The door broke down as an angry voice ran through Sukuna's house, ''Brat! Why are you not opening the door!''
The man had short brown hair with brown eyes and a short stature. However, it was clear he wasn't an ordinary person seeing all the wounds over his arms and face.
He was one of the remaining Jonin in the clan, Sumure Senju, also someone who helped Sukuna whenever he could.
Sumure grumbled as he walked up to the second story of Sukuna's house. As he opened Sukuna's bedroom in anger, he saw Sukuna with his legs vertically against the wall and his back on the bed, his head hanging over the bed and a scroll in front of his face.
Sukuna moved the scroll a bit over his head and mumbled, ''Goodmorning Uncle''
''Goodmorning my ass! How much hours of sleep did you have today? Satori came back from a mission last night and noticed a 'CERTAIN SOMEONE' was training..... at night..... again!'' Sumure said in anger.
Sukuna looked at him and put the scroll down, he kicked his feet off the wall and rolled off the bed onto his feet.
He lightly smiled at the blatant worry for him, ever since he refused to abandon his name and started living in the compound, the remaining Senju's had done all they could to make sure he is safe and healthy.
Sumure and Satori were one of those, they were brothers and one of the last remaining Jonins in the clan. They were twins to be exact and refused to leave as the clan declined, they kept doing missions while it was clear people wanted them dead or use them.
Of the two, Satori was a little weaker than Sumure. However, the real danger was fighting them both at the same time!
Their teamwork was at another planet, even being able to pressure people like Fugaku, the patriarch of the Uchiha's, back in the day.
''The Hokage sent someone to get you to the Hokage's office?'' Sumure said while grumbling in annoyance yet worry as Sukuna avoided his question about his sleep.
''I see, right now?'' Sukuna asked which made Sumure avoid his gaze for a bit.
''Uncle???'' Sukuna called out before his eyes squinted, ''Don't tell me....''
''06:00 a.m.....'' Sumure whispered, Sukuna's body trembled and facepalmed his face.
''It's around 06:30 a.m''
''So umm, better hurry up!'' Sumure smiled and laughed before he disappeared without giving Sukuna a chance to berate him.
Sukuna just smiled and shook his head. He knew exactly why Sumure was 'late'…
What would happen? Sumure would be berated for being late to deliver the message by the Hokage, but Sukuna would have an extra 2 hours of sleep...
'He'd rather be get punished by the Hokage then wake me up early' Sukuna's face warmed up, when the Senju's had fallen, their bond strengthened instead.
He quickly got going and disappeared into the direction of the Hokage office.
As Sukuna arrived, an old voice vigorous voice spoke from behind the door, ''Come in''
Sukuna opened the door and saw 3 people waiting inside, The Third Hokage, Kakashi and an additional person Sukuna never spoke to before.
It was a fair-skinned woman of slender build. She had long black untamed hair reaching her upper back, and very unique eyes that are red in color with an additional ring in them. She wore slight make-up consisting of purple eye shadow and red lipstick.
''Goodmorning Sukuna, how was your sleep?'' Hiruzen asked with a warm smile.
Sukuna smiled bitterly and didn't say anything, Hiruzen wasn't stupid and already knew of Sumure's behavior and just brushed over it.
''Sukuna, this is...." Hiruzen pointed his hand at the woman and wanted to introduce her but Sukuna interrupted him,
''Kurenai Yuhi, Jonin Sensei of Team 8, currently the best Genjutsu user in the village. Her illusion able to overpower a 3 Tomoe Sharingan Possessor. It would be rude to divulge any further''
Hiruzen looked at Sukuna with a helpless smile while Kurenai perked up her brows after he said that he shouldn't divulge any more information.
''Sorry, O-...''
''Old habits die hard''
The normally silent Kakashi interrupted Sukuna who looked at him in shock. Kurenai and Hiruzen weren't any different and looked at each other with a slight smile on their faces.
''I will accept that one'' Sukuna shrugged and accepted that low blow.
''So, what was so urgent that you wanted me to come over?'' Sukuna asked Hiruzen in a tone unbefitting in normal situations, Hiruzen paid no mind and sat back on his chair before he grabbed a scroll from his drawer.
He knew Sukuna had access to the Senju's information network. His attitude changed after he got to know of Hiruzen's mistakes and Hiruzen could understand Sukuna's slight grudge against him not protecting his teacher's clan.
Sukuna grabbed the scroll and looked at the content;

