The elevator to the underground training area was going down with a man standing on it. Shibai was finally going to challenge Ōtsutsuki Isshiki and complete his last training milestone. Isshiki had been troubling him for a while already since he was the only one he couldn't beat no matter what he tried but now with his Perfect Sage Mode, he felt confident. He went to the battling area with unbreakable walls around it and summoned the avatar of Isshiki.

The battle started with Shibai immediately teleporting next to the enemy and throwing the hardest punch he could. The fist was enhanced by chakra and nature energy and on top of that it was coated with both advanced Conqueror's and Armament. It was so fast that the avatar didn't have any time to dodge, thus it was sent flying at incredible speeds and a huge boom was heard when the figure collided with the wall. The damage done to him was apparent but he still managed to stand back up although coughing blood. The battle continued for a while but the result was already decided on the first attack. This Shibai was even superior to Baryon Mode Naruto and it didn't even have a time limit since it was his base form in a sense.

'It's done, the last milestone completed and just in the nick of time.'

The last few days he had of his mission he spent the time finally relaxing and just went to the gym casually. That brings us to the moment Shibai had waited for all this time. The end of his two-decade-long mission and the founding of his own shinobi village.

*Ding*

[System Initialization Quest: Completed! Congratulations host.]

A huge smile made its way to Shibai's face, it was finally time, 'So what benefits does this version of the system give me?'

[Now that the system is in its full form it can do other things than just train you. The main purpose of it is the betterment of the living conditions in your village and making your people stronger. For example, you can now open gift packs specifically designed for important members of your village or I can provide help scouting for people with great potential, although I'm sure you can sense that with your Observation Haki.]

'Sure sounds useful. Can you tell me what the gift packs could provide?'

[For example, the system will be providing your shinobi with cheats in some form.]

'That's good, if I'm able to provide shinobi who work hard but don't necessarily have the same talent as prodigies, it will motivate them to keep working hard for the potential rewards.'

[And then there is this, please step out of the hut for a moment and head out of this area and towards the center of the valley.]

Shibai was confused but obeyed. He opened the door to the center of the valley and looked around. Nothing seemed different, 'So what's supposed to happen here?'

[3… 2… 1… Complete.]

Suddenly something big started rising out of the ground. The roof came out, followed by the walls, the rest of the building, and hedgerows circling it. Now there stood a beautiful Japanese castle that reminded Shibai of Himeji Castle from his previous life, 'This will be my new home now? So stunning.'

[This castle will be your home and the center of the village. Everything else will be built around it. The system has sealed it off completely so starting from the hedgerows it cannot be broken into and only people you accept can enter, even space-time jutsu cannot cross it. The castle has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with gardens and ponds perfect for relaxing plus stunning interior design made just to your liking.]

'I love it, thank you so much!'

[That's not all, go back to your hut now, you can explore the castle later.]

Shibai disappeared again and transported himself back to the area where the hut used to be. The small wooden hut was completely gone and in its place stood a building even bigger than his new home, 'Just what is this?' He wondered.

[This is the school/shinobi academy. Both future ninjas and civilians alike will study here. There is everything you could need here from training areas to classrooms and a large cafeteria. Since the academy has replaced your previous hut, you can even reuse the large underground training area for the students coming here.]

'It will surely be useful, there is no way I would let people graduate from here knowing only the most basic of jutsu and dieting or something equally ridiculous. I will have to make sure the kids train their bodies as much as possible. Even if you don't intend on becoming a taijutsu-type fighter, having a strong body is the most important aspect in combat since you don't want to be a glass cannon, and speed and reflexes are vital in a strong shinobi. It also may be my bias speaking since my style completely revolves around close combat but my point still stands.'

[You are correct. Now, I have the first official quest for you. Would you like to see it?]

'Let's see what you got.'

[The founding of the shinobi villages has already commenced and everyone is scouting for clans. Your mission, for now, is to get your first clan to join the village.]

[Reward: 2x Animal Companion, a gift pack containing 3 arbitrary devil fruits for you to use however you wish. You could choose to eat them or give them to someone else.]

'Wow, system you really give away cheats like it's nothing.'

[You are right. The system is tailor-made for your needs as a village leader after all.]

'I really lucked out huh? Is there a punishment for failure?'

[No since the system doesn't think this can be failed.]

'You're right. Let's start.'

"Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" Suddenly around ten thousand physical copies of Shibai appeared in the valley. "Everyone, let's map out as much of this world as possible so we can get access to anywhere with the Door Fruit. Scatter!" Shibai shouted and they all enabled the Wind Chakra Mode he created based on the Raikage's similar technique for faster and more precise movement. All the clones disappeared from sight using the new Shunsin so fast most people would've thought they teleported.

'I hope the extra task I gave the clones can also be accomplished since I don't want to deal with that pest in the future.'
