"AHH!!! Pervy Sage!!! Weren't you lecturing me about the three taboos of a Shinobi!? WHAT'S THIS!!? HUH!? YOU'RE INDULGING YOURSELF IN ALL OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME!" Naruto's loud voice could be heard from a nearby venue.
This caught my attention and I went towards him. It seems that Naruto also finished having his share of fun at the festival.

When I got to the venue, I could hear Jiraiya say this as he attacked with a reduced Rasengan towards a man in a white coat.
If I'm not wrong, this person claims to be a former Chunin of the land of Stone. Anyways, he's trash, so he isn't relevant.
Jiraiya went to talk to the man, and nodded towards me after seeing that I'm also there.
I nodded back at him before going to Naruto who's at the entrance of the venue. He had three cooked squid on a stick, but one of them flew to the former Chunin. Currently, he only has two of the three squids.
"Oh, it's you, Sasuke…" Naruto squinted at Sasuke. He had been looking for Pervy Sage and Sasuke all this time, but they seemed to only appear when they wanted to.
When he looked down at Sasuke's right hand, he saw something that wasn't there before – the Gauntlet.
"Wow. Thanks for the food." I thanked him and snatched the two cooked squids from his hand and began gobbling them down.
"Hey!" Naruto planned to share the squids with Jiraiya and Sasuke, but he ended up losing one, and Sasuke devoured the other two! He grumbled to no end, and went to Jiraiya while feeling annoyed at Sasuke.

In the forest near the large festival town, three people stood facing one another.
To get Naruto's attention off of his deflated frog, Jiraiya decided to start teaching the Rasengan to Naruto. He had already got the water balloons after taking money from the former stone Chunin.
I tagged along with the two since I wanted to see the learning process of the Rasengan once again. It's not every day that I get to witness this.
Jiraiya asked if I also wanted to learn the Rasengan along with Naruto, but I said that I'll just observe for now and join if I feel like it.
Jiraiya didn't think much about it, but Naruto felt like Sasuke was just looking down at the Rasengan since he already got his hands on the Chidori.
Nonetheless, the first step of the Rasengan began after Jiriaya showed Naruto how to pop the balloon.
But other than showing Naruto how to pop the balloon, that's pretty much all Jiraiya did. He then took out a gourd of sake and went to rest on a tree trunk. After all, he had a pretty tiresome day of 'research' in the town.
