"Damn, we missed this great opportunity !" He cried as he hit a table infront of of him that were filled with some scrolls.

Danzo POV /

"Owl !" I cried out and a ninja appeared before me kneeling.

"Yes Danzo-sama !" He replied without emotion evident in his voice.

"Did you get the recipes for those new foods the Akimichi selling now ?" I asked while feeling irritated.

"Danzo-sama, the people preparing the dishes are put in a seal where the memory of those particular recipes will get erased in their head the moment someone tried to tinker with their minds to get the information. We have kidnapped some civilian chefs but all of them didn't remember anything when we tried to probe into their minds using the Yamanaka clan techniques" Owl replied in slight fear which made me get disappointed at what he said.

"If we could steal those recipes, we could implement the same idea of restaurant chains across the fire country and could solve our budget deficit !. Our financial resources are insufficient to cover our planned operations, acquisitions and expenses, leading to a need for additional funding or budget adjustments. And this food business was very revolutionary that could help us put our minds on something better than stealing from Konoha and nobles of the country !" I said with anger at missing this opportunity to get easy money.

"What about the useless boy ?" I asked owl.

"Genjutsu and mind manipulation doesn't work on him Danzo-sama" He replied which made me angrier.

"Aren't you a little more useless than I thought ?" I asked rhetorically with my eyes narrowed at him that made him flinch and shake in fear much to my displeasure.

"Please Danzo-sam..."

*Splash !*

I looked at the head of owl flying away and then rolling on the ground after with his body lifelessly hitting the ground and blood spurting out of the headless neck like a fountain.

"Tiger !" I call and another ninja appeared before me kneeling, waiting for my orders.

"Get rid of this trash here immediately" I said with disdain without even looking at the corpse for a second more as I stand up and slowly made my way to Hiruzen.

"Cat !" I call again and a female ninja with a cat mask started to follow behind me.

"Is what that trash said true ?" I asked as I passed the corridors of my base.

"Yes Danzo-sama, We tried many times to put him in a Genjutsu or transfer the mind of the Yamanaka roots to access control over his body but it was to no vail because there's no chakra or even tenketsus for our invading chakra to work on his body" She replied which made me raise an eyebrow.

"What about his threat level ?" I asked.

"According to what we gathered on him during his academy days his threat level is high chunin, Danzo-sama !" She replied.

"Anything else ?" I asked with slight disappointment.

I thought he would be special when she said that Genjutsu doesn't work on him and assumed that there must be some secrets that Hiroshi fucker is hiding from me but a trash will always remain a trash it seems.

'Disappointing just like his parents. They should have better died that day we fought those crazy duo borthers' I thought in disdain.

"Lately, he was diagnosed by another rare disease which is affecting his appearance and beside his slightly stronger body and a unique Taijutsu he created, there's nothing eye catching about him Danzo-sama !" She replied and I just nod.

"Forget about him then and continue to try and steal those recipes from the ones who learnt about it. By the way, when will Kagame's eyes be ready for me to transplant ?" I said and asked.

"The scientists are still working on it and it's estimated that in another two weeks it will be ready Danzo-sama !" She replied which made me nod.

"Good" I said and continue to walk towards the surface of the base.

It has been a while since I assassinated Kagame on a mission in suna. The moment I knew about those Mangekyo Sharingan, I knew that it mustn't be possessed by the wrong hands unless another Madara emerges into this world.

Those eyes are safer in my hands and use them for the sake of Konoha.

"What is the situation in the land of mountains ?" I asked as the relationships between Kagero village and Konoha are going down the hill lately.

"It's getting worse but the pace it's getting bad is not fast like you wanted Danzo-sama!" She replied.

"Good, when the time comes, start to put more pressure on them and slowly sell information to suna about the matter in a way that they will immediately start a war with us, understood ?" I said and narrow my eyes at her.

This war is important to me so that I could weaken all the other villages slowly, Also weaken the authority of Hiruzen and his Anbu forces to make it easier for me to become a Hokage later.

"Hai Danzo-sama !" She replied immediately to which I just nod.

"What happened to the second batch of the kids that were expected to be delivered ?" I asked her.

