Transmigration

Konoha Year 66:

In the center of Konoha, an old man smoking a cigar sighed while looking at the piles of paper he needed to sign. He thought back as to how he ended up again in this office.

It has been exactly a year since the Nine tails disaster. The loss that Konoha suffered during Nine Tails attack was greater than what it lost during the 3rd Shinobi war. The aftermath of it shook Konoha to the core. With 2 continuous losses Konoha was at its weakest taking many shinobis lives and leaving even more orphans in the many orphanages of Konoha.

In one such orphanage, a boy with blue eyes and black hair woke up screaming while clutching his head only to wake up everyone in the orphanage who rushed to the source only to find the boy falling unconscious.

Hiroshi Rai woke up while still massaging his head cursing himself for drinking so much yesterday promising himself for the hundredth time not to drink again. Slowly he opened his eyes and looked. Frowning upon noticing his unfamiliar surroundings. Suppressing his urge to scream. He then looked down at his arms while thinking why they were so small, while looking he also realized he was in some kind of medieval looking room. "Did I return to past?", "Did I time travel?". His thoughts was broken when he noticed two kids walked into his room screaming "Rai are you okay?". He replied "Just Headache Stop Screaming" while thinking "Who are these guys wait I seem to know them damm this headache". Watching those two run away again. He tried to gather his thoughts only to realize there is another set of memories in his head it belong to a boy named Hiroshi Rai. While he looked through them he was shocked to realize he had transmigrated into this boys body what was even more terrifying was that this world was that of Naruto. This realization shocked him from anime everyone would think that in this world as long as one stayed one from major cities he would be safe but he was not naïve enough to think that was the case in a real world especially when the world has overpowered mercenaries running around and doing whatever they wanted. In this world only those who had the bigger hand would survive not to mention about the shadow with mommy issues just thinking about it gives me a headache. 

The truth was he was terrified just thinking about this world where life was meaningless without power was terrifying him. After getting some semblance of control he decided he has to plan his future. He thought, "Alright! from now on I am Hiroshi Rai . My parents seem to be one of the many casualties from the Nine tails attack which seem to have happened a year ago also I would be going to the academy in four months I also happened to be four years older than Naruto, Okay that should be enough to prepare sixteen years till the Fourth Great Shinobi War ".Then he tried meditating to feel chakra, only to instantly sense some form of weird energy. He thought "That has to be chakra but I don't remember having it unlocked must have happened when I transmigrated sweet!!". Then he tried to it move only to fail. With that he thought he should first explore the surroundings before doing anymore training.
