30 Chapter-29 : Development

Team Kakashi and Team Guy had returned back to the village.

Their mission was a success.

Without any losses on their teams, they had secured the objective, provided help, made the relationship between Suna and Konoha even better.

But unfortunately, Kakashi, who had to overuse his newly acquired Mangekyo Sharingan, had to be rushed to the hospital.

Naruto on the other hand, who just met with Shikamaru and Choji, was suddenly attacked by an unknown assailant as he defended himself.

## Hiro's Training Ground ##

Back at Hiro's mansion, Hiro was using the rubber ball filled with air to learn the rasengan.

Using the training methods displayed in the orignal, along with his extreme chakra Control, the Rasengan was coming naturally to him.

*pop*

The ball exploded into smithereens as a satisfying smile formed onto Hiro's face.

He had finally familiarized himself with the techniques that were required to create a rasengan.

The Rotation, The Contraction and The Expansion of chakra.

Hiro grabbed his right wrist with his left hand as chakra started swirling around, suddenly, a blue colored, tennis ball sized ball of chakra was formed on his hand as Hiro felt almost 20% of his Chakra going into it.

"I really love these" Hiro said, commending the Gauntlets he had.

They were currently in their gloved form as they only went upto the base of his fingers, leaving the fingers bare.

In this form, they didn't provide the use of different seals that were imbued into the scales in it's final form, but they still provided the astronomical gain in the control of chakra.

Without them, it would have taken him almost a week to learn the Rasengan, now he had learned the technique with just a couple hours.

If Jiraya was here, he would have already spat blood out seeing how easily Hiro learnt it.

Using the control provided his gloves, Hiro pushed even more chakra into it as the rasengan expanded in size.

When his pool hit 10%, Hiro stopped the supply of chakra as he looked at the jutsu in amazement.

It had now expanded to the size of a volleyball.

He could feel the intense pressure coming off of it as air around him swirled.

"Now, let's see if my theory was right...." Hiro said.

He held the giant rasengan with both his hands.

Rasengan, was primarily a close combat jutsu that shredded the opponent with direct contact.

But Hiro, had been thinking, that if he could somehow find a way to release the Jutsu from the front, using a small rupture on the surface of the rsengan, then he might me able to turn it into a devastating ranged jutsu.

As such, taking the Unique stance that every Otaku would be able to recognise at the Kamehameha, he thought as he bought his hands from his side to his front, thinking in his mind.

'Haaaaa!!!'

Suddenly a conical tornado of chakra exploded out from his position as Hiro was pushed back quite a lot.

The wave of Destruction destroyed every thing in front of him as it continued to go out for at least a hundred feets.

*wheewww* Hiro whistled at the Destruction in front of him.

The Jutsu had performed way better than he had expected.

Hiro smiled, altough this jutsu was just created, it's Destruction was comparable to high A rank jutsus.

Hiro had already identified ways to improve it's range and power.

If he could turn that conical shape into a cylinder, or even a reverse cone to focus it's power on a single point, he would be able to increase it's power and range exponentially.

Hiro wouldn't be surprised if the technique would then border on the levels of S rank jutsus.

Hiro then sat down as he used his breathing technique to recover his chakra, in just a few minutes, his Chakra was full.

Altough his body was drenched in sweat, Hiro used a simple wind jutsu to dry everything off.

'Let's improve it' Hiro thought with determination as another Giant rasengan formed between his palms.

This time, he didn't require to create the small version first, since he already gained some experience doing it once, he could do that directly.

Once again, a destructive wave shot out from his hands, this time travelling farther due to its more condensed shape.

Hiro, without any break, recovered fastly again as he continued doing the same thing again and again and again untill he was able to achieve his objective.

Sunset was already visible in the distance, Hiro had been going at it for the last 6 hours relentlessly.

He had performed almost 50 of these 'Destruction waves', which had now provided him with enough practice and experience that he could perform them midfight effortlessly.

This was why Hiro leaned more towards pure chakra techniques, they did not require handseals and depended totally on one's mastery and experience.

An experienced person could use them without spending any time, just thinking would be enough to perform them.

Hiro wanted to reach that level.

The reason was also quite simple, he was a close quarters combat type of person.

His speed was his advantage, if he has to wate time performing hand seals, he would lose it.

Plus, these techniques were hard to avoid as one could not anticipate them and mixed together extremely well with his Taijutsu style.

With his breathing technique, developing by leaps and his Chakra pool expanding it's boundaries every day, Hiro estimated that he would be able to output the destructiveness of an S rank individual in ajust a couple months, though this estimate could be shrieked by much if his plans with Ino succeeded.