"Out of 65 women from different backgrounds, 55 delivered the babies successfully and the other 10 had miscarriages and 8 of them died because of too much blood lose Danzo-sama !" She replied and I nod in satisfaction.

"Good, and how many females ?" I asked again coldly.

"Out of 55 babies, 35 of them are females and the remaining are males Danzo-sama !" She replied with her usual emotionless tone.

"Hmm, After they hit 3, start to examine them and separate the talented ones to be ninjas, And put the useless ones into our breeding program, Understood ? And stop the breeding for the current women we have until we know which kid of whom was talented, So to breed them with someone again with a stronger bloodline" I said coldly.

"Hai Danzo-sama !" She replied without much reaction to what I said which I nodded in satisfaction and slowly get out of the base.

"Everything is for Konoha" I uttered as I slowly get out of a hidden passage which was connected to my mansion and start to walk towards the Hokage building.

Garou's POV /

"Stars ?" I asked with my eyebrow raised in surprise.

"Yes, stars. Well, that's the closest thing I can imagine it to be, so I am not so sure because the dots are arranged into some weird shapes, some of them shaped big, some small" Katsuyu replied with her head tilted.

"They are emitting different colours too, right ?" I asked with a shadow hiding my eyes.

"Yes" She replied and nodded in confirmation.

I look at my hands in excitement with a wide grin plastered on my face as I thought about what this indicates.

'I can't wait to unseal my Cosmic Form that Rob sealed but I feel it that there's a long way to get to that point' I thought with my fists clenched.

"Hmm, it seems you know what those dots are" She said and I nod in response.

"Good for you then but can I ask some questions now ?" She asked.

"Yes" I replied.

"You are a new lifeform I never came across in my entire life, could you tell me what you are ?" She asked in interest.

"My kind doesn't have a particular name, we are just Mysterious Beings born because of some unknown reason that no one knows how but we go by the name Monsters" I replied back calmly as I look up at her towering figure.

"We ? Are there others other than you ?" She asked.

"Me and my dog are of the same species" I clarified.

"Hmm, so that means you are the origin of your kind if none other than you two exist" She said with a tentacle scratching her chin.

"Yes" I said with a nod.

"Interesting, you really are like that man Hagoromo but he wasn't a pure blooded species like you, even though I can feel a very tiny part of you is still human" She said and I just shrug but still feel dissatisfied as %5 of my body is still human which makes me gag in disgust...sometimes.

"Now, Could you tell me if your intentions are evil towards humans or this world in general ?" She asked  which made me raise an eyebrow.

"Why do you ask ?" I asked in suspicion.

"Well, you maybe don't know but for someone as sensitive as me, I can see a very...Very dark and evil Aura around you that if it was the other two Sage regions, I am sure that they would have gone crazy and done everything in their power to eliminate you" She said much to my slight surprise at what she said.

I already know that strong people could clearly feel that something is going wrong with me but I didn't care that much until now.

"Then why aren't you doing the same ?" I asked as geared up my kind for a possible confrontation.

"Mito talked about you to me sometime ago and I know that she is equally sensitive and may have felt the Aura around you, even agreeing to give you her granddaughter. So I didn't want judge quickly and wanted to test waters first and I found out that you don't seem to be that aggressive" She explained and I nod.

"As long as nobody tries make trouble for me, I won't cause trouble" I said calmly.

"That matter aside, Now I want to inform you that you can't become our summoner" She said and I frown.

"Why ?" I asked with my arms crossed.

"How are you going to summon me when you have no chakra ?" She asked and tilted her huge head.

"Tch, I don't kno-" I said in annoyance but quickly stop as I remember something very crucial that I wanted to try before coming here.

I looked at Katsuyu with a huge grin which made her tentacles tremble for a second.

"I have a deal for you lady Katsuyu" I said with my grin still plastered on my face.

She looked at me with suspicion but still asked "What deal ?"

"Now that I can't summon you anytime I want, I will offer in exchange for you to fulfill 3 favors of mine, 2 small ones and 1 big one that if I asked something from you, you will not question anything and just do it if anytime I asked the favor to be paid" I said which made her go silent for some moments.

