Aiko quickly recomposed herself, discarding her amazement as she understood they were in a tight situation right now. She started, "Alright guys, I don't think we really have the time for chit-chat, so can someone tell me what's the status right now?"

"A-Ah, right," Ryohei snapped from his daze.

*BOOM*

And right after her statement, a boom echoed across the terrain!

All attention shifted to the location of destruction.

Hayato explained bluntly, "Well, 4 tails Jinchurki is fighting that demon or whatever."

Aiko nodded her head in approval, "Mhm, I see... wait... WHAT?!"

And the information finally dawned on her. The man they had killed around 15 minutes ago, was still alive, hence her shock as her jaw dropped to the ground.

Ryohei elaborated, "Yeah, long story short, the tailed beast prevented him from getting severely harmed, so he was actually still alive... And they've also synchronised."

"I see..." Aiko placed a finger on her chin, shifting her gaze between Hayato, and the scarlet streak...

She turned to Daichi, "It seems both of our forces have earned something special in return."

Daichi supported, "Indeed."

"Very well. Hayato, let's go. If you can get your technique on him, you might be able to stop him yourself, or at the very least, weaken him. Then 4 tails, assuming that he and 4 tails are synchronised, can pulverise him," Aiko explained the next line of action.

Tora arched a brow, "Won't he just absorb it, like with our combined attack earlier?"

Everyone was reminded of the disastrous combo they had unleashed earlier, only for it to end in futility.

Aiko answered, "No, it would be too powerful to absorb, it would destroy his vessel. Remember, he wasn't able to absorb our attack fully, and as a result, the extra energy damaged him severely. So that means we need a much more potent attack... More than what his regeneration can handle."

Daichi nodded, "I see, that's what you meant by "assuming the 4 tails Jinchuruki is synchronised"."

Raiko's eyes widened, "Wait, you mean... That?!"

Aiko affirmed, "Yeah, the tailed beast bomb!"

An expression of shock plastered their faces before they nodded in approval.

Daichi acknowledged, "Very well. We'll trust your judgment, though I wonder if Roshi could pull off the tailed beast bomb first try."

The bubbly foam surrounding the ninjas flickered, before dissipating.

"We don't have much time," Kenta warned.

"Well, let's go," Aiko commanded.

Everyone else nodded in affirmation, vanishing from their spots.

...

"Huff, huff, huff," the red haired man panted, releasing heavy, ragged breaths. His vision started to swirl, an indication of his exhaustion slowly seeping in, attempting to confine him in the dreamlands.

The forest zone, teeming with wildlife and nature, was now reduced to a catastrophic mess.

'He's strong. I'm at my limit... If only I'm healed...' Roshi mused.

"Haha... HAHAHAHAHAHA!" Moryo laughed, his sinister outbreak shattering the tranquility with his horrifyingly deep tone.

"I win," Moryo declared. He clenched his fist, and muttered, "I shall use this chance to restore to my prime, and rule over this pathetic world, and establish my 1000 Year Kingdom!"

*WHOOSH* *WHOOSH*

Moryo ceased his speech, noticing multiple signatures closing in.

"Hahaha, it matters not puny mortals. I shall squish all of you like the bugs that you are!" He roared, radiating a powerful purple aura, and unleashing his devastating vine whips.

*BOOM*

*CRACK*

*RUMBLE*

The terrain shook at his violent onslaught, threatening to rip each person to shreds. Assessing every single individual, his eyes widened at the familiar sight of one...

An orange haired female, whom he had taken control of earlier, was perfectly fine. She was none other than Yamanaka Aiko.

"What?! How is this possible?" Moryo yelled, his mere tone producing a slight tremor across the surroundings.

'Even if she had broken free, she should have self destructed... How is this possible?'

However, Moryo had no time to muse, as Aiko weaved a single sign, a notorious one at that! A sign accessible only to the Yamanaka!

"!"

Moryo immediately reacted, slashing at the Yamanaka with numerous tentacles!

