18 Chapter-18 : Plot : Start

Konohagakure no Sato.
On the entrance of the Village.
A tall, muscular man with long, spiky white hair and a beard continued walking behind his excited apprentice.
He wore a distinctive outfit that included a sleeveless, dark green shirt, light brown pants, and black sandals, He also had markings on his forehead and a scar running across his nose.
His appearance gave off a wise and powerful aura that reflects his status as a power and a legendary ninja.
He was Jiraya, The Toad Sage of the Three Legendary Ninjas.
He had been tasked by Tsunade to look after and train Naruto, though there also lied some responsibilities and duties he carried as Naruto's godfather.
In the last 3-4 years, alot had happened.
Konoha, the once strongest village, was invaded by Orochimaru and those under his control.
In return, third hokage, the one hailed as the god of shinobi lost his life against his own apprentice.
Konoha was left weak with most of their strong ninjas injured or out of the village.
Tsunade was put in charge as the 5th hokage and was given authority over the village.
While this was what happened if one looked from afar, alot had happened during and after this time.
Akatsuki, the terrorist organization ran by Jiraya's own apprentice, Nagato, had been increasing it's activities and causing deaths of many high profile people.
With members like Nagato, Shark skin Kisame, Sasori of the red sand, Explosive hand Deidara, and the Immortal Duo, Kakuzu and Hidan they had enough high level strength that they could raze an entire hidden village.
Recently, they had started going after Jinchuriki's, hunting them all around without any care for repercussions.
While it seemt like a long shot at first, they had already successfully acquired 2 tailed beasts already.
Altough it was unknown what they did with the beasts, one thing was clear, Jinchuriki's weren't safe anymore, they had to be protected even more and as such, Jiraya had decided to end Naruto's training and bring him back to konoha.
Naruto, who had just turned 17, was now quite a bit taller than before, though his dressing sense still remained same with an obnoxious orange on his tracksuit.
In the last 3 years with Jiraya, Naruto had turned into a much more powerful and skillfull ninja.
He had now learned how to use his extremely large chakra reserves to his advantage and could go toe to toe with any Jonin any time of the day.
Not only that, his resistance and control over Nine-Tails chakra had improved tremendously as he could now use the cloak if Nine-Tails chakra upto two tails without losing his senses and going full bazooka on everyone around him.
The yellow haired teenager rushed ahead as he climbed on top of the tall electric tower in one jump and looked around the familiar yet changed view of the village.
His vision stretched up to the Hokage mountain as he saw another familiar face added to the large mountain, the stoic visage of Tsunade.
He looked down as he saw Sakura and Konohamaru gang approaching him as he jumped down to finally greet them.

While this happened towards the entrance of the Village, Hiro, was lost in his own world.
He had been trying to develop the 6 techniques of the Marines for the past week.
Why these, one may ask.
Well, these were the most straightforward and most suitable techniques he could learn at the moment.
His taijutsu was strong, and these 6 body techniques complimented his own style very much.
The first technique he learned was Geppo, otherwise known as sky walking.
He extrapolated the concept of tree and water walking and voila, just a few hours of trying to get the timing and the amount of Chakra right, he was able to jump around in the air like a rabbit in the wild.
It was the easiest technique learn for him, altough he cheated along the way by using chakra, he was quite close to actually achieving the feat of walking in air with use of just physical force.
And not only this, he further enhanced the chakra version of Geppo, he had realized that if he outputs chakra through his the bottom of his feets in short Bursts, he would be able to stand in air without needing to kick it repeatedly.
From this, he increased the bursts and their speeds and now he could fly in the air like iron man.
This technique was heavily dependent of chakra Control, and only those with near perfect control such as his would be able to do it.
Plus, he didn't need to use his hands as stabilizers, hundreds of tenketsu points around his body did that work for him.
Though he was still an amateur flyer, he would soon become like a fish in water.
Development of just Geppo and it's derivative techniques had taken a large chunk of his time in the last week.
Currently he was focusing of Incorporating Shigan (finger gun) into his own Explosive Fist Taijutsu, he was able to perform the technique in the first try, but using it while fighting was seemingly a hassle, even though it was fast and devastating with the use of Explosive chakra and Hiro's control, it was still not enough to pose real danger to anyone jonin level or above.
Untill he finds a way to perform the flying version of it, it would remain a lesser technique in his growing arsenal.
For Soru, he could do it before thinking about the six techniques, it was the staple of any taijutsu master in Ninja world, they could do it of some variation of it already.
Though the concept of Soru streamlined the technique quite a bit.
Rankyaku was getting there, Hiro estimated that in another week, hell be able to develop it's fundamentals properly and would become able of using it without the use of chakra.
As for Tekkai and Semei Kikan, Hiro had no Idea where to start. He left the worry to his future self as he dedicated himself to mastering these four techniques first.
Suddenly, as if a premonition, Hiro looked towards a certain direction.
'So....he's finally back huh?...' Hiro thought as he looked at the time.
With how loud Third Hokage's grandson was He had already got the information that Naruto would be returning today.
