16 Spar with Father

Yoriichi has been training with his katana who by the way he says he found it on the top of the mountain buried , I doubt it though. Anyways , he has been training for the past 1 year continuously. For the first 6 months , he would run up and down the mountain and swing his katana a 1000 times and for the next 6 months he would be standing under the waterfall , watching fishes or swinging his sword and moving his body in a weird way.

Within a few days, Yoriichi was showing some improvement in his speed while he still maintained a practice in strength-oriented skills.

So I decided to test his progress. I walked upto him and said

"I would like to see you swinging at me."

"Are you sure about that?" Yoriichi asked with uncertainty, not doubting his dad's speed but still was worried about blindly attacking him. My eyes narrowed at this and then I smiled and said

"Yes, I want to see your technique and reaction time. Even though I am not one of the best kenjutsu expert in the village, I am still good at it" I explained and he nodded , his grip of the sword tightening at this. We both picked up wooden swords .

I and Hanako who was watching and making sure I don't go overboard blinked as Yoriichi swung at me with a ferocity neither had seen from him. He was fast and his sword strike contained a punch. His physical strength was increased by a lot . His sword movements were fluent and fast.

We continued on, for hours, Yoriichi continued attacking me with as much fight he could muster and demonstrated his speed and stamina as he continued to relentlessly swipe at me.

Suddenly something came at Yoriichi out of the corner of his eye and he raised the sword up to properly block it as he twisted his body and the object bounced off to the side.

A whistle broke Yoriichi's concentration and I glared at who interrupted us, seeing Hanako staring at the both of us , I swallowed what I wanted to say

"Jeez, now that's a familiar expression." She spoke with her arms crossed over her chest and Yoriichi harsh expression softened up too, confused to her words, "Good block, little one"

"Why did you interrupt?" Yoriichi questioned her, clearly unnerved at her appearance and she remained silent.

"Testing your reflexes. If something happens out of the corner of your eye, you'll want to know what's coming at you and because it's lunch time." She answered and Yoriichi sighed as she approached them closer and put Yoriichi in a hug and said " You have become strong young man"

"I was going to test it later." I hissed at her and she shrugged, not impressed by his manner.

"Whatever." She said and narrowed her eyes, sitting down on the mat , "Just ignore that I am here and continue if you want, we can have lunch later. "

" Dad, In our next spar let's use ninjutsu upto Rank B ."

I was surprised by this " Brat, do you even know how to do ninjutsu ?"

He smirked and said " You will see , even if there is something dangerous , mom will protect me , is not that right mom?"

" Anything for my baby."

" Oh and use an iron sword instead of wood sword , I will be using my katana. " He added

"Fine" While I got myself an iron sword , he already had a katana in his hand. Sage knows where does he even keep it.

" Let's begin "

We dash at each other , this time he was even faster than before so I increased my speed to his level so as to keep up with him.

But when are blades met I was shocked , my sword was cut in half and his katana was coming for my hand , I hurriedly backed away

' That's one sharp sword, maybe that's why he asked me to use ninjutsu '

I weaved hand signs Katon • Gokakyu no Jutsu( Fire style : fire ball jutsu)

A medium sized firefall came into being rushing at him , I was holding back a lot since I didn't want to hurt him or Hanako will cook me for dinner.

Instead of getting out of way , he breathed and leaped forward into the air towards the fireball saying " Ichi no kata: Mizu Guruma ( Water breathing: Water Wheel ) and performed a front flip, releasing a singular vertical slash in a what looked like a wheel motion with WATER coming out of the sword and he cut the fireball in half . There was even a deep gash on the ground.

I gulped a little there and thought ' how did he even do that and who the fuck taught him nature transformation and shape transformation. And before that how the hell did he perform it without hand signs. I will ask him after the battle. '

Yoriichi was coming towards me with his katana and hand and I thought of testing him by limiting his movements " Earth Style : Multiple Earth walls " , more than a dozen Earth walls come into being blocking his way and in other directions limiting his movements and then I weaved hand signs for another jutsu "Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu(Fire style : Pheonix Flower jutsu) " I spit a volley of small fireballs towards him.

Again instead of dodging them he swinged his katana and bends their blade in a winding motion along with his body , I heard him saying " Ichi no kata :Ryūryū Mai( Water breathing: Flowing dance) and dances in a flowing pattern with water following his path slicing everything in its path reaping fireballs out of existence and cutting earth walls in half in a very high speed.

He named fittingly the Flowing Dance and looks absolutely beautiful in motion. I should have taken him seriously but oh well it's too late now .

I use my Adamantine chains to lock him up and tie him up to stop his movements and said

" Well done son Since you managed to make me use my innate Uzumaki ability, You win. "

This was my first time writing a fight how was it?

I just tried to imagine what would I do if I had such techniques and cutting a fireball with a water blade in half sounded cool along with moving at a fast speed slicing through fireballs and earth walls sounded even more cool.

If you have any suggestions for future fights and what should I add lemme know.

Also some people might be wondering why I made the MC who is just 3 year old devise the academy plan. So here are some reasons

- He was 45 years in his previous life

- He is scared if he didn't do anything to fast forward the process the village will still get destroyed

- There are always geniuses in the shinobi world. Itachi went to battlefield at the age of 3 or 4 . If he can go a battlefield at 4 , why can't mc give an idea about an academy.