However...

*POOF*

"Hmm!"

A substitution was cast, as he seemed to have only struck wood.

"Gotcha!"

And suddenly, something grappled Moryo from behind... It was Hayato, his eyes exuding an emotionless grey as he latched onto the demon like a parasite!

"What... Get off me!" Moryo yelled, blasting tentacles but... They vanished.

"Huh?" Moryo was left stunned; what just happened?!

However, he didn't have time to think. He grabbed onto the youth with his hands, and flung him toward a tree.

*CRASH*

Hayato crashed towards the tree!

"DIE!"

Moryo yelled, producing numerous purple spheres, and throwing them at the disoriented youth. However, upon making contact, his attacks... vanished?!

Moryo's eyes widened, his dismay evident at this ordeal.

"What?! My attacks... How is this possible?" Moryo spoke, bewildered.

Hayato stood from his spot, unsheathing his sword.

"KEEP PRESSING!" Daichi yelled, weaving hand signs, "Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bomb!"

The jutsu rushed forth, however, waving a hand, Moryo easily dispelled the attack... Or rather, though it seemed that way, he absorbed it with ease. However, Daichi smirked with an all-knowing gaze.

He yelled, "Everyone, he can't utilise 2 techniques at the same time. When he absorbs, he doesn't use those weird whips, and the same is the other way around."

Aiko's lips curled, and she murmured as she eyed the aged man, 'Very smart.'

"Tsk, nuisance," Moryo cursed.

As expected of a seasoned veteran.

"Roshi, can you pull off a tailed beast bomb?" Raiko asked.

Roshi mused for a while before affirming, "Just once."

"Perfect, there's bound to be an opening. Stay with us," Kenta supported.

"Alright, make it quick. I'm almost out of gas," Roshi snapped back.

And so, everyone engaged in combat!

Hayato closed the distance, his sword emanating an electrical hue, but dissipating immediately!

"Huh?" Hayato uttered. He couldn't pull off his jutsu, and jumped back.

Ryohei, who watched, jumped beside him; "It seems the effect of your technique applies to you as well. So even you can't pull off any jutsu!"

"Ohh c'mon," Hayato whined.

"And also, it seems jutsus you dissipate will also diminish your chakra but by quarter of the amount... No, maybe even lesser, that's really convenient," Ryohei stated.

*BOOM*

Both of them ascended as a tentacle headed straight for them, crashing into the ground with tremendous force. The duo ran deep into the forest, engaged in conversation

'Hmm, what the heck was that?' Moryo mused.

...

The duo were perched atop a tree, confirming that they were out of sight for now, as Aiko and the others acted as decoys.

"So that explains how I healed Aiko sensei. I didn't have enough chakra in the first place, but what you're saying is I could heal her because the chakra I require is minute?" Hayato asked.

"Yeah, that's how you were able to do it easily," Ryohei explained.

Hayato's shoulders slouched, "But seriously though? I can't even use my own attacks... That sucks man, I could've been overpowered!"

Ryohei smiled, "Yeah, I agree... But only for now."

Hayato's eyes, though callously grey, glimmered to life, "For now? You mean..."

Ryohei elaborated, "Yeah, with enough control, you should be able to control the flow of the technique in due time... Though it seems it'll take very long."

Hayato arched a brow, "Why do you say that?"

"Hayato, your chakra control is already really good. The fact that you can't apply it to this technique... That insinuates you'll need even greater chakra control... I'm guessing years, perhaps even a decade... A level on par with the likes of Lady Tsunade... But it's just a guess on my part though."

"I see..." Hayato clenched and unclenched his fist... "I'll certainly make it work!"

Turning his gaze to Ryohei, he asserted, "Alright then, in that case, you guys buy me time."

Both youths descended, with Hayato taking the lead, rushing right into the battleground!

"BACK AGAIN TO GET KILLED!"

Moryo roared, releasing a devastating purple hue, coalescing into multiple mini spheres before launching them at breakneck speed.

