CH 2

- Hanzo POV -

It's been 7 months since I began my taijutsu training and 3 weeks since my first sparring with grandpa's shadow clone. It was really tough months, especially last couple weeks of sparring fights. Eventhough grandpa's clone level was Genin I still lost all my fights. Everytime I had been bitten badly by grandpa till I could not move. Hopefully my mother would come observe my sparring fights and heal me with her Mystic Hand technique afterwards. After seeing my physical condition after my first sparring she at first tried to stop my trainings but after long talk with granpa and granma she promised not to intervene further but continue learning Iyorinjutsu to help me more efficiently with my trainings. My mother was registered to Iyorin courses by my granpa solely to help my trainings. Although she had learned Mystic Hand technique during past 6 months due to her average chakra control and limited theoretical knowledge she is only D+ or C- shinobi medic.

After each sparring clone would discuss with me my shortcomings and deliberately plan my next taijutsu training and again new sparring and discussion. Granpa used this form of teaching during my taijutsu kata learning, so I was used to it. This circle would continue for 3 days, mainly because I needed enough time for me to improve my taijutsu and recover my body. During this period I had recovery baths (baths with special oils and supplements) everyday.

I am very lucky and grateful to have such a supportive family.

- End of Hanzo POV -

Today was very special day for Hanzo, today was the day when would start chakra training. Hanzo was very excited.

Finally his sensei Yamanaka Shinya came to training grounds.

"Sit Hanzo, make yourself comfortable" said Shinya.

" Now I would channel my chakra into your body to help your chakra to leave its pool and distribute through all chakra system. In order to achieve this, you should concentrate on your chakra pool and try to push you chakra through your body, to ease things during your first chakra manipulation you can use concentration hand seal which you've learned last week. Your future chakra manipulation I advise you to do it without hand seal as much as possible."

Oldman continued as his student sat in lotus position. He sat from behind of a sitting boy and put his right hand on his back and slowly started to channel his chakra into boy's body. At first nothing happened but after some moment with boys sweating and slight groan blue energy flew out from boy's body and immediately disappeared.

"Good, very good. Now calm down and stabilize your breathing. Your body had undergone significant shock caused by forced chakra flow and forced opening of your chakra system. For the next 48 hours you should rest more and try to channel your chakra through your body at least once every 24 hours. When you had learned roughly moving you chakra within your body you would begin leaf concentration technique to start simple controlled chakra manipulations. "

" groan... my whole body hurts. Should it be like this, sensei?"

"It is. In fact you're quite lucky if you're civilian and started your first chakra manipulation with your Academy sensei, assuming your sensei wouldn't be blood related to you, it would be more difficult and hurtful for you, because your body would try to reject foreign chakra"

"So? What does it all have to do with being blood related?" Hanzo asked.

"As you know chakra is formed in chakra pool by mixing physical and spiritual energies. Physical energy within same clan and family would possess similar characteristics due to shared common genetic characteristics, while spiritual energy is more unique it also might possess somehow characteristics due to shared values, beliefs, education etc. In overall chakra within same family would be more similar and had higher chances to resonate with other family member's chakra thus decreasing chances of rejection and decreasing body pain and burden during first forced chakra activation. So as I said before you're lucky." Shinya answered.

Hanzo responded to this mini lecture with silence.

" Now, get some rest we'll talk about chakra more in details later. "
