Chapter 14

Afternoon*

Naruto and Hinata had just finished their training and were sitting next to each other to rest.

"You take the Chuunin exams, right?" Naruto asked.

"Of course." Hinata said while leaning on Naruto.

"How are things in your clan? Are they still pushing you?" Naruto asked while holding hands with Hinata.

"Sigh*. They want me to be the heir to the clan. But if I am the heir, they will place the caged bird seal on my younger sister Hanabi. That's why I refuse to be an heir. In this way, they cannot place the seal on Hanabi. I have a lot of potential, so they can't put the seal on me for the Clan's future. At least with this method, I will be able to manage until Hanabi has a genin."

"Don't worry, we'll already find a solution by then. Anyway, now that you're officially a genin, do you want to claim your reward?" Naruto grinned as he approached Hinata's face.

"I- I want." Hinata said while blushing.

Naruto approached and grabbed Hinata's chin. After the two of them got very close, Hinata couldn't help but close her eyes.

Naruto smiled slyly and leaned closer to Hinata's lips. Hinata could feel Naruto's breath on her face right now.

"Why isn't he kissing me yet?" Hinata thought after a while.

When she opened her eyes to know what happened, she met Naruto's eyes.

Naruto then connected his lips to Hinata's and they began kissing gently.

After a while, Naruto's tongue passed through her lips and entered her mouth.

Surprised, she responded with her tongue and began kissing passionately. They broke up after kissing for a long time.

Hinata snuggled her head into Naruto's chest as she was so embarrassed.

"I think you're embarrassed, my little lady." Naruto said while stroking Hinata's hair.

"Do you want to continue kissing?"

Hinata shyly nodded her head.

A few days later*

Naruto was sitting cross-legged on the bed. He then entered the field of mind by meditating.

In Naruto's mind field, there was an orange fox locked behind barred doors. The ground was covered with water that looked dirty.

As soon as Naruto appeared in his mind space, the fox on the other side of the door opened its crimson eyes and looked at Naruto.

"Looks like someone came to visit me." Kyuubi said.

"I've been hosting for a long time, I think it's time to meet up." Naruto said with a grin.

"First let me introduce myself. I'm Naruto Uzumaki. I am a genin in Konoha."

"Okay brat! Let me introduce myself! I'm Kyuubi no Youko. I am the nine-tailed fox, the strongest of the tailed beasts. Now before I eat you, I'll let you tell me why you came here." Kyuubi said.

"Beast with the strongest tail? It's funny. Anyway, I'm here to give you a choice as to why I'm here. Now choose, will you stay inside me and let me use your chakra freely, or shall I forcibly exploit you and destroy you?" Naruto said in a stern tone.

"How dare you talk to me like that! You human junk! I am the nine-tailed fox! Know your limits!" Kyuubi said angrily.

"Sigh* You know, you're so egoistic. What gives you the right to think that because you have 9 tails you are the strongest tailed monster? Now I'll show you who you're dealing with." Naruto said.

Later, Naruto's eyes began to change as two wolf ears appeared on his head. After going through a few body changes, tails started to appear behind him.

"You? How can you be here?" Kyuubi said in surprise while watching Naruto transform.

"Hahaha! You were just so brave! Don't worry, I'm not that Juubi you know. Anyway, we'll talk about that another time. Now let me explain it to you again. But first, let's beautify the environment a bit." Naruto said.

After Naruto finished speaking, the surrounding dirty water and the iron-barred door disappeared. All of a sudden, everything turned into a lush plain.

On the other hand, Kyuubi was standing in the middle of the plain with a collar around his neck and looking around in amazement.

"This is all I can give you for now. Now sit down and let's talk properly." Naruto said as he flew towards Kyuubi.

Kyuubi nervously lay down on the ground, and Naruto sat down on the lavish seat that had appeared out of nowhere.

"Should I call you Kyuubi or Kurama?" Naruto asked.

"How do you know? Anyway, you can say whatever you want." Kyuubi said after a moment of surprise.

"Then I will call you by your real name. Kurama, I'm going to make you a pretty good offer. I'll let you live here and occasionally look at what's out there. Maybe I can give you a few extra permissions in the future."

"Now let's get to what I want in return. You will unconditionally allow me to use you. That's all I want for now. And don't worry, I'll release you from your seal later, and I'll take your other half later. So what do you think?" Naruto said.

"What if I want to refuse?" Kurama asked nervously.

While Naruto was sitting, the tails behind him were moving aggressively. His eyes looked threatening. Also, a terrifying aura began to appear around him.

"Are you sure?" Naruto asked in a dominant tone.

"I- I was just asking." Kurama said fearfully.

Naruto sighed deeply and returned to his previous form, then continued to speak,

"By the way, this offer is really good for you. Think about it, if you were free outside, do you think people would let you live freely? As soon as you exit, you will be immediately targeted by the villages. Also, remember the last time you went out, you were controlled by an Uchiha. You can also see your siblings here in the future. Now tell me your answer, do you agree?"

"I accept." Kurama said.
