14 Chapter 14 - Breaking the Enclosement

"Can we talk about this?"

Within the encased circle Kagami who stood back to back with Mira asked. His voice filled with confidence and joy as if he was asking about the weather. Sadly, it appears the grown men surrounding him disagreed.

"Talk to my kunai brat." A tall and fairly muscular man grunted.

"Ok, Mr. Kunai, can you please stab your owner? In the heart or throat is preferred, but his spine or liver is just as good."

After speaking, Kagami felt Mira giving him a hard eye roll for his bad joke. Otherwise if it wasn't because of the dire issue, she would want to bonk him on his head. An effect that also seemed to affect the ones surrounding him.

Then as if a signal was given the Suna shinobi that surrounded them launched forward. However, at the very same moment, their Captain Inuzuka suddenly bursted out in great speed and vanished before all of them. Leaving not only the Suna shinobi stunned but both Kagami and Mira, while the Hyuuga clan member blinked as he laughed bitterly.

"We were just abandoned weren't we?" Mira asked.

"Maybe it's a strategy?" Kagami answered with a bit of hope.

While both him and Mira were strong for their age and said to be around chunin level. That won't help much as they were not only surrounded by three chunin but five jonin. So even if they had a Hyuuga member, it is a tough situation.

"You two, go after the Inuzuka member." The leader of the Suna pointed at two chunin and told them to run after Captain Inuzuka.

Not delaying orders the two chunin took off leaving the five jonin and one chunin left. However, in the small moment the Suna leader ordered the two, he also happened to look away. Hence, Kagami slammed his hands together.

"Earth Release: Earth Flow Spears."

Within moments, rock spears shot out of the ground and impaled the chunin through her legs and into her chest with the tip sticking out of her neck. The leader on the other hand felt the danger and attempted to dodge but was pierced through his right leg. While the other four jonin only suffered from light cuts as they kept their eyes on him.

"Try to keep one alive so we can discover their plans." The Hyuuga member said as he launched forward.

While he keeped one Jonin busy, Mira and Kagami were facing the other four. Noticing one of the jonin beginning to make hand seals, Mira silently threw a pair of kunai past him making the jonin snicker thinking she missed. Until he saw a small reflection as thin wires appeared on either side of his neck.

In a small yank, the jonin had two deep gashes on his neck as he collapsed while blood poured out of his neck.

"Wind Release: Great Breakthrough."

A great burst of wind appeared and knocked both Kagami and Mira back slamming them hard into the ground. Rolling a few times as they tried to stop the momentum, but how could their enemies allow them to recover. They were professionals and jonin hence before either could recover full three jonin were on top of them swinging their arms down.

In a moment seeing that Mira was going to be stabbed, Kagami barely within range of her kicked her out of the way. While at the same time swinging a kunai he pulled out of his pocket into the man's pelvis area.

Blood splattered as the man cried out in pain as he knelt down while Mira only suffered light cuts as the two blades at her missed the mark and lightly cut her skin. Not missing this chance, Kagami stabbed out with his sword and inserted the tip into the man's throat.

Thus leaving them down to three jonin.

Pulling the sword from the man, Kagami looked towards Mira who was covered in dirt and had minor wounds. She was trying her best to defend off the two jonin targeting her, but how could a child block grown adults' physical strengths. However, Kagami didn't have time to worry about Mira at the moment as the Jonin who blasted them with Wind Release: Great Breakthrough slashed him across his back.

"Kagami!"

Mira shouted as tears nearly welled up as his blood splashed.

Great pain assaulted his mind as Kagami turned to the Jonin who slashed him. Greatly angered at him, Kagami clapped his hands and spread them apart as a large blue orb appeared between them. Before anyone could react, five rasengan appeared inside as he launched it into the Jonin who was sent backward as the blue orb drilled into him before the shell broke as the five inside continued to drill into him leaving a heavily mangled corpse by the time the jonin stopped.

Panting as Kagami felt his body feeling heavy as he used a third of his chakra in that attack and having a heavy cut on his back. He looked over to Mira who sidestepped a blade and inserted her own into that blade owner's throat. Wondering how, he soon noticed Mira eyes have changed as they turned blood red with a black tomoe in them.

However, he soon noticed that while she could see the jonin movements, her body couldn't keep up. While she trained her body to try to counter this side effect that all Uchiha go through when awakening their Sharingan. Kagami watched as the second jonin left a trail of blood as he sliced her back, splattering her blood.

As Kagami felt Mira blood on his cheek, he lightly touched it as he felt a burning pain in his eyes. He didn't pay attention to this as he felt his world slow down as he watched Mira slowly falling to the ground. It felt like his heart stood still as he picked up a kunai and quickly implanted his incomplete mark onto the handle. Then he threw it and appeared next to it with a rasengan in hand as he slammed heavily down on the Suna Shinobi back.

"Incomplete Flying Thunder God Technique."

Then feeling drained as this last attack drained him of the rest of his chakra from forcefully using the incomplete Flying Thunder God and Rasengan. Kagami, ignoring his own wounds, carefully made his way towards Mira and noticed that she was still alive. Pulling out bandages from his pocket, he went to work on patching her up ignoring his own wounds.

"Kagami, you managed to do it." Mira spoke softly.

A smile formed on his lips as he nodded as he tied off her bandage. It wasn't until she looked up at him did her eyes widen as she looked into her eyes.

"Kagami, your eyes." She said, "Quickly stop channeling chakra to them."

Not understanding, he noticed that a bit of his low chakra was heading towards his eyes. Kagami cut the connection and felt a small change take place. However, it was something he could deal with later as he felt weak from blood loss and chakra exhaustion.
