22 Chapter 23 - First mission to hidden wood village, water of immorality, outside Elemental nations
Next day, early in the morning
Finn was standing in front Hiruzen, in his office. Finn was wearing his leaf hand band and had a serious look on his face.
"Finn, I want you to go to hidden wood village. I want you to give this letter to hidden wood village leader. This letter can help us form a alliance."
According to what Finn remembered, Hidden wood village was outside near the border land of fire,
"This is a B rank mission. It is also your first mission. Remember do not let your guard down." Finn nodded and took the scroll from Hiruzen and left the Hokage office.

"Mia, please put 100 attribute points to my speed and 10 attribute points to my strength."

In just few minutes, Finn was almost 20 Km away from the village. "This should prevent others from spotting me." Finn didn't want others to see him flying with his wings.
Azure dragon wings appeared behind Finn. Finn shot towards the clouds at very fast speed. His speed was even faster than the last time when he flew with Kaguya.
Finn flew above the clouds to prevent others from seeing him. "At this speed, I should arrive at my destination in few hours."
After few hours, Finn was standing in front of a village that had more than 3 thousand people. Finn used his Tenseigan to look inside the Village.
Finn found the whole village was captured by cloud village ninja. "There is more than 50 hidden clouds Shinobi."
The cloud ninja had prevented outsiders from entering the village.

Finn for the first time took out his Zangetsu. The long elongated sword that released his violent aura made many people tremble in fear. Finn walked down toward the Cloud ninja who are busy robbing.
"Hurry up and collect the money." One of superior Jounin rank ninja shouted to Chunin rank ninja.
But, suddenly strong gust of wind came out of nowhere. When the Jounin leader opened his eyes, he was horrified to see that his subordinates' bodies lying on the ground cut in half.
Zangetsu sharpness and Finn's super speed was a perfect match and worst nightmare for his enemies.
One by one 50 Chunin and few Jounin rank ninja's bodies was lying on the ground in half.
Finn finally appeared in front of the Jounin commander. "You bastard" Before he could do anytime, Finn already had knocked him out.

After saving the whole village people, Finn gave the letter to village head or leader. After reading the letter the leader, he had bitter smile on his face.

Finn understood that Hiruzen must have wanted to ask the village leader to act as a spy for Hidden leaf. But Hidden cloud acted much faster than hidden leaf.
"These people caught up in very disadvantage position. They are stuck between two countries that are going on war in few months."
"Hello! My name is Finn Anderson." Finn removed the leaf head band and introduced himself.
"I am Seji." The village leader looked sad.
"Mister Seji, I have a proposal for your village." Seji looked at Finn without much expectation. After all what can Finn possibly offer them?
"If you and your people is interested then they can move to my village. I promise I can give you food, shelter and good living environment." Finn mysteriously smiled and said.
Seji didn't how this was possible.
Finn was a leaf ninja, how could he have his own village? Finn saw through the thoughts of Seji and said. "In two days, I can bring you to my show my village using my teleportation. Then you can decide and chose your people's future." Seji chose to believe in his savior.

Immortal water: - a drop of water can increase life expectancy by 300 years.

"The original Naruto series they never really tired to discover what lies on the other side of the ocean. The main focus was always on elementals countries."
Since this world was different from original Naruto world, Finn was sure that we will find a undiscovered place on the other side of the ocean.
Finn flew towards the sea, located between the land of hidden cloud and hidden rock.
Finn flew at his full speed without stopping anywhere. After 3 hours of flying Finn crossed Hidden cloud village, which looked very tiny from above.
Another 2 hours later, Finn now was flying above the sea. He still was in the land of lighting countries territory.
Finn used his Tenseigan from time to time to look for any good place where he can build his village.
After flying more than 12 hours above the sea, Finn completely had lost his sense of direction.
Finn was suppose fly straight but he flew little right.
Finn was suing his Tenseigan when he suddenly found a large island. The island was big as the land of fire. It's was almost like a country.
Finn landed on the island and looked around. The island had thick forest meaning there was constant rain fall. The island had some wild animals but not that dangerous.
While looking for any human life on the island, Finn searched the whole island for 10 hours using this Tenseigan, using 360 degree vision to look for human life.
5 hours of continuous use of Tenseigan had completely drained his chakra.
Finn felt very exhausted and sleepy. He had been flying for almost 26 to 27 hours now. Finn fueled totally drained of energy. Finn found a cave on the mountain. Finn decided to take small rest here.
Finn made fire and cooked some meat. After eating, Finn closed his eyes unconsciously.
Two hours later, Finn woke up. Finn left a teleportation mark and went back to hidden wood village. Seji was anxiously waiting for Finn to return.
"Old man, came with me." Finn suddenly teleported in front of Seji and took him to another place.

Finn and Seji was standing top of a mountain. Seji was curiously looking at his surroundings. "This place is undiscovered by elemental nations, very far away from elemental nations. I am very first human who came here. If you want you and your people can live here. Places far from war, out of Shinobi's reach, a paradise for ordinary people."
Seji kneeled in front Finn and touched his head on the ground. "What are you doing?" Finn hurriedly stopped Seji from kneeling.
"From now on you will be our god, our savior, your supreme leader. I cannot express how grateful I am towards Mister Finn."
Finn smiled and patted Seji's shoulder. "I will tell my people pack up their staff." Finn sent Seji back to his village. Finn nodded and left.
Finn then returned to the village to get Kaguya.
