Chapter 2: Isaac II

...........

"Perfection' is man's ultimate illusion. It simply doesn't exist in the universe... If you are a perfectionist, you are guaranteed to be a loser in whatever you do." ~ David D. Burns

Isaac is such a loser yet he is a loser who does not quit for perfection is one of the only eternal pursuits in all of reality... You can never attain it.

And that's why he awakened Sharingan, certainly not because his parents died. He awakened his Sharingan the moment he awakened his memories of his past life, simply due to anxiety and anxiousness.

The perfectionist in him simply couldn't help feeling anxious due to the uncontrollable situation he found himself in, then came anxiety and stress as he contemplated all the imperfections surrounding him.

It was one thing to watch it as a kid but another to find yourself in such a shitty world, one full of potential, thus why the perfectionist in him was under so much stress, so much so that his eyes were stinging at all times.

It was the exact same feeling as opening Sharingan. He never realized that his emotions were so strong. The desire to perfect everything was natural to him, just like the desire to perfect some special individuals out of this world.

"Good morning, everyone!" Isaac loudly spoke as he entered the classroom, seeing many familiar faces.

"Ohhhh, Isaac! Welcome back," The most cheerful and loudest to welcome him was none other than Might Guy, the representative of youth in class.

"Welcome back!"

"Yo!"

"Nice to have you back Isaac!"

"Isaac!! I missed you so much!" And well, the representative of annoyance in class, Anko Mitarashi, "I had no one to do my homework for me the entire past month!"

Obito could only look at Isaac in envy, people seemed to surround him unconsciously without him even doing much.

"Be ready to learn doing it yourself then," Isaac said with a smile as he flickered her forehead.

"Huh?" Anko held her forehead, stunned, "You won't help me do my homework anymore?" She questioned as she teared up.

"Do you really expect me to always take care of you?" Isaac asked her strangely.

"Of course! I'll marry you then you'll always take care of me?" Anko nodded as if it was a matter of course, in turn eyeing him strangely.

The mood suddenly became subtle, although his classmates seemed to be used to Anko's phenomenon brain. Hell, even Isaac was tempted, 'Come to think of it, I've never dissected a brain.'

"Alright! Everyone back to their seats!" Luckily, the awkward air was instantly cleared away as the teacher entered the room.

Isaac went back to his seat. The classroom only has three seat desks which he naturally shares with Anko and someone the complete opposite of her in every single way, Rin Nohara.

Rin, the sweetest girl in class, rivals Isaac in popularity, "Welcome back. You... A-are you feeling better?" She couldn't help but ask hesitantly, bringing up the subject no other kid wanted to bring up simply because they weren't equipped to deal with it, but she was too kind.

"Hm?" Isaac raised a brow as he turned his attention to her, letting out a gentle smile, "I have to move on at some point, so don't worry, I've gotten better, a lot better."

"I'm glad," Said Rin with a cheerful smile, "Let's work hard and become great shinobis!"

Maybe they will, after listening to a class about the will of fire, 'Kids and their dreams... Well, at least it isn't an impossible dream,' Isaac mused as he turned his attention to his impossible dream, starting with a book written by the second Hokage, Tobirama Senju.

The book was named 'The Concept Of Chakra' It's a very basic book but it explains a concept that puzzles Isaac very much, Chakra.

Chakra is an energy created from the combination of one's physical energy and spiritual energy. It's basically your stamina and life force.

You can increase it by building up the energies that compose it, like with physical training or meditation. But everyone has a natural limit to how much chakra they can produce at their peak.

Some individuals can have naturally greater chakra reserves than the norm, and descendants of those individuals can inherit those traits.

Ninjas learn how to control their chakra for superhuman/supernatural feats. Hand signs are used to help direct their chakra. The better the control, the fewer hand signs are needed.

Chakra can have both their shape and natural properties manipulated to produce different effects. Chakra flows throughout the body via a chakra pathway system (Similar to the blood circulatory system).

The chakra in this system passes through one of 361 nodes, or chakra points, and ninjas release their chakra from these points.

Eight particular chakra points, known as the Eight Gates, limit how much chakra can be produced without overloading the body. Chakra is typically invisible to the naked eye unless there's a heavy concentration to it.

Some individuals can be born with unique abilities in manipulating their chakra. These abilities are only passed down genetically and are known as kekkei genkai. However, they can also be acquired via other unconventional means, although flawed.

That would basically be the summary of the book, yet Isaac still has many questions, 'The limit of chakra reserves is tied to physical and mental strength but where does the chakra in the human body come from? For example, when I am recovering my chakra, it seemingly comes out of nowhere in my body, filling my reserve, but how does that work?'

That's certainly a puzzling thing considering it could break a fundamental concept of the universe, 'If physical strength and mental strength give birth to chakra out of nothingness, then chakra as energy may be more broken than I thought. After all, this breaks the concept of conservation of energy... That's unlikely.' Isaac mused.

The conservation of energy is a fundamental principle in physics, stating that the total energy of a closed system remains constant over time, regardless of changes within the system. In other words, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred or converted from one form to another.

'Maybe it functions like kinetic energy. Maybe something like chemical, Bioenergy, and potential energy is transformed into chakra... That would've been a reasonable explanation if not for the existence of spiritual energy and souls. In conclusion, I am now somewhat ignorant. I know very little yet aim too high. I need knowledge.'

The only conclusion he could come to is that chakra is natural, and all beings have chakra nature, humans and animals alike.

The Otsutsuki Travel across the Stars and use the divine tree to harvest chakra to evolve until they become gods. So they believe that all chakra rightfully belongs to them.

Isaac nodded himself before bringing out another book 'Hand Seals and Why They Influence Chakra'.

The class went by fast for Isaac, not so much for the few actually paying attention as they struggled to keep their eyes open. It was after all history class and the only thing that could wake them up was the will of fire.

"Lastly, remember that the entire village is like a large family unit and every Konoha shinobi with the Will of Fire loves, believes, cherishes, and fights to protect the village, as previous generations had done before them, and hopefully, as the future generations will as well."

The teacher is very lax when it comes to other things, but when it comes to will of fire. It's the core of the village. After all, every cult... Every village needs a doctrine to live by and to rely on.

Most classes of the first year are like this, mostly teaching knowledge and history, not delving too much into ninjutsu except for the three basic body techniques, clone technique, body displacement technique, and transformation technique, all of which were quite powerful.

The clone technique is naturally not nearly as powerful as shadow clone jutsu, but it's still pretty good. However, what Isaac appreciates most is the transformation technique, something he left for his clones to study.

"Hey! Guy!" After leaving the class, Isaac called the representative of youth, "Can I ask for some advice?"

"Huh?" Might Guy was dumbfounded, unsure if he heard him right, "Me? Advice?" The reaction wasn't unfounded. After all, he was the son of the eternal Genin, Might Duy.

"Yeah, I'm planning to train my body, so I naturally want to seek advice from the person who knows most about taijutsu," Isaac nodded, "I wonder if I can join you and your father in your morning routine?"

"Really?" Guy was still somewhat in disbelief. He was used to others making fun of his father, not seeking advice, so he jumped directly at the opportunity, "I mean yes! We never refuse the fire of youth!"

"Then take care of me from now on," Isaac smiled and extended his hand for a handshake.
