This seal can seal anything regardless of the person's strength, Hagoromo and Hamura put some of their essence in the seal.

They exchange almost half of their life force because for this seal, they put their essence in the seal to keep the seal strengthen for 1,000 years.

With those loud words, Hagoromo and Hamura with their last strength sealed their elder brother in the sky causing a dazzling light.

A middle-age man with brown hair and a brown short goatee, he also has two protrusion-like horns on his head.

He also has on a white robe with nine Magatamas on neck-size robe with a peaceful look on his face, this man's name is Hagoromo Otsutsuki.
