Naruto drank the ramen soup after eating the ramen noodles while sitting in Ichiraku Ramen.

Since Kakashi had instructed them to come without eating breakfast, Naruto wasn't about to go without eating something. He decided to have ramen, which the original Naruto used to love.

"It's not that bad, I guess," Naruto thought to himself as he wiped his mouth with a tissue and paid for the three bowls of ramen he had just eaten.

In his past life, he never ate ramen at Ichiraku Ramen because he ran away from the village when he was 11. He barely even had noodles in his past life while traveling to hunt down shinobis in other villages.

As soon as he paid for the ramen, he started to run towards the place Kakashi had told Team 7 to meet yesterday. It was already 8:40, but he still had plenty of time left.

Soon, he reached the spot only to see Sakura and Sasuke already waiting there. He ignored them and went to sit on a tree stump.

Two hours passed as they waited. Sakura was getting impatient and irritated since it was past 10 AM, and Kakashi hadn't arrived yet, even though he had told them to come at 9 AM.

Sasuke was in his usual cold mood, and Naruto was also in a cold mood, shifting his demeanor based on the situation.

"Good morning, class," Kakashi said, waving his right hand. He still had that sleepy, uninterested look from yesterday.

"YOU'RE LATE!!!" Sakura yelled, pointing her finger at Kakashi.

Kakashi ignored her and took an alarm clock from his bag, placing it on the tree stump to Naruto's right.

"I've set this alarm to go off at noon," Kakashi said, tapping the alarm clock's button to start it.

"I have two bells here," Kakashi continued as he explained the test to Team 7, taking two small golden bells from his pocket. "Your test is to steal these bells from me before the timer sounds."

"Anyone who fails won't get any lunch," Kakashi added. "Instead, you'll be tied to this tree stump and watch me eat your lunch."

"I knew it," Naruto thought. He had suspected something was wrong when his sensei asked them to come without eating breakfast, but it didn't matter now; his stomach was full after eating those three bowls of ramen.

Sakura and Sasuke's faces showed their dismay upon hearing this. They hadn't eaten breakfast because of Kakashi's instructions and were already getting hungry.

"All you need to do is grab one of these bells to pass. But as you see, there are only two bells, so one of you is definitely heading for the stump," Kakashi said.

"And whoever that will be is going to fail and go back to the academy in disgrace," he added. Then, giving Team 7 some leeway, he said, "You may, if you choose, use a kunai or shuriken. Attack me as if you mean to kill me."

"But... But that's too dangerous, Sensei," Sakura protested, fearing that someone might get hurt.

Kakashi ignored her and said, "Go. The test starts now." As soon as he said this, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke sprang into action.

Naruto hid in a tree he had scouted the day before, hoping to find some advantage for today's test. Sasuke also hid in a tree, while Sakura followed him, concealing herself in the bushes near Sasuke's tree.

"Let's wait and see," Naruto thought, observing Kakashi, who had taken a book from his bag and started reading it. Naruto hoped Sakura and Sasuke would act first, increasing his own chances of success.

Twenty minutes passed, and none of them made a move. Kakashi continued to read his Icha Icha Paradise without a care in the world.

"Both of them aren't even moving," Naruto thought, frustrated that neither Sasuke nor Sakura had tried to attack Kakashi. "Fine, I'll do it myself," he resolved, jumping down from the tree.

"Oh! Finally, someone came out," Kakashi said, without even looking up from his book. He seemed to underestimate Naruto.

On the other hand, Naruto started to run towards Kakashi while holding a kunai in his left hand. He attempted a jump kick with his right leg, but Kakashi effortlessly caught it.

Without missing a beat, Naruto kicked with his left leg right after Kakashi caught his right leg. Kakashi was quick to react, quickly dropping his Icha Icha book to catch Naruto's kick.

Before Kakashi could remove the kunai from his leg, he saw numerous shurikens coming his way—thrown by Naruto just after being thrown himself—which Kakashi due to the pain in his groin narrowly dodged using a substitution jutsu.

"Just as planned," Naruto thought to himself before creating five shadow clones without uttering the jutsu's name aloud; he found it annoying to give away his tactics to the enemy.

Spotting Kakashi atop a tree removing the kunai due to blood drops that pinpointed his exact location, Naruto and his clones immediately began hurling kunais towards him, as approaching and climbing the tree would give Kakashi too much time.

"He's disappeared," Naruto thought as Kakashi vanished from the tree. He had anticipated this outcome, knowing he couldn't defeat a Jonin-level shinobi without resorting to tactics that might seem underhanded to others but were fair game to Naruto.

Soon, all of Naruto's clones scattered to locate Kakashi, but they found it odd that there were no blood drops on the ground. "No blood drops?" Naruto thought, feeling someone grab his leg and hearing Kakashi say, "Earth Style! Groundhog Decapitation." But as soon as Kakashi started to announce his jutsu's name, Naruto had already dispelled all his clones and summoned fifteen new ones.

That's precisely why he despised shouting out jutsu names—it gave enemies more than two seconds to prepare.

As kakashi started to pull naruto in the ground 10 his clones started to pull him outwards and since it was 10 clones pulling out wards naruto compared to just kakashi pulling him inwards, not only was naruto pulled outwards , kakashi was also pulled outside he is just 67 kg while naruto had 10 clones pulling him outwards, even if one of them can only lift 15 kg, it was more than enough to pull kakashi too.

Before kakashi could even react, he heard "Lineage destroying kick" from one of naruto's 5 clones which were not pulling but just waiting, come and kicked kakashi's balls again (っ- ‸ - ς)

While grabbing one of the bells, Naruto said, "I think I overestimated you, Kakashi-sensei," as his clone handed him the bell and disappeared.

On the other hand, Kakashi was there, covering his groin with his hands, his entire plan gone wrong. He had only intended to use this test to impress upon Team 7 the importance of teamwork; he never expected someone like Naruto to be this skilled.