Hayato evaded as much as possible, but even as he got struck, the energy immediately dissipated.

The reason he evaded as much as possible was that even though the attacks would dissipate, they would essentially shave off his chakra.

After all, the plan was to get to Moryo, and in turn, would forcibly extinguish the chakra inside the vessel he was wielding.

"This again!" The demon exclaimed at the unusual technique, dashing back and keeping his distance from Hayato.

"!"

The demon was alerted of a presence above!

"YOU!" Moryo angrily called, eyeing the orange haired female who nonchalantly weaved hand signs!

"Wind Style: Vaccum Blade," she chanted, releasing blades of wind from her palm.

Moryo encased himself in a purple hue, absorbing the attack!

The demon dug his feet into the ground, fracturing the earth below.

*BOOM*

Moryo launched into the air, closing the distance with Aiko immediately...

"!"

Surprised by the sudden maneuver, Aiko had no time to dodge and prepared another jutsu...

"Wind Style: Divine Wind!" She chanted, creating a massive tornado around herself, but...

*SHLUK*

Blood drooled down her lips, as the taste of iron filled her mouth.

"Ugh," she spat a mouthful of blood.

Moryo had pierced Aiko right through her right chest; it was originally directed at the heart, but Aiko had changed the trajectory with her wind style attack.

"DIE!"

Moryo yelled, punching the woman with his free hand...

*BOOM*

With a resounding boom, Aiko crash landed, landing beside a tree.

Once again, a purple energy coalesced around his hand, taking the form of a sword!

Locating the adversary, Moryo locked his target, descending at lightning velocity...

*SHLUK*

This time, the demon pierced the heart, and Aiko lost vitality... Or so he thought, but something was amiss... This felt like an illusion.

"Tsk, you think such a puny illusion would work on me?" Moryo grumbled, gazing behind, where he met with a rabbit-masked youth, and through the eyepiece, radiated a crimson glow with a familiar pattern designed in 3 tomoes; the Sharingan!

Moryo stood still as the mysterious figure hid in the shadows.

Additionally, the "Aiko" Moryo had pierced scattered into a hundred obsidian butterflies.

"Ohh, girl am I glad to see you, I would've died just now if not for you," Aiko voiced, emerging from the side, clutching her right chest.

Kaede looked to her side, meeting gazes with Aiko who had a small hole on her right chest.

"Sensei!" Kaede called worriedly.

"I'm alright dear, thank you," Aiko reassured.

Hayato and Ryohei stopped in their tracks, and Hayato voiced, "Yo Kaede, quite the entrance I must say."

"Agreed," Ryohei chimed in.

Kaede turned to them, tears emerging through her eyepiece as she rushed at the duo, pulling the duo into a tight embrace.

"Thank goodness," she whispered, draping her arm around their necks.

Hayato and Ryohei merely smiled, patting her on the back.

"Oy, Grip Gori-! I mean, Kaede, you're giving us more damage than that demon," Ryohei struggled to speak.

Noticing the struggle, Kaede pulled out from the embrace, wiping her eyes.

"You're really just a crybaby aren't ya?" Hayato teased, patting her on the shoulder.

"Shut up Hayato," Kaede rebuked.

"Haha, well anyways..." Hayato's smile was replaced by seriousness. "We have to deal with this fast," he murmured.

...

*WHOOSH* *WHOOSH*

Numerous signatures scattered across the terrain, leaving behind a shadow with their speeds, surrounding Moryo who had his senses heightened.

And soon, the movements of his enemies halted.

Gazing up, Moryo was now surrounded by all of the elites, the 5 Jonins of Iwagakure, and the 4 ANBU members of Konoha.

Every single individual was here, a grin plastered across their faces in ecstasy.

Aiko, perched atop a tree, smacked her fist, and declared with a grin, "Alright brats, ya better be ready. We're about to pulverise that old relic, ya hear me?"

Hayato, Ryohei, and Kaede responded, "Aye!"