''I see... A-rank huh'' Sukuna looked at the updated mission scroll.
''Sukuna, I'm sorry for sending you out this early but I think it is better for you to be away from the village right now'' Hiruzen continued, Sukuna looked at Hiruzen and frowned,
''I will hand you a B-Ranked mission with Kurenai here, you two will be going to the Yugakure (Hidden Village of the Land of Hot Water) and retrieve the information from our spies there. Understood?'' Hiruzen looked at Sukuna who simply nodded.
Kurunai came in front of and put her hand on Sukuna's head and smiled widely, ''I will be in charge of protecting you during this mission, our mission can take up to two weeks, but it is more like a vacation. So take it easy!''
''So, I'm being treated as a child huh, I'm barely 10 centimeters smaller than you'' Sukuna said in an amused tone.
''So? You're still a brat!'' Kurenai laughed and ruffled his hair, Hiruzen gave the two an amused look while Kakashi just shrugged.
''When are we leaving?'' Sukuna changed the topic as he got away from Kurenai.
''Now!'' Kurenai spoke up with a happy grin before Hiruzen could open his mouth. Sukuna just shook his head, ''I will need 3 hours at most to finish some Clan matters, after that we can depart''
Kurenai was momentarily shaken but nodded her head with a warm smile, ''I see, it can't be helped then. Come to the East Gate in 3 hours. I will just go shopping then''
Sukuna wished the three of them farewell and made haste to the Senju Compound before going to Merlin's place.
He didn't hesitate and walked towards the door of a 3-story building, as he stood in front of the door a grin entered his face.
Sukuna raised his leg and kicked with full force at the door;
*BANG*
''What the f*ck?!'' A loud curse ran through the house as a pair of hurried footsteps ran towards the broken door.
As the figures arrived in the hallway, they saw Sukuna standing with his leg still in a kick position and a grin on his face that deserved a slap so hard that he would go straight to next week.
''Sukuna?! WHAT THE HELL BRAT?!'' Sumure and Satori said in unison.
''Hey, Uncles. I need your help with something important'' Sukuna shamelessly said with a serious expression.
Seeing his expression, Sumure and Satori quieted down as they rarely saw Sukuna serious. As they heard Sukuna's request, both their faces scrunched up in anger and rage,
''Don't worry, we're on it''
Sukuna looked at their expressions and a warm feeling rushed into his heart, he thanked them before disappearing.
Satori and Sumure looked at eachother and burst out laughing, ''We totally forgot about the door didn't we?''
''Yup, well I did break his door this morning'' Sumure said with a shrug.
''Anyway, it seems that Elder Marani is planning something big huh'' Satori said with an evil smile.
''It seems that she is ready to make her final bet, whether the Senju Clan survives the trial of time or perishes in its way will be bet on Sukuna. She even recalled all the undercover Ninja's'' Sumure said with a grin.
''Let's call Ichirota and Yamame, leave Juri and Keito in the clan besides Elder Marani'' Satori said as he disappeared.

''You're finally here!'' Kurenai said as she saw Sukuna walking over with a bag on his back.
''I'm on time though?'' Sukuna said with a confused tone which earned him a deadpan look.
''Yes, not a minute late.... BUT, you couldn't even come a minute earlier? I've been standing here for an hour!'' Kurenai said as she tried to ruffle his hair again with a bitter smile.
Sukuna nimbly dodged and walked outside the gate as he gave her a grin.
'This brat' Kurenai smiled lightly and followed him out of Konohagakure.

''Is everything ready?" Grandma Marani asked her 'maid' that had a cold look on her face instead of her usual warm smile.
''Yes, everyone has been contacted. Less than 3% didn't want to return or couldn't be found. All the undercover ninja's are waiting for your sign to complete their last mission and return to the Senju Clan'' The maid said as she stood behind Marani.
Marani sighed and leaned back in her wheelchair before asking, ''Akai, do you think I'm making a mistake here?''
[AN: As in Aka-e]
Akai didn't respond and instead looked outside the windows, only after a minute did she respond with a rather sad expression,
''If the last Elder of the family passes with no real heir, the clan will disappear. We are forced into a corner''
''Do you think I should've selected someone else?'' Marani continued as she looked through the files in front of her with trembling hands, clearly exhausted.
''I will follow your orders Elder Merlin, even if you want me to join you soon'' Akai said with a serious expression.
Marani smiled bitterly and said, ''Child, I want you to do me a favor''
''Yes?''
''After I pass him his last present, I can finally die in peace. I want you to become his hands and feet'' Elder Merlin said with a warm smile.
''...U...understood'' Akai bit her lower lip and continued doing her work. However, Marani could see her trembling hands and her teary eyes.
Akai was someone she raised since young, she was 28 years old this year. Akai was a beautiful woman with long flowing strands of hair that were attached with pins. She had a curvaceous figure, wore a slightly loose kimono that opened at the top to reveal her shoulders and her cleavage, and tall geta sandals.
Sukuna had only seen some of the maids Marani raised, but above those ordinary maids were the five orphans she trained since young.
Akai was by far the strongest, being able to beat Satori and Sumure fighting together. She had to admit, even in her prime it would be a tough fight against Akai.
Akai however, had no interest in clan matters. Only wanting to care for the person who saved her from the war.
'Sukuna, once you come back... Everything this clan has to offer will be entrusted to you' Marani looked outside the window with a nostalgic smile and continued her paperwork, soon, soon she could rest.
