Ramen [20]

"Ugh." I groan rubbing my eyes as I wake up from my sleep.

It has been a week now since Karin and Asashi have arrived here and we are going to be starting our morning training today.

Looking over to my left I see a pile of messy red hair that I think is Karin, putting my hands near her face I start to tidy up her hair a little bit as she is quite tired from crying last night.

I have decided to have Karin sleep with me as she keeps getting nightmares at night which is obviously not a good thing.

This will be going on for who knows how long but to have a girl to cuddle at night is never a bad thing I tell you, it's quite comfortable to be perfectly honest with you.

On the positive side it makes it easier to bond with her as she will start to depend on me more, while on the down side she might be a little obsessed with me which isn't all too bad.

"Karin...Karin." I say gently while softly pushing her shoulder back and fourth to wake her up.

Karin raising her head with puffy eyes starts to look around the room in a frenzy.

"Blurry." She says it in a cute way making my heart ache.

'My heart hurts' I say in my mind imagining myself grabbing my chest.

Getting her new glasses I bought her yesterday I proceeded to put them on her.

"Come on, lets get ready." I say as I get out of bed.

A few hours later you can see three kids jogging around Konoha in the morning. These kids are all wearing miniature Anbu getups with very weird sandals that shouldn't really hold up in a real battle.

These three kids include my two new subordinates and I!

They are doing pretty well for their first time training as both of them seem fired up trying to be the best at everything and competing against each other.

After a few hours of back and fourth jogging we finally stopped to take a little rest near the centre of the village.

"Karin how do you have soo much energy." Asashi says as he drops to the floor.

Karin looking at Asashi starts to grin.

"I'm just better than you, master dont you think so too that guy is dirty." She says as she hides behind me giggling.

"Lets rest up then head back, it has been quite a bit since we have started joggi-."

As I try to finish my sentence a blur of green speeds past us shouting something.

"Such youth, training in the morning!" Konoha's green beast shouts as he disappears off into the distance.

"Master does that guy have a brain tumor." Asashi grumbles out as he's massaging his legs making Karin and I laugh out loud, Asashi hearing us laugh starts to grumble to himself as he's currently very sore.

Both their progress so far has been pretty decent to say the least as they havent had prior training.

Asashi's taijutsu has improved to a high academy level while his constitution has hit mid academy level.

Karin's main trait, chakra has been significantly increased since she started to train her control as it has hit mid Genin. What pure bullshit, she just needs to exist and her reserves are gonna grow bigger than 99% of the people in this world.

I'm the same age as her with Low Jounin reserves but what she has achieved without trying makes me wanna cry as with no training she will catch up to me in reserves if I stop training.

Her constitution is about low to mid academy level while she has been learning some ninjutsu like the clone and body swap technique.

Now that I think about it I need a third subordinate to finish off the team, I'll ask Danzo today if there is anyone near Kiri that has a kekkei genkai as maybe finding someone like Haku would help the team tremendously.

Karin the ninjutsu spammer, Asashi the Taijutsu beast while you get me the all rounder with a sword.

We need someone as a mid-range fighter or someone way more in the back who can do ninjutsu combos with Karin.

I'm not gonna graduate at the same time as them so I want to give them a third. I'll make Karin bump up her grades and join Asashi's class in the future as Asashi has just recently gotten into the Academy with my clans backing which was convenient.

"Master can I buy some ramen." Karin asks while tugging on my side.

"Sure." I responded with a smile.

Ever since I showed her the "Light" that ramen is she has been begging me to come back here as she spends just a little of her pocket money to buy loads of ramen.

I thought she would have spent all her money on food but I didn't realise the true amount of money Bird is giving them.

It's a bit much but I will need to reduce it to make them more resourceful which might make her cry but it's fine.

She can cuddle up with me again hehe.

Making our way to the legendary ramen stand, we see a certain blonde eating some ramen.

Getting under the small curtains we sit down filling up the stand.

Karin, now excited starts to order ramen.

"We want one bowl of what she said." Asashi and I say at the same time making Karin giggle.

Looking over to my left as I'm sitting next to Naruto I introduce myself while putting one of my hands near Karin.

"Hey man, my names Raiden!" I say cheerfully making the kid backup a little.

Naruto with a reluctant stare starts to look at me.

"H-Hello my name is Naruto Uzumaki dattebayo!" He says shakily at the start before regaining his energy again.

Sensing Kairn's surprise looks I pinch her side while conversing with Naruto.

This went on for a while as the four of us started to laugh and joke around and in the end, befriend the lonely demon vessel.

"I'll pay for your food Naruto." I say as I put 2,500 ryo on the table paying for Naruto's four bowls.

Naruto seeing this starts to quiet down as I could see a little bit of his eyes watering with happyness showing on his face.

"The four of us can meet in the academy as the opening is in a months time." I say making Naruto nod.

"I'll see ya guys at the academy dattebayo!" He says as the three of us make out way back to the Shimura compound.

I want to cement a friendship with him as fast as I can for a very obvious reason. This man would save any friend with the best of his abilities even if it cost his life, and if I could befriend him in the future thats a future perfect 9 tails demon vessel that will be protecting me.

I don't want him to depend on me though so I will introduce Naruto to the other side men, Choji and Shikamara as they keep to themselves anyways.

Adding an energetic blonde would brighten up Choji a little.
