125 Chapter 125: Monstrous Strength

"Izumo, how was your vacation?"

"It's hard to put into words. And you, Kotetsu?"

"I'm still in a game of wits with my malicious cousin."

"How malicious is he?"

"He actually ignored the peace treaty we signed before, and went back to using that poisonous scheme. My parents have scolded me several times already."

"That's truly malicious!"

"But I'm not easy to bully either. I accidentally knocked off a leg and a hand from his favorite Third Hokage figurine."

"Truly worthy of you!" Izumo gave Kotetsu a thumbs up, thinking that Kotetsu was even more malicious.

"Izumo, why is it hard to put into words for you?" Kotetsu asked.

"Wasn't there a neighbor girl you liked? You were planning to use my good grades in the final exams to approach her again as a strong person."

"And then, did it work?"

"No, I thought about it for a few days, then started my summer special training. I was practicing every day and completely forgot about it. When I remembered, I found out she was playing with other boys."

"It's okay, maybe she's just related to them." Hearing the outcome, Kotetsu finally let go of his suspended heart and spoke up to comfort.

'It can't be relatives! Definitely not relatives!' Kotetsu thought to himself.

"Have you two not gone out to have fun? I found a new Dango shop recently that's pretty good," Anko chimed in.

The two weren't interested in Anko's mentioned Dango shop unless Anko had a cute friend to go with.

"Oh right, just checked the schedule, today seems to be Taijutsu class," Kotetsu remembered something.

"I wonder who the new Taijutsu sensei will be."

During the summer special training, Mutsuki had told them that the Taijutsu sensei would change, but hadn't mentioned who the new one would be.

"Whoever it is, they probably can't teach worse than Tanimura sensei," Izumo said.

After being taught Taijutsu by Mutsuki during the summer training, he felt that during school, Tanimura snesei seemed to have no idea what he was teaching.

"I hope they're at least two-thirds as good as Yumi-sensei, then I'll be satisfied," Kotetsu felt his expectations were not too high.

"Let's go to the playground and get ready for class," Mutsuki walked into the classroom and said.

"Could it be that this semester's Taijutsu sensei will be you, Yumi-sensei?" Anko asked excitedly.

"Yeah," Mutsuki smiled and nodded.

"That's great! If we have special training next vacation, I'll definitely make it into Group B!" Kotetsu cheered.

His expectation was just two-thirds of Mutsuki, but now Mutsuki himself was here, far exceeding expectations.

The whole class was cheering; having Mutsuki as their Taijutsu sensei was truly good news for them.

"Let's quiet down a bit, don't get too excited. Let's start training," Mutsuki smiled and said.

Then Mutsuki led Class 1-1 to the playground for training.

Feeling the long-lost relaxed atmosphere of class, some students sighed:

"The vacation was too long. I started missing the time when we had Yumi-sensei's classes a month ago."

"Yeah, and the vacation was too boring. I was bored halfway through my two-week break."

Listening to the discussions of their classmates, Kotetsu and Izumo couldn't help but feel that the joys and sorrows of people were not the same. Students like them, who had gone through the summer special training, probably only had a half-month break in total.

"Before, Tanimura sensei used to say that Taijutsu and Ninjutsu are different, and he couldn't teach them in detail. But I see Yumi-sensei is quite meticulous."

Because it was their first time attending another sensei's Taijutsu class, the students subconsciously compared Mutsuki to Tanimura Toshihiro.

"Everyone, train seriously. We'll discuss after class," Mutsuki gently reminded.

This semester, Class 1-1 was under his full responsibility. Mutsuki would be teaching all theoretical classses along with Taijutsu and Ninjutsu.

Mutsuki aimed to create an absolutely strongest class, not only to gain rewards from the system but also to prove his teaching value.

If it were Tanimura Toshihiro, they might practice while arguing back. But since it was Mutsuki speaking, everyone instantly fell silent and focused on training.

[Class Completed]

[Evaluation: A]

[Reward: Heavenly Kick of Pain]

Memories of training related to the Heavenly Kick of Pain flashed through Mutsuki's mind.

He remembered this was Tsunade's Taijutsu, very straightforward and simple. It focused on the strength to send bricks flying and crack the ground with one kick.

However, this seemingly simple Taijutsu was not easy. It required a special technique of Chakra release, one that could significantly boost strength and be called "Monstrous Strength."

The reward was quite good, as it allowed him to learn a new Chakra technique, which he could also pass on to Rin.

Although it was Taijutsu, the Heavenly Kick of Pain wasn't suitable for Guy. This technique heavily tested Chakra control, requiring precise manipulation of Chakra.

"The afternoon theory class is a big one, held in the large lecture hall where we have meetings," Mutsuki reminded before leaving.

"A big class? What's that about?" Some students were puzzled. They had noticed on the schedule that the theory class was marked with a note to go to a specific classroom, but they weren't sure why.

"The afternoon theory class is for all four classes together. Students from the second, third, and fourth classes will also be there," Mutsuki explained.

"So many people in one class, it'll be lively," some students felt it was quite nice.

"It's like our special training sessions," Izumo felt a sense of familiarity.

Mutsuki didn't explain much more; it was simply the four classes coming together for a joint class, nothing particularly special.

These large classes test the students' self-discipline even more, because with so many people, the sensei can't manage everyone at once. It's impossible to pay attention to everyone simultaneously.

Of course, that was in Mutsuki's previous world. Here, it's different; sensei are ninjas, superhumans.

Mutsuki didn't know what the other sensei thought, but he felt that the theory class wouldn't be too difficult to handle.

"Kotetsu, Izumo, what's this special training you mentioned? It seems like you've both gotten a lot stronger," some students familiar with Kotetsu and Izumo asked after class.

There are two exams per semester, and they study together every day. As classmates, they are quite familiar with each other's abilities, and the significant improvements of Kotetsu and Izumo were easy to notice.

"During the break, Yumi-sensei organized a summer special training for us. We trained for five weeks with a group of fourth-year students," Kotetsu explained.

"Mostly, it was fourth-year students there. For students from other years like us, only eight people from the entire grade could go," Kotetsu said this with a slight tilt of his head.

Even though his practical combat score didn't place in the top three of the class, he was among the top eight in his year.

Some expressed envy, while others felt it was too tiring. They had just finished a five-week special training not long after the break, and now school was starting again.