"I won't even ask how unreasonable that deal is but in our conversation, I know you are a man that tells no lies and hates deception, So let me ask, what are you offering in return for something so Totally impossible to get ?" She calmly said and asked me which I just nodded at the compliment.

"Can I touch your body for a moment ?" I said with a small smile.

She looked at me again for some more moments in silence before nodding in confirmation, then I slowly approach her huge body.

As I get closer to her body, I touch her slimy like surface skin which sent a chill down my being as I felt that if I do even one thing wrong then I would be dead for sure.

"Can I get your permission and let me do something to you without you resisting ? I swear on my whole being for I Hatake Garou won't try to harm you in any way or tell any lies !" I said and vowed so that she would agree.

"I don't know what you are trying to do but go ahead and see what you got in store for me" She said and thought without me knowing 'What can he even do to me ?'

"Ok then lady Katsuyu, here you go" I said and my index finger elongated then pierced her slimy skin which I didn't even know if I was really piercing her.

Then slowly I manipulate my index finger to open up a small hole at the tip to let out a small droplet of blood that stuck on my finger and didn't let it spread inside her yet.

'Humanoid Shifting'

Upon thinking of the name of the ability and picturing a figure of someone in my mind, the blood immediately separated from my finger and started to do its Genetic manipulation inside Katsuyu who was still looking down on me curiously at what I did.

I back away and cross my arms and focus on the change that must happen now.

10 Minutes later /

"So ?" She asked in confusion because all this time nothing happened much to my confusion too.

'Why is it taking so long ? It should have infected her entire bein-' I thinking deeply before my attention immediately got into something.

"Very interesting ! Your blood is changing somethin-" She was talking but immediately got interrupted by her body starting to bloat and getting bigger and bigger.

"Ahhh" She softly uttered as she was getting bigger and bigger more that made me to back away very far from her immediately.

"W...whats hap...pening t..o..me ?" I heard her voice from far as I look around to see that all the mini and bigger Katuyu are starting to merge back with her or some trying to use Nature Energy to start and heal but to no vail as my virus already spread around her whole body.

3 Minutes later /

*pfssss voooo rooo*

Her body started to bloat more as all the Katsuyu merged back with her at this point and it was moments away for her to explode from the inside out.

"W...hat h..ave yo..u don...e to m..e !!!" She uttered pitifully that made me regret doing this to her for a second but I was still standing firm and waiting for what I wanted to see.

*fuuuuuuuu*

He got bigger like a balloon and was about to blow up but at the last moment, her body started to release steam and smoke and slowly, her body started to shrink down until she became normal again but the transformation didn't end there.

Her huge body started to release more steam and smoke until she shrunk more and more and more till I couldn't see her body no more except for a huge crater she left in her previous body she was in.

I look around the place she left which was emitting smoke then...

'Soru'

I disappeared from my place using one of the Rokushiki I recreated in my free time and immediately approached the place where I felt Katsuyu to be in with peak chunin speeds until I came across a clearing where smoke was being emitted in the centre of it.

I quickly run towards that area where I feel Katsuyu is in because of the huge aura she was releasing unknowingly. I run inside the smoke and quickly appear before a...

She stands at a height of 168 cm. Her hair is white, and is set in a short bob cut, she had blue-gray eyes that would catch your soul immediately. She has a beauty mark below the left side of her lips. She was fully naked and you could clearly see her majestic and perfect assets being visible for the luckiest to see.

"Nier Automata" I muttered.

{ do you know what that picture is ? If not then let me clarify... that picture is OG garou fighting 2 other opponents while exchanging thousands of blows and travelling between the ground and the stratosphere countless times in a FREAKING milliseconds which is mind blowing because how many people in naruto world could compete with garou at that speed ? Only minato, naruto six path, Sasuke six path, and the Raikages could do that or Isshiki and momoshiki. Some people say that, why don't you make him OP already because it doesn't make sense for monster garou to be this weak ! which I agree with you all but bro... it will immediately get boring if he just became invincible this soon and break the flow of which this story came till now. what's so fun about just after 50 chapters, in the 51th chapter the MC suddenly becomes godlike out of nowhere like wtf ? so that's why I mentioned in the first chapters that his powers are sealed, my reason for that is just this picture where garou is still far from being in his full power }
