As I enter the classroom, I observe several desks that accommodate three students each. This organization clearly aims to familiarize children with working in groups of three, which will facilitate the formation of ninja teams in the future.

I choose a desk near the window and quickly claim it as my own, ignoring the other children who seemed to be vying for the spot. After all, my chosen desk is strategically out of the teacher's reach.

Sitting in the chair at my desk, I start organizing myself and wait for the classes to begin. To pass the time, I open a book and start reading. I notice someone sitting next to me and turn, ready to chase them away, but to my surprise, it's Kakashi, looking bored.

We stare at each other for a few seconds until he opens his mouth to speak. "Can I sit here?" he asks, not caring. "Sure," I reply with a fake smile, returning to my book.

Kakashi notices the title of my book, which covers a generic topic for this world. Before joining the ninja academy, I visited the library and rented one of their books since such information is not freely distributed to civilians. Prior to that, the only books I had access to were unrelated to the shinobi world.

As minutes pass, all the students find their seats. Some children try to approach, but I quickly push them away, threatening them. This, of course, creates some animosity with some classmates, but honestly, I don't care.

What could they do? These noisy brats won't disturb me during the academy. Initially, Kakashi seemed bothered by my rude attitude, but he doesn't know that he's sitting next to me because he acts like a mute, only speaking when necessary, showing more maturity than usual.

Finally, the teacher enters through the door when everyone is seated. I quickly put away my book out of respect for their profession and patiently wait for their instructions.

The teacher gives a brief introduction, stating their name, age, ninja ranking, and shares their dream, or rather, their ambition. One by one, the academy students introduce themselves.

Some boys say generic things like wanting to be Hokage or the most powerful ninja. Some girls follow the same line, but most dreams are extremely strange for girls their age.

Some want to marry someone while looking at me and Kakashi. I notice that these incoherent statements come from girls of civilian origin, and it's rare to find girls who want to be a powerful kunoichi like the Princess of the Senju Clan.

Following the order, it quickly becomes Kakashi's turn to speak. Rising up, looking bored, he opens his mouth to speak. "My name is Hatake Kakashi, I'm 4 years old, and I'm currently a student at the ninja academy. I intend to become a ninja as powerful as my father, Hatake Sakumo, the White Fang of Konoha." Upon hearing those words, I feel a certain pride.

When Kakashi sits back down, I quickly stand up. During the other students' presentations, I thought about what I wanted to say. I could follow the common line and say something generic, but lying about my aspirations is not my style. Who knows what would happen if I said I wanted to become Hokage? I'd rather not give Hiruzen that opportunity.

"My name is Atsuchi, I'm 4 years old, and I'm a student at the ninja academy. As for what I want to be... Well, let's see..." Still reflecting on my ambitions, in short, I want to become extremely powerful to survive any challenge the universe presents to me. I want to have fun doing things I couldn't do in my previous life. Being a politician in this life wouldn't be bad either, and perhaps being a war general makes sense.

While I remain silent, the entire room falls into a deep silence, and everyone starts whispering anxiously, including the teacher, who shows a bit of anxiety. Unable to find the right answer, I simply sit back down, without giving my answer.

This drives everyone crazy.

Some girls who were hoping I would say that I wanted to marry them simply faint from anxiety and lack of air after holding their breath for so long while their racing hearts circulated the already depleted air in their bodies.

I feel Kakashi nudging me, probably wanting me to respond to the teacher. But how? I truly don't have an answer. So, I look at Kakashi, who is looking away, and say, "I really don't know, okay!" I reply to his gesture with a bit of irritation.

The teacher quickly rushes to help the girls who fainted, while some boys start complaining loudly. However, silence is my only response.

Just when everything seemed to calm down again, the classroom door is forcefully swung open, making a loud thud as it collides with the wall. As I look towards the door, something catches everyone's attention.

A boy emerges wearing a green jumpsuit, with a red scarf, completely wrapped in bandages. His eyebrows are thick, and he sports a smile on his face. One phrase comes to mind: "This is so troublesome!" I think, bringing my fingers to my head and making a defeated expression.

Kakashi notices my behavior and seems to laugh. I narrow my eyes and devise a foolproof strategy to wipe that smug smile off his face. I will certainly have my revenge, I think, with a diabolical smile.

Guy, who had just entered, strikes an upright pose, raises his thumb, and smiles brightly. "No need to worry, Guy is here! The flame of my youth is still burning and blazing!" he exclaims excitedly.

The teacher, taken aback, reprimands him for the abrupt entrance into the classroom, and Guy starts apologizing, bowing his head repeatedly. The defeated teacher asks Guy to find a seat, but all the places are already occupied, except for one specific seat.

I let out an exasperated huff, my frustration evident, as I turn to Kakashi, who appears to share my foreboding. "He's going to sit next to you!" I growl at Kakashi, my voice laced with a hint of menace, yet Kakashi remains unfazed.

Quickly, I stand up and shout to Guy, "Yooo, Guy! Kakashi told you to sit next to him!" I call out to Guy cheerfully, casting a devilish smile at Kakashi, who looks at me angrily.

Guy swiftly makes his way to our table and sits down. Previously, I had thought of enjoying my time at the academy, but now that Guy is so close to us, everything I had planned has gone down the drain.

With Guy around, being his usual self, both Kakashi and I are on the verge of tearing him apart. However, unexpectedly, Guy senses the atmosphere and stops bothering us.

Thus, I manage to return to my reading, as today's focus was more on introductions and no important topics were addressed. I have a free pass to study.
