34 Chapter 34 - Kagami vs Raikage

"Is it too late to talk about this?"

Facing the Raikage, a man Kagami really didn't want to face at this moment. He was answered with a fist that clearly wanted to cave in his face. So tossing up a kunai with his formula for the Flying Thunder God, Kagami narrowly dodged the Raikage fist.

However, not letting the small opening go, Kagami quickly formed Amenomihashira and slammed it down onto the Raikage back. Which was followed by five loud explosions as the rasengan balls inside exploded in rapid succession.

"Brat, you mastered that blasted technique." The Raikage yelled in anger.

While his lightning armor took most of the damage, he still had injuries on his back. Since unlike his father, the Third Raikage, the Fourth didn't inherit his thick skin. However, his skin was still thick since this one move didn't immobilize him nor slow him down by much.

"Oh, it is not the only thing I learn." Kagami winked with a smirk.

The Raikage growled softly as he formed a claw with his hand and attempted to swipe down onto Kagami's head. Kicking the ground as he stepped just out of the range of the attack. Kagami coated his sword in wind chakra and quickly swiped out arming to disable the Raikage hand.

Yet, how can any village Kage not have any trump card or bodyguards. So besides lightly cutting Raikage's arm, Kagami received a heavy kick from his side. So rocketing into the side of the brothel, a man with dark skin, blonde hair and rough looking face appeared near the Raikage.

'Ah, a bodyguard.' Kagami mentally sighed as he picked himself up.

Seeing that four more appeared around the Raikage. Kagami didn't want to continue this fight as his goal isn't to assassinate the Raikage nor does he want to. If he did assassinate the Raikage, too much trouble would follow and it would be a miracle if Kumogakure didn't begin the next large scale war for revenge.

Slamming his hands together, Kagami began to mold his chakra quickly as he unleashed a large four legged ice dragon golem. So a large ice dragon that was the size of a two story building appeared before him as it gave out a soundless roar. Which made the bodyguards sweat as it rushed towards them.

However, Kagami didn't stop molding as he began to spread his chakra across the ground.

"Black Iron: Tidal Wave."

A large black wave made of black iron sand formed beside Kagami as it followed the ice dragon. Crashing into the nearby buildings as it rapidly towards the target. However, Kagami also felt more than half of his chakra leave with these two moves, so he was running on quarter of his chakra now.

'I really need to work on improving my chakra reserves. Running low on chakra like this after a few jutsu is bad.' Kagami thought to himself.

Using the moment he was out of sight of the Raikage and his bodyguards. Kagami ran away as continuing this fight wasn't worth it. So he ran towards Mira who was facing the Eight Tails.

Arriving at the battlefield where Mira was fighting the Eight Tails. Kagami watched for a moment as Mira danced around the battlefield as she faced off against the half transformed Killer Bee. Her movements were graceful as she weaved between seven swords with her Sharingan whipping around keeping track of everything.

'Haha, Mira is doing better against Killer Bee as an eleven year old, compared to Sasuke at sixteen or seventeen.' Kagami thought. 'Then again Killer Bee isn't as proficient in his swordplay compared to then since there are still around fifteen or so years till then.'

However, while he thought of this, Kagami molded his chakra and used Wind Release: Great Breakthrough and slammed a large wave into the side of Killer Bee. So using this moment before Killer Bee could counter and monetary lost sight. Kagami appeared next to Mira and used the Flying Thunder God to leave.

Appearing outside of the city a few miles away, Kagami took a few deep breaths as he felt winded after using so much chakra in such quick successions. However, it only took a few minutes for him to recover a bit and adjust himself. Since this wasn't the first time he was low on chakra.

"Come on, we got to move." Mira said as she looked in the direction of the city.

While their battles did cause a fair bit of damage to the city, the Raikage seemed to be on a rampage. The sight of a couple buildings falling to the ground also told her that their mission was a fifty-fifty on success and failure.

"We are going to be blamed for that aren't we." Mira asked a question she already knew the answer to.

"Let's not worry about that. The Raikage will just demand some extra resources." Kagami shrugged. "However, we will need to be more careful for the next period of time."

Even if the Raikage can't be on the front lines hunting them, he will probably send a large number of jonin and possibly the two tails and Killer Bee. All just to hunt them down, since not only did two eleven year olds escape from him but one has learned Flying Thunder God alongside Magnet and Ice release. Which is very concerning since it gave the impression that a child prodigy is in Konoha with two kekkei genkais.

Mira nodded to Kagami's words as they both left quickly and headed towards camp. Since their mission couldn't be continued and they needed to report the situation soon. Since the Raikage and the Eight Tails Jinchuuriki Killer Bee was nearby.

Back in Konoha inside an underground base, an old man covered in bandages with a large X shaped scar on his chin frowned. Then in an uncharacteristic way, he slammed it onto the desk as unbridle fury appeared on his face. For what he was reading was the report of his latest check up.
