67 The Bell Test? [59]

-POV Raiden Shimura-

"My likes are my fiancé, my subordinates, pizza, kenjutsu and strength. While my dislikes are anyone against me and aliens. Now introduce yourselves!" I say in an upbeat tone. The three fresh Genins in front of me start to squirm a little at my words.

I mean who in their right mind says that they hated aliens?

"I guess I'll go first!" One of the girls speak up after a few seconds. "My name is Karin Shimura, my likes are fuinjutsu, ramen, Guren Shimura and my master. My dislikes are anyone that insults master and Tuesdays because the ramen stand is closed." Karin ends her little introduction with a pout. Hearing this Hinata and I smile a little.

With this Shino, Karin and I looked at Hinata as she was in the middle and next to Karin. Hinata seeing that our eyes were on her started to talk.

"My name is Hinata Hyuga and I'm gonna be a Shimura when I hit Chunin." She said with a blush. Touching her two index fingers together, she went on. "My likes are my Daarin (darling), cinnamon rolls, mama, papa and my friends. My dislikes are people who act like sheep's and extras!" Hinata says the last part with an innocent look.

Seeing my future wife say the last part, I suddenly shiver for some reason.

'It's quite cold today ain't it.' I say to myself before as Shino starts his own introduction.

"M-my name is Shino Aburame and I'm the heir to the Aburame Clan. I like pizza… bugs… and hate bug repellents." He sort of mutters at the end, quickly finishing his introduction. Hearing this I giggle a little seeing his introverted personality.

"Heh it's good that we finished our introduction." I say with a fake smile. "Because now we will do a little test. It will demonstrate to me if I'll truly be your sensei or not. If you fail, you will be some random fodder for the Genin corp." I end adding some bloodlust and pressure at the same time.

My three Genins holding in their breathes, couldn't move or blink as I stood up and walked a small distance away from them.

"The only way to pass is to take this bell away from me." I comment pointing down to my left pocket. The three Genins after look at the bell started to give each other some eye signals.

'I forgot the second bell but that works out in my favour anyways.' I think with a sweat drop going down my face.

Well this worked out for the best as the bell test was stupid anyways. The whole idea of trying to "force" a team to try against a Jounin/peak Chunin is ridiculous seeing that there is only three ways it could go.

One, the team tries to fight the sensei one on one or at the same time and fail horribly.

Second, they "team up" but act like the elders of the village and try to bait and betray each other.

And third, they already knew/figured out what the test is about. The third option is clearly the one we want but it's stupid to think that children age of 12 and at war times 7-9 work together under the pressure of a Jounin of failing to be a shinobi.

It's stupid and I could rant about it all day.

Their eye signals were done in front of me so I could see what they meant. The main part was "spread out" then right after "group up".

I create a small diagonal slash after getting bored of watching them, which makes its way towards the three of them.

Unsurprisingly though, they all dodge the slash and start to blend themselves into the surroundings.

'I guess I should reduce my sensing area to 50 metres with minimal effort to mimic a normal sensor.'

With this though I also made a [Shadow Clone] and used [Body Swap] to lose the three bugs Shino put on me.

Those things are dangerous man. I also sensed a few Shoukaichu underground before I suppressed my sensing ability. It's good that Shino pre plans everything, from what I've seen from the anime he's never lost a battle.

He's a cold and calculated rizzler. There's a reason why Danzo wanted him.

Sighing to myself, I play the waiting game as I sit on top of a tree with my clone just chilling on the ground.

'Finally some action.' I thought to myself as I see three kunai whistle towards my clone. My clone dosing the first two kunais, catches the third and holds it up with a stance.

Right after this I sense two familiar chakra signatures behind my clone as they start to throw wind and lightning coated senbon and kunais towards my clone.

The person in front was also throwing some objects but not as much as the two behind.

'So they are trying to bait me into a certain direction.' I say to myself. 'They wont try to trap me because Karin knows it wont work, so they will probably try to force some fights in an awkward position and play off each other.'

Analysing the situation, I get a little distracted. With my clone already in the forest of training ground 6.

[Body Flicker]ing into the forest, I sense Hinata who was one of the two back attackers get out of her position and start to engage my clone.

Seeing her create two water dragons in her two hands. My mouth gapes open in surprise

'Isn't she developing too fast? Well I guess there's nothing wrong with that…'

My [Shadow Clone] was pushed back a little as a bright glow flashed under him.

"Stun Seals." I hear my clone comment as he uses his speed to escape it. With this I sense loads of Shoukaichu start to enclose my clone with Shino jumping on top of a tree above my clone and sending a huge amount of bugs towards the clone from above.

Seeing the battle is nearing its climax I use swift release and [Body Swap] to switch my clone and enjoy myself a little bit.

Right after this swap I felt the ground start to become unstable.

'Karin's using [Earth Release: Underground Split] huh.'

Damn even a Chunin would probably die to a trap like this. To be honest a plan like this is quite intuitive with only 2 minutes to come up with something.

Shino proceeded to attack from above while his bugs surround me underground. Hinata is blocking the exit points and Karin is the anchor who uses the ninjutsu.

Unfortunately for them I could either use my pure speed to blitz pass or brute strength past Hinata. Seeing no other option, I rush forward towards Hinata .

Hinata seeing this gets into a small taijutsu battle with me, with her in the lead. This mostly consisted of me dodging her water dragons.

Sensing the Shoukaichu closing in on me mid fight, I flare my chakra to overwhelm the bugs senses. This in turn making me immune to all the bugs attached to me and paralysing them.

"Not too shabby hime." I comment. Hinata ignoring my words, keeps on fighting without breaking a sweat

'She seems to be in the zone.' I say to myself as I notice her ignoring the environment. 'It seems like she hasn't adapted to fighting in places like these.'

With Shino still behind me and about to attack, I walk next to a tree.

Dodging the punch, Hinata's hand gets stuck into a tree making her unable to move. With Shino throwing a few more kunai at me because of his tracking bugs still attached. I am forced to dodge to my left as Shino took cover, to which Karin enters my sensing range.

'Well I'll guess I'll let her have it, they passed anyways.' I think to myself as I sense Karin charging up a [Body Flicker] equal to a low Jounin's.

With her instantly flickering beside me and soon after past, I look down to see the bell gone and my Genins gathering in front of me full of smiles.

"Not too bad guys." I compliment them.

"I think this deserves a prize sensei!" Karin shouts in excitement with no shame. Hinata hearing this also nods in a cute manner.

"Yes I need some compensation for my aching wrist Rei." Hinata added with a pitiful expression. "Say you know any good places Shino?"

With the adrenaline starting to die down, Shino thought for a few seconds.

"Pizza…" Shino murmurs while we all could imagine him practically drooling at the thought.

"Sure I don't mind, but remember that we will be having our first training session tommorow. I wasn't supposed to test y'all today but you cant always be prepared for battles." I tell them as we all made our way towards one of my restaurants in the civilian district of Konoha.

"Look it's the Green Blade of Konoha!"

"I saw that his bounty was 55 million ryo."

"Surely that's some random kid, you jest?"

"Who else has green hair dumbass."

Multiple people could be heard talking as we made our way towards everlasting pizza and the newly added burgers and fries.
