13 Fighting Dreamers
It was time for Guy-Sensei's test, the training ground was exactly like the canon, a big open area with three trunks at the edge of the forest, Neji, Lee and me decide to stretch while we can.
"Do you have any idea what is this test about?" Lee asked, Neji just shrugged, while I was thinking how to answer Lee's question.
"I asked my aunt about Guy-Sensei, she said that he is a bit odd, but if one were to look beyond his personality, he would find a loyal friend and a hardworking person, he is a Taijutsu Master, so maybe the test will be something related to combat" I explained to the pair.
"The nature of the test doesn't matter, my destiny is to succeed" Neji added, I miss the old Neji, if only he was able to see beyond his grief.
We spend a few minutes trying to come up with some strategies in case we had to fight, most of them started with me casting a Genjutsu to win some time for the other two to land as many punches as they could, Guy-Sensei finally arrived, and we aligned in front of him.
"The test will be easy, I want you to hit me, if each of you can hit me once, using only Taijutsu you will pass" He said preparing his fighting stance "You have until the sun disappears in the horizon, BEGIN!" he shouted.

{Might Guy POV}
The three of them are talented, each had a unique way to attack, Rock Lee rushes at me with his strength and speed, if I try to block him I will open myself to a follow attack from the other two, I redirect his attacks or use his strength against him using some throws, Neji's attacks are weaker, but his speed is equal to Lee's, I could block him, but that will put me in a disadvantage if he manages to block one of my Tenketsu Points, dodging his attacks is the safest bet, Kenji is the weaker and slower of the three, and he is aware of that, I can easily block him without issue, but his attacks are meant to distract me from to create openings for the other two, he keeps me on my toes by sneaking to my blind spot when the other two take the initiative.
At the beginning, I just wanted to test their abilities but being engulfed by their YOUTH! I can't hold myself any longer, I have to reciprocate their feelings by giving my best, so instead of being in the defensive, I'll take the offensive, I WILL SHOW THEM MY YOUTH!

{Kenji Yūhi POV}
Guy-Sensei was toying with us, one second we had him on the defensive, dodging, blocking, deflecting our attacks, and the next second he goes crazy and start kicking our asses, we just graduated from the Academy, does he really expect us to fight at the same level of a Jonin? This crazy bastard, Lee is hurt and only standing by will force, Neji is mentally defeated mumbling something about the strong destiny is to dominate the weak, and here I am tired and bruised, unable to use my best asset in combat because it is against the rules.
He is a beast, scratch that he is closer to the Asura, he may even overpower some of them, he fights with the same intensity they do, he fights for fun, he subconsciously tries to dominate us using his strength alone, and he is succeeding, that bring bad memories back, my first ten years as an Asura were the worst, I was constantly beaten to a pulp, I had to fight for the leftovers of the big shots, didn't have a home or a moment to rest, but that changed when I found my will to fight, that changed when I found my inner strength, I gathered those who were at the bottom, we joined forces and trained with each other, we grew closer, we grew stronger, we fought the oppressors, and we tried to help the newcomers, it wasn't perfect and there still was oppression when I left, but we tried.

{Might Guy POV}
The sun was about to disappear in the horizon, they have a five minutes maximum, even if they can't hit me, I will let them pass the test, after all it wasn't about landing a hit, it was about proving they have the spirit to fight against the odd, they truly have YOUTH! But something was different, there was a tension in the air, something I can't describe I felt uneasy, just like before fighting a strong opponent.
Lee and Neji kept attacking me with all they had, Kenji was getting more aggressive each second, everything change that moment, I countered Neji's punch with a kick to his face, Lee took the opportunity and tried to kick my back, but I jumped, grabbed his leg and threw him towards Neji who was recovering, Kenji changed his strategy instead of distracting me, he rushed at me faster than before, I tried to block his left kick, but it was a faint, he used my block as a trampoline, jumped and spinning in the air he connected a clean kick to my back, the other two saw the opening, Lee connected an uppercut and Neji connected a kick to my stomach while I was recovering from the dizziness provoked by Lee.
"YOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUTH!" I shouted with all the air in my lungs, they make me proud, they are the epitome of YOUTH! They are the best disciples a man can hope, Rock Lee, Neji Hyuga, Kenji Yūhi, I will make great ninjas out of you, I smiled to them, and they smiled back before falling to the ground unconscious.

{Kenji Yūhi POV}
The last thing I remember is seeing Guy-Sensei crying and smiling, before collapsing exhausted, I woke up with my back supported by one of the trunks of the training ground, Neji was in the middle and Lee in the right one, both of them still sleeping, Guy-Sensei was sitting in front of us keeping the fire alive, to keep us warm, there were some alerts during the fight, but I ignored them to keep focusing on the fight.

Now that explains a lot, the sudden boost of speed and strength, the damage done to Guy-Sensei with only a kick, the way I moved by instinct were due to the memories my body received from my time as an Asura, there wasn't a better time for me to get them back, and now I'll be able to reduce the gap between my Genjutsu and my other skills.
