After leaving Ino's house, Jugram moved towards Training Ground Number 3. As he journeyed in that direction, he pondered, "Considering the response of the Ino-Shika-Cho trio, it seems they have no issue with their children joining the Sternritter. And the rest shouldn't pose a problem either. The Hinata Clan and Aburame Clan are too loyal to the Hokage to disobey orders. So, I needn't worry about others joining or not."

Jugram finally reached Training Ground Number 3 where Sasuke was currently training and awaiting Jugram's arrival.

Approaching Sasuke, Jugram asked, "Did you inform the others to come here?"

"Yes, I personally went to their respective houses, called them, and informed them of the time and place of the meeting," replied Sasuke.

Jugram nodded, and then both he and Sasuke began sparring in swordsmanship, while Sasuke's Shadow Clone practiced 'Chakra Control'.

The whole process lasted for half an hour, and finally, the first person arrived. It was none other than Shino Aburame.

Jugram looked at Shino and said, "Welcome, Shino Aburame."

"Hello, Jugram Haschwalth," said Shino. After a brief pause, he continued, "You are very strong. The insects inside me are restless, and they are telling me that you are very dangerous. I haven't felt such a thing even from some strong Jonins."

Jugram simply smiled and didn't comment on what Shino said.

He then said to Shino, "You should wait for a few minutes; I think others should also be coming." Shino nodded and quietly stood under the tree.

The second person to arrive was Hinata. "Welcome, Hyuga Hinata," greeted Jugram.

"H-Hello, Jugram," replied Hinata shyly.

Jugram instructed, "You also need to wait for a few moments. As you can see, not everyone has arrived yet." Hinata nodded and positioned herself under a nearby tree.

Finally, Kiba arrived and greeted Jugram with ease, "Hello, I'm Kiba." Despite Kiba's mischievous nature, he restrained himself in front of Jugram due to Jugram's evident power. Jugram acknowledged Kiba's presence with a nod and, like the others, asked him to wait.

Eventually, the trio of Ino-Shika-Cho also arrived. With their presence, everyone Jugram had called for was now present.

"Thank you, everyone, for coming," expressed Jugram, extending his gratitude. Each person nodded in acknowledgment.

"Now, before you become official members of the Sternritter, there are a few things I would like to discuss with all of you," announced Jugram. After conveying this, he gathered Reishi in his hand, forming a Hagal rune made of Reishi. Jugram released the Hagal rune, allowing it to float in the air. As the Reishi Hagal rune ascended, it enlarged in size. From its six corners, six lines extended and touched the ground, forming a translucent barrier made of Reishi.

After the construction of the barrier was completed, Jugram said, "Now no one can listen to what we are discussing here. And yes, you don't have to worry. I'm not doing anything shady, but the things I am going to say are quite sensitive. You can consider it as my secret, which I don't want anyone to know. That's why I created this barrier. After listening to what I have to say, you will understand why I created this barrier."

After Jugram finished speaking, everyone nodded in silent acknowledgment, recognizing that each individual harbored their own secrets, just as Jugram did.

With the assurance of everyone's understanding, Jugram continued, "As you may already be aware, the organization I am in the process of forming is known as the 'Sternritter'. It has a predetermined membership quota of 12 individuals, excluding myself. If I am counted among them, the 'Sternritter' will comprise a total of 13 members."

Pausing thoughtfully, Jugram added, "Now, in establishing this organization, it signifies that there will be distinct agendas and missions to pursue. The overarching mission of the 'Sternritter' will be the safeguarding of this world."

Upon hearing Jugram's statement, Shikamaru sought clarification, asking, "Could you elaborate on what you mean by 'protecting this world'?"

"I was just about to explain," Jugram interjected. "When I say our mission is 'to protect this world', I mean it literally. We need to shield our world from external enemies. I never implied that we would intervene in the wars within our world or anything of that sort. Such matters pale in comparison to the imminent threats that will confront our Earth in the near future," explained Jugram.

Jugram's words came as a shock to everyone. They struggled to comprehend his true intentions.

Jugram's decision to disclose the presence of Otsutsuki stemmed from two primary reasons. Firstly, he foresaw that as the 'Sternritter' evolved, its members would inevitably ascend to become the most influential individuals on Earth. Thus, the burden of safeguarding the ninja world would inevitably fall upon their shoulders. Consequently, Jugram deemed it imperative to designate this as the principal mission of the 'Sternritter'. Secondly, by unveiling this critical information, he anticipated a substantial boost in the likelihood of these individuals opting to join the 'Sternritter'.
