"Hokage-sama." Genma greeted the old man standing ahead. The old man was looking outside the windows while smoking a pipe. Hiruzen Sarutobi was his name.

"Genma, So you asked for an audience it seems." Hiruzen smoked his pipe and asked after exhaling some smoke.

"Yes Hokage-sama, I wished to make a request." Genma didn't beat around the bush and straightforwardly stated.

"No need to be in such a hurry." Hiruzen smiled while looking at him, it was the warm smile of the grandpa next door.

"First tell me, how have you been?" He asked the young man by his standards.

"Thank you for your concern Hokage-sama, I have been rather doing well." Genma helps but be driven by the warm atmosphere.

"That's a relief, your well-being as not only a shinobi of Konoha but also a citizen is important after all." His tone was one of pure sincerity.

"What about the Ichigo? If I remember correctly, for some reason you were really interested in him."

"He is also fine, in fact, his progress as a shinobi has been nothing less than satisfactory." Genma's smile got wider thinking about his disciple. He was really proud of the boy after all.

"Hahaha, that I don't doubt, he has been breaking all records after all." Hiruzen was just happy with the boy's progress.

"And why that?" Hiruzen, who was all smiles until now's expression became serious as he asked with a grave tone. But he didn't directly reject his request, instead, he asked to know the reasons.

"To be honest, there is no serious reason or anything of the sort." Genma confessed.

"He just reminds me of the fourth."

"The fourth huh..." Hiruzen became thoughtful. His expression was one of nostalgia.

"From his speed to his way of carrying himself. When I look at him, I have the impression that he could be a good successor to the fourth." Genma revealed his thought.

He could already see, Ichigo on the battlefield, one against 1000, obtaining victory with nothing but speed, his jutsu, and technique. He could see no one else using the Flying Raijin at its full potential as of right now.

"So that's how it's. But tell me, is this boy the sole reason why you decided to take a break from your duty as a Hokage guard and instead became an instructor?" Hiruzen asked.

"Yes Hokage-sama, I wanted to see how far this boy could go if I took him under my wings." Genma confirmed the old man's doubts.

"His kekkei Genkai?" Hiruzen once again asked.

"While this is one of the reasons, I first didn't even know he had one, but it was for sure a welcomed surprise"

"Truly an interesting one his Kekkei Genkai, from what your reports stated is nothing short of amazing. Really, nature does wonder sometimes." The old man sighed, but then took another smoke.

"Your request, I will consider it"

This matter could not be decided lightly. What Genma wanted to do was not just pass down to him the Flying Raijin formation, but the complete S rank jutsu, which was the signature technique of the fourth. That alone shows how fearsome this jutsu was, but Hiruzen himself wanted to believe in the man's vision and prospect for his disciple.

"Hm... I do have another idea" After seemingly thinking for a while, the old monkey voiced.

"I was going to promote your protegee to a chunin in a month or so because of his achievements." He was first said before taking a pause. "I could give him the opportunity to enter the Anbu, if he accepts, then after a year or so, considering how he proceeds, he would probably have enough achievement for me to allow him to learn this jutsu."

Genma was satisfied hearing this, he knew full well that his request was a difficult one, and the chances of the Hokage accepting were low, so what the Hokage just proposed sounded like, he was really trying to accommodate his selfish request which, to be honest, made him even more happy and appreciative.

"But there is a condition, you are not authorized to tell him anything that happened here, so If reject my offer, even if the chances are low he will be the one responsible for his choice."

"Understood Hokage-sama"

While his instructor and the Hokage were having this conversation, Daiki on the other hand was having a hyper fixation on drawing. So he learned how to draw. It was not the first time, nor will it be the last time.

"What should I draw next?" He wondered, He was sitting somewhere in the Hokage mountains. Beside him was a drawing of nature and forest, not only that but also drawings of the different Hokage of the village, from the first to the fourth.

He was currently drawing the stone faces themselves. And In a matter of seconds, he was done.

