16 Chapter-16 : Anime no Jutsu

'Let's do it this way' Hiro thought as he added the last few lines on the sketch he was making.

It was the new piece of equipment he was trying to make for himself.

It wasn't anything fancy, just a pair of gauntlets.

With how he used his Explosive Fist style, Gauntlets would be a necessary and a nice addition to his firepower and arsenal.

It was a most important ingredient in special grade weapons that were crafted for Jonin and above level shinobi's.

But even in those weapons, they contained only 3-5% of this metal, reason? It was expensive as heck.

Just 10 grams grams of it could cost upwards of a million ryo.

Even for someone as rich as Hiro, it was expensive.

Hiro had an idea that his gauntlets would require about half a kilo of this metal if he goes out fully without any compromises in quality.

Plus he had made the deals through Hokage office using Tsunade, giving about 4 million extra in acquisition costs but had assurity that he won't have to waste his time doing it himself, plus, Tsunade was in on the project.

She was the only Seal Master in Konaha besides Jiraya, for a project like this, Hiro had no choice but to buy her services as a seal master if he truly wanted to bring the best out of his gauntlets.

She might be Hokage, but she was a ninja in the end, when subjected to huge profits and some rare exotic bottles of sake that could only be acquired through connections, especially the sake, she immediately agreed to help him on the project.

"Finally!!" Hiro said as he completed the final draft of how he wanted the gauntlets to be and what specifications he desired.

Completing one part of his work, Hiro wandered out.

Sitting on the bench in his garden, Hiro got deep into thinking about future.

The more he thought about it, more frustrated he became with his current situation.

Altough his goal of acquiring money was going relatively well, his projected timelines for gaining personal strength were lagging behind.

He needed to be atleast of Elite Jonin level of strength at this moment.

From the sources he had been acquiring information, Akatsuki had been on the move, their activities had intensified over the last few months.

It was evident that a storm was coming towards the ninja world.

And in this world, you either needed Plot armor or extreme strength to survive what was going to happen, in most cases, you needed both.

And since he was already involved with the main cast so much, there was no doubt that he won't be spared by the butterfly effects he had created.

Altough he was strong according to shinobi standards, he lacked the most important thing, Experience, life and death Experiences using these new powers.

Since the only fighting Experience he had was against Hinata, Hiro knew that he would be fucked the moment an experienced fighter of the same level fights against him.

Not to mention that the threats of Shippuden were all hardboiled ninjas that had went trough wars, in many cases, multiple wars, not to mention someone like Madara Uchiha, the crazy guy only knew wars his entire life.

There were only two ways he could contend with the threats, first was to get Experience and beat them, Second was to get overpoweringly strong so that there's no requirement of getting ample amount of experience.

While the second way may seem lucrative, it was the hardest one. altough due to his system, he had become strong, there was also a cap to the power he could gain just from Hinata.

The only way that seemed in front of him was to seduce multiple talented or Strong women to gain Perks and talents from them.

While this seems a little too easy, it wasn't, until and unless he could gain their bloodlines too, in that case, attaining power won't be too difficult.

It all seemed to boil down to this option only, he will need to make talented women fall for him and take their talents, compile those talents into his own and become overpoweringly strong.

One more aspect that Hiro was thinking about trying was integrating other anime logic into this world.

In his view, this and other worlds did not have any difference, if ninja world could exist, then those with different powers will also exist, now, if he tries hard enough, maybe he could derive other anime's techniques, forms, ideas and powers into his own strength.

If this turns out to be true, he would be able to gain large amount of strength in small amount of time.

But then a question arises, which world powers should he attempt to imitate first?
