in the first place? 

Simple, he wanted a look at the scroll of sealing and if possible get some good jutsu for himself. Above all, he was looking for Hiraishin and Shadow Clone.

"Yo Shikamaru, what are you doing here ?" Naruto who was reading the scroll like his life depended on it looked up at at Shikamaru and asked with a grim.

"Training, but what with that big scroll over there ?" Shikamaru asked as he came closer to Naruto. 

'There is a possibility that the Hokage is watching, I need to act like normal here.'

Shikamaru after thinking this, sat down beside Naruto while panting, this one part was not acting as if he was really tired. Even after one month of training, he was still nowhere near what Naruto or Sasuke could be, stamina vice. 

"Oh, I will tell you but promise that you won't tell this to anyone," Naruto asked making a mischievous face.

"Troublesome," Muttering Shikamaru didn't say anything but just looked at the scroll without even getting Naruto's permission. Not like he was reading it with permission.

Then his acting started, but only after he quickly remembered the only two techniques which he wanted to learn.

"Idiot, what are you doing with this, this has to be an important scroll, where do you get this ?" He almost shouted while confronting Naruto.

"No, no this is my secret test," Naruto retorted back. 

"What kind of test need you to steal a ninjutsu scroll,"

"This kind, Mizuki sensei said that I will pass the graduation test if I do this,"

"Troublesome, idiot you have been fooled," 

"Oi, who are you calling a fool, you are a fool, fool ya fool, I am Naruto Uzumaki the future Hokage Dattebayo," Naruto shouted.

'I know that I am acting but damn this boy is annoying. If I live in this Kishimoto Forsaken world then I'm sure not becoming his office wife...

Well, all the shit happening in Boruto is not even something I want to think about, not sure what I will do then ?'

Now he was thinking about what to say next but a sudden entry of Iruka saved him.

"NARUTOOOOOOOO" came the shout and even Shikamaru was cringe at this sudden shout.

"Iruka Sensei," that idiot Naruto thought didn't even flinch and kept waving towards Iruka, like welcoming him to be a part of a there gang.

Shikamaru silently shed tears for Naruto. But then suddenly the teacher's head was turned to him.

"And Shikamaru, what are you doing here? Are you also involved in this," Iruka asked.

Shikamaru wanted to immediately refuse but he stayed in character, well his old character that is.

"Troublesome, I just came here while training," Shikamaru said while contemplating which part Iruka would find most outrageous, him being at the scene of the crime or his training.

And by the look on Iruka's face, he wanted to say much to both the boys but before that, all of them heard something coming towards them at high speed.

Iruka pushed both the boys out of the way while a giant Fuma Shuriken hit him, injuring him.

"Iruka Sensei," Naruto shouted and rushed to help Iruka but at this time a figure appeared on top of a tree, staring down at all three of them.

"Mizuki, what are you doing," Shouted Iruka.

This led Mizuki to act more or less like how he did in the anime, talking about Naruto being the Nine Tail fox and this led to Iruka acknowledging Naruto. 

While this emotional and legendary situation was happening which pretty much started it all, Shikamaru was using his shadow to slowly move towards Mizuki. Thanks to all the shadows present, it was extremely easy to hide his extending shadow to move towards Mizuki.

"Naruto Run, you can't let Mizuki have that scroll," Iruka said.

But Naruto refuses, seeing Iruka injured. But seeing Iruka urging him, he ran and so did Mizuki before Shikamaru's shadow could reach up to him. 

"Tch almost got him there," Shikamaru shouted and ran behind Mizuki.

By the time Shikamaru reached up to Mizuki, he saw thousands of Naruto already present there, ready to pounce on Mizuki.

"Well, I guess I didn't have to worry here," Shikamaru sighed just then enjoyed the one-sided beating of one bad bad Ninja.