"I am getting better and better at it, I wonder how much time it would take me to become a master or something" He was talking to himself as he started drawing something else.

Gay, Lee, Neji, Tenten, his instructor... He drew anything and anyone non-badly consequential.

As he was constantly using his super speed while doing all of that, his template percentage kept going up.

The last time He checked it was two months ago, it has been slowly but surely going up, meaning Ichigo was becoming faster and faster. At this point, he was almost scared of potentially how fast he could go since he already had obtained the template from the comics Quicksilver, or at least a powerful alternative version of him.

After finishing some more drawing, he packed his things since it was time for his training with Guy and Lee, well at this point team Guy since Neji started participating when he, with minimal effort beat the Hyuga's ass.

Byakugan is not that useful if you can't even see the opponent coming after.

"Hahaha." Laughing at his own inside joke, he took a quick...like really quick detour at home to depose his stuff, there was no one at home at this hour. His father was in his forge while his mother was also at work.

'She should be almost done with the clothes I asked her to make' He thought as he already arrived at their usual training spot with Team Guy.

"How Ichigo! You arrived at the perfect time."

"YO"

Guy remarked him coming before he could even greet them.

'Truly he is on another level. Not like I was at full speed thought.' Ichigo thought Guy is really worthy of admiration.

"Perfect time you say?"

"Lee and Neji are about to showcase the full passion of their YOUTH" Guy's eyes seemed to become fire while he beckoned Ichigo to come over.

Ichigo did, and he finally caught sight of Neji and Lee in a fighting position, while Tenten was cheering on the other side.

"Neji, this time I will win!" Lee announced, that he didn't want to lose this time.

"That's your fate and that you have to accept!" Neji shook his head.

"There is no way you can beat a genius like me with just hard work, you're destined to see me from below." He seemed to try to convince not only Lee but also himself.

"Tell that to Ichigo who beat you with a normal kick" Lee's retort caught the apprentice philosopher off guard making his expression fail.

"Well said, Lee! All you need is Hard work! You can do it" Ichigo cheered on the side as well

"As I said, a Kick delivered at such a speed can't be considered a NORMAL KICK!" Neji loosed his composure as he shouted toward the end. How was he even supposed to avoid that? Only Guy could do such a thing with no effort!

"I hear excuses upon excuses!" Ichigo didn't let this occasion pass to tease the poor boy.

"Also, just because you name the technique 'normal kick' doesn't make it Normal" The more he thought about the more infuriated he was getting. Ichigo had the gale to create this a Taijutsu technique of his own creation!

"My techniques, my names! if you don't accept it, then create your own!"

"Fine, I have enough of this nonsense! Lee, let's just fight!"

As finally cleaned his hand from this conversation, the fight between him and his teammate started.

And at some point, something that would give him future nightmares happened.

Lee took some distance from Neji, interrupting the Hyuga's momentum. the green-clothed boy took a firm step on the ground, collecting every single bit of energy he could get while also using his chakra to enhance his body as much as he could...

It was a technique that has been taught to him by Ichigo based on how Sakura and Tsunade enhanced their strength through chakra control alone. Yes, he also learned the available medical jutsu, not only that but read any book he found on the human body while also learning in the village Clinic... Lee suddenly accelerated going as fast as he could as he delivered three rapid kicks to Neji. One to the head which Neji was able to block, one, on the chest, and the last to the stomach, sadly he couldn't block those as Lee was just too fast.

That hurt but hurt even more when lee shouted the name of the technique.

"Ichigo Original, Normal series: Triple consecutive normal kick."

"Hahaha." That... even got a laugh out of Guy.

"You're sure that you don't want to change the name of this technique?" Asked Tenten who at some point of the match rejoined them.

"I will, eventually, but not now..." Ichigo smiled.

But seeing Neji's current expression he also couldn't help but laugh so much that there was some tear in his eyes.

Also, Ichigo attained what he call master level in drawing by the end of the day... He wasn't surprised.
