39 Chapter 39 : Team 7 Rescue 2

As Ino and Choji joined the fray, the battle turned chaotic. Orochimaru, undeterred by their intervention, effortlessly countered their attacks with swift and precise movements. Despite their best efforts, Ino and Choji found themselves outmatched by the sheer power and skill of their opponent.

"Where is that lazy Nara. I swear if he don't come soon then even after death I will haunt him," Ino cried out. 

Although they where holding up for themself pretty well. But that wasn't enough. They were stronger than what they used to be thanks to all the training they did. But the person they were facing right now was none other than a one of the sannin.

Sasuke, gritting his teeth in frustration, continued to press the attack, refusing to back down. However, Orochimaru's relentless onslaught proved too much for him to handle alone.

He just internally thanks that there was at least someone who came to help him. Although not even as strong as him, the inclusion of both Choji and Ino was helping him. Unlike a certain pink-haired kunoichi who couldn't even take a single step under Orochimaru's killing intent. 

With a single glance, anyone could have pointed out that Orochimaru was toying with them. Gritting his teeth, Sasuke once again went for an attack, while both Ino and Choji were helping him.

The reason why Shikamaru sent both Ino and Choji to fight Orochimaru first was not because he was scared of Orochimaru or he didn't care about his Team but rather about his entire team, he is the only person who has any kind of tracking skill thanks to his divine wolf.

To find Anko on time and more than that to convince her, he himself has to go. 

Ino and Choji exchanged worried glances, their determination waning as they faced Orochimaru's relentless attacks. Yet, despite the odds stacked against them, they refused to give up, cursing at the same time at Shikamaru for not lazying around.

Sakura, watching from the sidelines, felt a surge of fear and helplessness grip her heart. But more than that, she was observing Ino more. Ino has grown pretty strong and after looking at him like this, she couldn't even believe it. 

Just when the fight was going on and Orochimaru was about to stop playing with those children. Someone appears.

Just as hope seemed to dwindle and Orochimaru's actually started to get serious a sudden burst of energy erupted on the battlefield. Naruto came crashing down out of nowhere with multiple of his clones surrounding them.

"Hey was that your snake which tried to kill me, I'm gonna kick your butt, Dattebayo," shouted Naruto with all of his clones rushing toward Orochimaru.

Ino, Sasuke and Choji seeing multiple clones just sigh, knowing that those clones won't accomplish anything but still, they are happy. 

This at least will distract Orochimaru for some time. Which was enough.

With a triumphant yell, Naruto leapt into action, joining forces with Sasuke, Ino, and Choji. Together, their teamwork and determination surged, pushing back against Orochimaru's relentless assault.

As the clones rush at Orochimaru, one simple fire jutsu is enough to blow them all off from the sannin. 

No matter how many clones Naruto sent, there was no way to stop Orochimaru. Naruto after seeing this situation as all of them were getting trashed from the pedomaru, now he was wondering whether this is the right time to use Rasengan. 

Strangely this time around, there was never a nervous breakdown from Sasuke, maybe something to do with the small speech given by Shikamaru. Possible!

With Naruto leading the charge, and ready to use his new super awesome jutsu, another round of fight was about to start.

Orochimaru was caught off guard by the very similar-looking rotating orb of chakra in Naruto's palm. Even Sasuke and others saw the jutsu and got taken aback. Only Orochimaru was aware of the jutsu and its origins. And maybe for the first time in the entire fight, Orochimaru felt a little threatened. 

It's not that dangerous for him considering he can just recover all the damage done to him by shedding this skin. But still, there is a limit to how many times he can do that. And thus he dodge. 

As the battle raged on, Naruto and his allies fought with unwavering determination, but after playing a little bit with Naruto and seeing what he was capable of. Orochimaru was ready to end this fight.

But the timing was absolutely against him. This was the time when another someone showed up.

This was none other than Anko, the seasoned ninja with a history intertwined with Orochimaru's, who made her dramatic entrance onto the battlefield.

With a fierce determination burning in her eyes, she unleashed her formidable skills, finally providing a true challenge to the Snake Sannin.

Anko's swift movements and strategic attacks caught Orochimaru off guard, forcing him to take her seriously for the first time in the battle and giving some leeway time for Team 7 and 10. The two clashed with ferocious intensity but Anko once lost the element of surprise, finally started to push back.

For a moment, it seemed as though Anko might have the upper hand only until Orochimaru got annoyed.

This was the third time someone came out of nowhere to disturb him.

With a sinister grin, Orochimaru tapped into his full strength, unleashing a barrage of devastating techniques that overwhelmed even Anko's formidable defences. 

Sasuke, Naruto, Ino, and Choji, watching in awe and horror, rushed to Anko's aid, determined to turn the tide of battle once more. Together, they launched another attack on Orochimaru but even then it was not enough to push back Orochimaru.

"Where is Shikamaru," Ino muttered as they were getting overwhelmed.

After all, he went to bring help, the help is here, Anko but he is not.

"WTF is he doing ?"
