Naruto was walking alone on the street, lost in thought. In Kirishima memory, he knew he had to perform well in the upcoming Chunin Exam and be careful of Orochimaru.

Suddenly, Naruto noticed a square stone with two holes moving behind him. The poor disguise made Naruto smile slightly.

"Come out, Konohamaru. Your disguise is terrible," Naruto called out.

"Hehehe, you really are the boss, Naruto!" Konohamaru said as he emerged from the stone, followed by his friends Moegi Kazamatsuri and Udon. Konohamaru was wearing goggles and had a determined look on his face.

"What's up this time?" Naruto asked calmly.

Konohamaru pointed at Naruto, looking dissatisfied. "You've been cold lately, Naruto nee-chan! You promised to play ninja games with us today, remember?"

Naruto shook his head gently. "Sorry, Konohamaru, but I can't play with you for a while. The Chunin Exam is coming up, and I need to prepare."

"Chunin Exam!" Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon's eyes lit up. Ninja games were fun, but the Chunin Exam was even more exciting!

"Yeah, it's time! Kakashi Sensei just left. Maybe we can participate this year too!" Naruto said happily.

Moegi said excitedly, "The Chunin Exam! Then boss will definitely become a Chunin and be the most amazing one there!"

"Hehe, look at this short guy and his little friends playing ninja games. It's so funny. Konoha's Genin look like kids!" A boy in black clothes with a Sand Village forehead protector, purple face paint, and a bandaged back laughed.

Next to him was a girl with yellow hair styled in four pigtails, a huge iron fan on her back, and a Sand Village forehead protector around her neck.

"Kankuro, Temari!" Naruto thought, recognizing them immediately.

Facing Kankuro's ridicule, Naruto smiled. "You're from the Sand Village here for the Chunin Exam, right? I've learned a bit about Sand Village ninjas. The guy with the painted face is a puppeteer, and the girl with the big fan is good with wind jutsu!"

Kankuro and Temari's faces changed. They had wanted to provoke Naruto and gather information, but he had revealed their abilities right away.

"This guy isn't an ordinary Genin," they both thought.

Kankuro sneered. "Oh, so Konoha ninjas are well-informed. But knowing that won't help you. Ninjas aren't just playing games. Be careful during the exam..."

Naruto walked forward with a serious expression, ignoring Kankuro's taunt.

"What are you going to do?" Kankuro and Temari tensed, ready to fight.

When Naruto was about five or six meters away, he measured his height against Kankuro's and then grinned. "Hehe, looks like you're the short one, and I'm the tall one!"

Temari couldn't help but laugh, quickly covering her mouth when she saw Kankuro's angry face. "Sorry, I just couldn't help it!"

Kankuro glared at Naruto and used a slender chakra string to try and trip him. But Naruto's wind-attribute chakra cut the string instantly.

"Just like you said, ninja isn't a game. Be careful during the exam," Naruto retorted, turning Kankuro's words back on him.

Kankuro was embarrassed and angry, realizing he had been outsmarted.

"Painted-face, you're the one who got embarrassed. Also, there's someone hiding over there. Come out!" Naruto turned his gaze to a young man with a big gourd on his back, heavy black circles under his eyes, and a red word "love" on his forehead.

"Gaara!" Kankuro and Temari exclaimed, their faces paling.

"Shut up, you're too noisy," Gaara said coldly, making Kankuro and Temari freeze in fear. Gaara appeared in front of Naruto, eyes cold and full of resentment. "I'm interested in you. What's your name?"

"Uzumaki Naruto, future Hokage. And you?" Naruto replied.

"Gaara of the Sand. I hope to see you in the Chunin Exam," Gaara said before leaving with Temari and Kankuro.

Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon looked at Naruto in awe.

"Wow, Naruto nee-chan, you were so cool There!" Konohamaru said excitedly.

"Boss, you totally showed that clown. It was awesome. I admire you so much," Moegi added.

"That's right!" Udon chimed in.

Naruto scratched the back of his head and laughed. "Really? Was I really that cool?"

"So cool, super cool, indescribably cool!" Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon cheered, making Naruto feel a bit embarrassed.

Naruto smiled. "Sorry, I can't play ninja games with you today. How about I treat you to lunch? Konohamaru, what do you want to eat?"

"Long live Naruto!" Konohamaru cheered loudly.

"Boss, you're more awesome than ever!" Moegi shouted.

"That's right!" Udon agreed.

"Let's go eat, then!" Naruto said, leading Konohamaru's group off happily.

At the corner of the street, Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro were watching them. Gaara stared at Naruto and his friends, feeling irritated.

"Killing you would be valuable, Uzumaki Naruto," Gaara muttered, eyes filled with a cruel madness. Temari and Kankuro trembled, not daring to speak.

*Fact.11:-Shikotsumyaku Is Way Gorier In The Manga

Kimimaro's kekkai gengaki Shikotsumyaku allows him to manipulate his bones and use them as weapons. In the manga, his bones rip through his skin and make him bleed. In the anime, things aren't quite as gory - tiny holes open up in his skin that allow the bones to pass through without incident.
