All the Tailed Beasts Find Their Masters

Why did the jinchuriki only appear in the various ninja villages after the Second Ninja War? This cannot be unrelated to the destruction of the Uzumaki clan, Uzumaki Ryuto definitely wouldn't believe it! Otherwise, why would they go to so much effort to destroy the Land of Whirlpools?

It's clearly because they were drooling over Konoha's luxurious Nine-Tails accommodation, while their own tailed beasts were only half-alive, confined in seals. Whenever they lost a battle, instead of unleashing the jinchuriki, they released the tailed beast itself.

"It doesn't need to be perfect," Uzumaki Ryuto considered. "Just give them some ideas, or suggest a potential method!"

As for the results...the Uzumaki clan didn't offer after-sales service. Each village would surely modify the techniques to suit their own styles anyway, since the tailed beasts' natures differed.

"If that's the case..." The eldest elder pondered for a moment. "It wouldn't be too difficult."

Since the Eight Trigrams Seal was made for restraining tailed beasts, they only needed some simple modifications. After thousands of trial-and-error experiments on the unfortunate guinea pigs, at least one was bound to succeed. As for who...what did that matter to the Uzumaki?

"How will we distribute it to the other villages?" the eldest asked.

"Give half of it first, excluding Konoha. The other villages get it, and for the Hidden Mist...give it to the Hozuki clan," Uzumaki Ryuto replied. He had thought this through - it was still too soon to approach Konoha casually. Who knew if they'd be treated as spies and eliminated? Don't think a Whirlpool forehead protector guarantees safety - that's exactly the kind of thing Danzō specializes in!

Konoha would probably be delighted to see some naive Whirlpool ninja wander over while they had no news of the Land of Whirlpools.

So...it was best to wait until after the war to approach Konoha.

The eldest elder nodded in understanding - they definitely couldn't blindly trust Konoha now.

"After the war ends, give them the remaining half of the sealing techniques," Uzumaki Ryuto considered. "And the deployment cannot be too weak," otherwise they might get wiped out halfway.

"As for the Hidden Stone..." Ryuto narrowed his eyes. He had gifted the Hozuki clan leader Gengetsu a great favor! 

Hopefully seeing such support for Gengetsu the Mizukage, the Hozuki clan would stop eyeing the Land of Whirlpools so much.

As for Gengetsu himself...well, if it follows the storyline he will die together with Tsuchikage.
