5: Reunited (2)

Knock...

The door in front of Shikaku opened revealing Uchiha Fugaku who had just recently became the Uchiha Clan Head.

He stared the person who was knocking the door.

He was suprise seeing Shikaku, for the past 3 years they never meet again after the disappearance of Shikaharu.

He look at the child that was sleeping at Shikaku's arms.

"What is it?"

Shikaku stared at him seriously,

"Let me in first, then we'll talk."

Fugaku nod as he let him inside.

Fugaku was about to ask what was the purpose of his sudden visit, before Shikaku signaled him to look at the child.

"Who is this child? Shikaku."

"Ni-san."

Fugaku's eyes widen to what Shikaku had said.

"Follow me."

Fugaku stopped walking in front of another wooden door, the same design and everything as all the other doors in the house, with the only difference being the placement.

The man didn't look at Shikaku as he wordlessly opened the door, and entered the room.

Shikaku followed him as he continued to walk, and suddenly stopped in front of a stone that was at the end of the room.

The room was empty, they both noticed, except for the eerie torches that lit up the room and the same rock that was, as said, in front of the Uchiha clan head.

"Are you sure that it's Shikaharu's child?"

Fugaju said calmly, however, despite how calm he was on the outside but deep down Fugaku was nervous.

For the past years Shikaharu suddenly disappeared as if he was a ghost.

Now that Shikaku said that his older brother's child is in his hands, he was confuse.

How did Shikaku find Obanai?

"How are you sure that he is Obanai?"

"His eyes. I'm sure no one in this world has the same eyes as him."

Fugaku finally look at Shikaku as he stared at him.

Groan...

Fugaku and Shikaku stared at the their nephew who had just recently woke up.

Obanai rub his eyes as he stared at the people in front of him.

Realizing on what had happened earlier hours and the two man in front of him was his Uncles.

He started crying again.

"U-Unlces... sob sob... F-father..."

Shikaku put Obanai down on the ground as he comforting him.

"Now, now Obanai. There are some questions that your Uncles has for you. Can you cooperate with us?"

Obanai nod.

"How did you know we were your Uncles?" This time Shikaku wasn't the first to ask but Fugaku.

"I meet you two 3 years ago."

"How?! You were just a newborn baby at that time when we first meet?"

"I can remember everything since the day I was born."

Obanai replied, normally people won't remember anything since the day they were born, but he could just say that he is a special case.

"Where's your father?" Shikaku ask.

Obanai didn't didn't raise his head to look at them. He was afraid, afraid not because they would blame him, but he was afraid that they would hate him.

Even so having those fears, he didn't hesitate answering them.

"I-I'm s-sorry!! HAAAAAA!!! I KILLED HIM!! I DIDN'T MEAN TO!! I- I DIDN'T MEA- KNOW HAAAA!!!!"

Fugaku and Shikaku couldn't contain the suprise in their face to Obanai's shocking answer.

"Calm down."

Fugaku said, however, Obanai couldn't hear what his Uncle had said as he continued shouting about how sorry he was and it was all his fault.

So Fugaku grab Obanai's armpit and shake his body, in order to snap him out.

"Obanai it's not your fault!! Tell me how did it happened?!"

Obanai nodded, calming down and controlling his breathing as he began explaining not mentioning that his father have fought somebody before attacking him.

After hearing what had happened, Fugaku had an idea why did Shikaharu did all of this.

"Father also said that he was sorry and that I should find where he previously live."

"What do I do now?"

Shikaku look back and forth at Fugaku and Obanai,

"I told Hokage-sama that you're part of the Uchiha Clan. So why don't you pick, would you like to live at Fugaku's younger sister's house or where your father had previously live?"

Obanai raised his right eyebrow confusely at the mention of Fugaku's younger sister.

'In the canon it never mentioned that Uncle has a younger sister. Is it because of my existence?"

"I'll stay at father's home."

"Obanai do you want to be a shinobi?"

Obanai stared at Fugaku as he subconsciously thought, 'What a stupid question.'

"Yes!" Obanai replied to Fugaku's stupid question, determine to be a shinobi in order to tortur- ehem I mean avenge his parents mysterious death.

Fugaku smiled as he pat Obanai's head.

"Shikaku you should go back. I'll escorting Obanai to his new home."

Shikaku just nod following behind Fugaku.

-Obanai's new home-

Fugaku and Obanai arrived at where  Shikaharu previously live.

"Uncle, I want to be alone here." 

"Ok but go back to my house to eat."

Obanai didn't say anything as he just nod.

After Fugaku leave Obanai alone on his own.

Obanai stared at the building in front of him, it wasn't that big nor small it is just an ordinary home.

He turned the door handle at the right side when he suddenly felt pain in his finger.

He pulled away staring at his finger that has a needle like cut with small amount of blood slowly flowing out.

'Father must have place a seal in his house."

The door in front of him opened by itself.

What welcome him was an empty space except for a huge pile of three box.

On the first box that he saw, there was a book.

Obanai walk near the book as he read the title.

"All About Chakra by Nara Shikaharu."

At this moment, Obanai realize his father's intention.

Father had already plan all of this from the beginning, but Obanai was sure one thing doesn't add up.

The death of his mother and whoever attacked father.

"Obanai I don't have time to explain... they're almost here..."

They're Huh. Meaning that there are more than one who attack father.

Whoever it is, I'll torture them!

Obanai calmed himself, he shouldn't let his emotions control him or else he might become a certain future emo.

Grumble

"Sigh... I haven't eaten anything since breakfast..."

"Judging from the sun it is almost evening."

Obanai mutter to himself staring at the sun.

"I should go now."

"Obanai you should sleep here just for today."

"Why?" Obanai said lifting his right eyebrow up.

"It has been years since anyone had entered you new home. And I'm sure that there are a lot of dust."

"Ok..." Obanai paused for a moment before calling out, "Uncle."

"Hn."

"Tomorrow can you help me unlock my chakra?"

"I'll clear my schedule."

'Tomorrow is gonna be a long day.'
