15 Progress [15]

After that meeting with Danzo I diligently went back to my training as I aint getting stronger without any hard work with efficiency done, no way am I working hard without knowing that my training is actually helping me out in the long run.

The days go by as I wait for my new subbordinates.

I'm still a beginner at fuinjutsu but in my other skills I have improved drastically.

My overall battle iq according to Kakashi has improved to low Jounin which to be honest is a real accomplishment for me.

My surprisingly my taijutsu after focusing a bit more on it has improved to the same level as my shurikenjutsu as they both hit mid Chunin. My Kenjutsu has improved to high Chunin after I finally mastered the Shimura Swift Death Style.

The reason it's not Jounin level yet is because I'm not able to incorporate all of my stances to my battles as even with my battle iq I still need to improve on my decision making in short spans of time which is something I will learn about more when I get more combat experience in a few years.

Ninjutsu is currently in mid Genin level with me mastering the basic three academy ninjutsu.

They are actually quite difficult to master to the point of not needing hand seals, right now I need only a few hand seals to mould my chakra to use the three of them.

I'm able to use the [Body Flicker Technique] but it's still not at the level I want it for in the future so it's a work in progress while my new genjutsu I got recently [Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique] but haven't started to learn it yet.

I'll make use of the one year I'll spend in the academy to perfect my ninjutsu before as I will get a break through in kenjutsu and taijutsu prowess when I get battle experience, but before that I still need to do D-rank missions.

Ugh.

After a week of me being bored something has finally arrived.

My chakra metal!

When the chakra metal arrived I talked to Toki about what I wanted to do and he quickly sent a quarter of the chakra metal to make 6 kunai which I'll be using for quite a lot of years of course.

I definitely wanna replace my Katana with Orochimaru's Kusunagi as it's the only one that lived up to the hype as it can even cut through platinum.

Don't know what happened to Sasuke's one, he kinda just ditched it and found another one like its your replaceable toy lightsaber.

Thinking of my new Kunai collection with the signatures of strong shinobi a few more weeks go by.

Nothing much really happened these last few weeks besides my training, Bird going missing for I assume retrieving my new subordinates and going out with Hinata and Himawari.

--POV Karin Uzumaki--

Feeling the sun rays hitting my face I start to squirm around on my stone bed. Hugging my pillow I start to complain inwardly on how the curtains opened themselves.

"Ughh." I groan out not wanting to leave the very uncomfortable stone bed at the one time it feels fine to sleep on.

Standing up I make my way to the curtains and snap them shut just the way I like them.

It's now been a few weeks since dad's death on his mission.

He promised he would come back.

But he didn't...

'He even pinky promised me, those aren't meant to be broken right?' I think to myself as my eyes start to water

Mother and I didn't even get to see his body as the ninjas who came to tell us the news said that he was burnt to a crisp.

Not even honey coating it to me, I guess i'm used to it by now but these guys are seriously getting on my nerves. This whole retarted village is the problem, why did mama and papa even start to live here.

Surely any other town that isn't a shinobi village would work.

But I guess I can't change that.

Preparing myself, I exit the house on the mission to scavenge for fair prices on the streets as all children should at trying times like these till mama gets home to ease her burden.

Mama looks sicker everytime she comes back from work.

I'm worried...

--POV Asashi Sato--

"Asashi get to the front!" I hear the Matron call out in a cold tone.

'That's weird I've never heard her speak that way.' I think to myself as I make my way to the front.

It has always been a dream for me to be a Shinobi, I would do almost anything to be one.

I mean hearing the stories about the third Hokage beating multiple battalions one after another with his kunais he duplicates magically with chakra.

The God of Shinobi they call him.

Who wouldn't want to be a cool ninja?

Life hasn't been the fairest to me with my situation but I still hold my head up hoping for any opportunity to get stronger.

Making it to the front I see a man with a sloth mask next to the patron who is currently giving me a cold look for the first time.

"Sloth-sama over here will be adopting you to be trained as a shinobi." The matron quickly explains in a dead sounding voice.

'This guy been drugged or something?' I question the sitution as ridiculous as it is I can't really do anything to this guy as he probably has the matron under his control.

Nodding, I start to walk with Sloth-sama till we get outside of the orphanage to when he finally speaks.

"You know how to read?" He says in a neutral voice.

"Yeah." I gave him a deadpan look.

'It's not like we have been taught on how to read since four or anything.' I say this in my mind in a mocking manner.

"Take the book, it will explain your situation more and after that I'll explain the rest."

Taking the book from his hands I start to read as before I know it I get teleported?

Looking at my surroundings confused I stare at Sloth-sama with a confused look.

'The hell?'

"Just keep reading while I bring us to my young master." He says after seeing my confused look.

Hearing this I just silently nod looking down again to read the book.

'Shimura-sama, interesting.'
