Ninja Academy.

"How is this….? Thought Sumire in her heart, sweat rolling down her brows, her body completely stiff, as the shadow over her head, completely scared her.

She didn't even notice and someone appeared behind her, was she seen attacking the guy who was sleeping at the last desk, Sumire's mind worked frantically.

But just when Sumire stood completely stiff at her place thinking of what should be done, a hand landed on her shoulders: "Class Rep, you seem scared, are you alright?"

"I'm fine, I just spaced out thinking something___"

Hearing the concerned voice, Sumire's hanging heart fell, guessing she might not have been caught, so putting a gentle smile she turned around, but her eyes widened again seeing the person behind her.

"He…was just there…how did he…?"

Seeing the familiar figure with a white hat and long sword rested on his shoulders, looking at her with a smile on his face, Sumire couldn't come to believe what she was seeing.

Sumire wants to get revenge on Konoha and complete the mission entrusted to her by her father, so she is used to giving the environment around her a thorough check.

Unlike others, she spotted Ryuma sleeping quietly at the last desk, so she decided to make him her next target, but the current situation left her completely stunned.

Clearly he was at the last desk, how did he appear behind her, without her noticing anything at all.

"Class Rep, you really don't seem at your hundred percent…should I take you to infirmary? The figure seeing Sumire once again in a trance, extended a helping hand, an interesting look in his eyes.

"Ah, no need, Ryuma-Kun, I'm fine, but thanks for the helping hand" Sumire finally came back to her senses, an innocent look appeared on her face, as she began to wave her hand in a flustered manner, rejecting his help.

"Is that so? Then I'll be leaving Class Rep, don't want to be late for the test" Ryuma didn't seem disappointed at her rejection, and flashing her a smile, he lightly tucked his hat, and turned around, leaving.

"By the way, Ryuma-Kun, I didn't see you in the class earlier, did you just arrive?"

Ryuma walked toward the door, holding the blade in his hands, but Sumire behind an un easy feeling heart in her heart.

She wanted to confirm how Ryuma appeared behind her suddenly, what she saw at the last desk was it a clone or something, and the real Ryuma just arrived.

And the disappearance of her snake also worried her, but she decided to leave it for the latter, and first confirm how he approached her silently.

"Ah, I have been sleeping the whole time at the last desk, Class Rep, but don't report it to Sensei" Ryuma turned around and admitted he was here, an embarrassed smile on his face

"Don't worry Ryuma-Kun, I won't tell anything…but you are amazing… no one in the class was noticed that you were sleeping at the last desk"

Bells rang in the heart of Sumire, as his words confirmed that he did appear behind her from the desk silently, but for now she wanted to maintain the image of an innocent and curious girl before him, so she praised him like a fan girl.

"Haha! I'm not amazing Class Rep, People always believe what they see with their own eyes, but if they close their eyes, they might even be able to see the hidden things…"

"See Ya, Class Rep!"

Saying that, Ryuma waved his hand towards Sumire and continued towards the door and soon walked out of the class room.

"Clever little Fox" But the moment Ryuma walked out of the classroom, the smile on his face vanished replaced by the earlier lazy and bored look, as he whispered shaking his head.

If he hadn't known about the plot, he might have really been deceived by the acting of Sumire, making him admire her ability to pretend and give her the title "a clever little fox".

But it was precisely because of the plot, that he let Sumire go, even after she had tried to manipulate him and take his chakra, as he knew about her past, how Danzo's minion, her father had destroyed her childhood and took her mother, she was the product of hatred.

So he didn't attack her or he didn't have the heart to attack someone so pitiful, and just let out the slightly uncomfortable feeling in his heart by calling her a bitch[D1] .

But before leaving he did give her a warning from his words, that she shouldn't try anything funny with him, anyway the protagonist will bring her towards the right path, he didn't want to stick his butt in matters which weren't related to him.

Even the reason he joined the academy is to learn Medical Ninjutsu, as he had some great ideas, with Law's medical abilities he was already a capable medical expert, all that required was to learn Medical Ninjutsu and combine it with his abilities, to become a doctor which the world hasn't even heard off.

Law's template did affect him somewhat, as despite being somewhat indifferent, he did want to treat people occasionally.
