Bounty Hunter
Mizuki steadied himself and his feet clung to the tree much to Kai's dismay. Sure he had expected the Chunin to have experience in the Tree Climbing exercise but to do it with such steadiness was just monstrous.
"Naruko, Iruka-sensei, Please run and get some other Chunin!" Kai exclaimed, throwing the Sealing scroll at Naruko, "I'll try my best to hold him off,"
Iruka wanted to complain but Naruko already grabbed him and ran off, Iruka was injured by Kunai and surely he wouldn't stand a chance against Mizuki... As absurd as it may sound, Kai was their last chance.
...
Mizuki clutched a Kunai blade and Kai did the same, their figures blowing in the North winds as they clashed against each other in a contest of strength, The Kunai flying out of their hands shortly after.
"Is this all a Chunin can do? Honestly I was expecting more from you," Kai announced with a smile, he was more or less enjoying what was going on here.
Mizuki swung his right fist forward but Kai was quick to duck and roll back. Mizuki's facial expression distorted, He had always thought of Kai Uchiha as an exceptional star student that was surely a future gem of the Konohagakure at large but never had he thought that Kai Uchiha would actually be this powerful.
A New Genin with the abilities to rival a Mid-class Chunin...
"Well nothing is impossible," Mizuki muttered under his breath as he made some space between himself and Kai.
"Your Taijutsu is nothing short of incredible, It's nothing like the Academy Taijutsu neither is it the Famous Uchiha Taijutsu that Sayuri uses... It's Unique," Mizuki stated earning a sigh from Kai.
"It's a self created Taijutsu, I call it the Fist Of The Strong," Kai said, "and as for the incredible bounty on your head, You aren't weak per say but against my next Jutsu, You're just cannon fodder,"
Mizuki laughed crazily.
"And what sort of Jutsu is that?" Mizuki taunted.
Kai only shrugged him off, his gray eyes shining as he brought his right hand up, A bright ball of chakra forming... It resonated with his palm and it only grew bigger, A blazing blue chakra rushed around him.
Mizuki fell backward.
"Chakra cannot be seen... Yet I can see his Chakra as bright as day," Mizuki muttered as he looked at the obscenely large amount of Chakra gathering in Kai's right palm.
"This is the end of it, Mizuki! BIG BANG ATTACK!!!"
The ball of Chakra grew even more intense, lighting up the surroundings and then it was sent forward, the impact of the attack crashing onto Mizuki.

The trees were crushed, the entire area in short was a catastrophic sight with even the small hut caught in the magnitude of the attack.
Several Chunin landed on the scene, Their expression's unchanged as they walked slowly, their feet landing on the distorted terrain repeatedly.
"What caused this?"
"It must really be some sort of powerful Ninja to be able to crush everything like this,"
"Maybe ANBU?"
"ANBU is known for their ability to take down others cleanly without getting the Environment involved, It seems the person using this Jutsu was trying to quicken the death of his Opponent, He or She was trying to finish Mizuki off quickly," The head of the Squad summarized, "It must be a really powerful Ninja like the Sannin or a stupid reckless Ninja with an insanely powerful Jutsu in his arsenal,"
They saw the remains of what once used to be Mizuki but their expressions still didn't waver, They were Ninja from Konohagakure and they didn't let their emotions get in the way of their jobs. Mizuki was a friend but if what Naruko and Iruka confirmed was to be believed, He tried to destroy the Village with the Sealing Scroll and that was not to be forgiven... Honestly his death helped him escape the sentence the Village planned for him.
But one thing he didn't understand was what Naruko and Iruka had said after reporting Mizuki, That no one was with them and they had escaped but he wasn't sure Mizuki would have let them go and this destroyed area just verified the fact, Another person was with them.
"Let's Report to the Hokage!" He shouted after adjusting his headband and the Chunin jumped out of the scene.

Kai was back in his apartment and he took off his clothes, After living in Konoha for a long time, He knew there was a sentence for killing someone and he didn't want to be involved with that in anyway.
His eyes delved into the screen in front of him and he smiled, The 100,000 coins under Mizuki's bounty had successfully been transferred to his System account.
He fell down on his bed and sighed.
"Fuck, This is going to be stressful,"
Yūgao Uzuki suddenly appeared in his room, mask on her face.
"Kai Uchiha, You are a suspect of the Mizuki case," Yūgao said.
