"Why did you call me here Hiruzen?" ask Danzo as he entered the Hokage's office immediately. Hiruzen was smoking while staring at him with his menacing eyes.

The 3rd Hokage asked his friend who entered his office hurriedly in a low pitch voice.

"What did you do to Minato? You didn't think I wouldn't know Danzo!?"

Danzo calmly nodded. Since Hiruzen already knows, he didn't hide it anymore.

"You know me Hiruzen. I don't want unstable variables that may become a threat in the village."

"But he's not a threat!"

"Then what about in the future!?" Danzo responds with a high voice making the ANBU guarding the Hokage flinch.

"You don't need to know. I will arrange someone for him."

"Who?"

"Jiraiya… so this is my last warning to you Danzo, don't touch the boy or else." Hiruzen stared at Danzo as his aura slowly leak out. The surrounding air suddenly increases in pressure while cracks formed at glass windows.

Danzo started sweating in his back as he struggled to hold himself from fighting back. He knows that he can not beat Hiruzen so he could only swallow his saliva and grit his teeth.

'If not for my hesitation back then, you wouldn't be in that position Hiruzen.'

He took a last glance to the Hokage's seat before turning back to leave.

"You're too soft Hiruzen."

After Danzo left the room, an ANBU wearing Roots attire suddenly appeared and bowed towards the 3rd Hokage.

He was the reason why 3rd Hokage always know what the Roots are doing.

Codename Zero, he was a spy planted by the 3rd Hokage to monitor every Roots movement without Danzo knowing.

"Tell me what happened inside in detail."

The root spy nodded and began telling what transpired inside the genjutsu. Using his superior stealth skills he managed to hide a distance away from Danzo, giving him a clear view of the battle scene between Minato and the Roots.

A few minutes later, the 3rd Hokage was left alone thinking. Although he didn't want to think about it, he already had doubts.

It was 4 in the morning when Minato woke up. He planned to exercise his body to increase his physical attributes and capabilities. He stood up dizzy and went straight to the bathroom door.

Few minutes later, Minato walk out in his ninja attire before going to the training ground. He also passed by other training grounds and saw many ninjas training as well. Due to this, he can only go to the farther training ground location where there is no people. It was covered by a giant stone with a small space.

'This is probably why there's no one training here.' Shaking his thoughts, he walked down and started stretching.

After warming up, he got down to the floor and began his push ups.

His target is 20 push ups. It's more than enough considering that old Minato wasn't really physically active and only trained his Chakra control and Shuriken skills.

But still not as good as Guy who ran 500 laps just to be accepted as an academy alternate.

The man was a tall and well-built with high cheek-bones, a somewhat bulbous nose, dark hair, thick eyebrows and noticeable body hair on his wrists and forearms. His unique attire consist of green jumpsuit and an orange strip leg warmers. He also has a scarf hanging beside the tree.

There is only one person Minato can think of.

'It's Might Duy.'

He was Guy's father. Yup, the same 'Guy' who almost kicked Madara to death in finale. Duy quickly halts in his exercise after he felt someone watching him. His gaze swept around until it landed on the top of the stone where Minato's at.

"Hello kid!" Duy said after doing the 'nice guy' pose.

Minato jump down the rock to introduced himself.

"I'm Namikaze Minato."

"I'm Might Duy! Are you also here to show the power of your youth!?"

Although weird, Minato shrugged it.

"Yes, I'm training my body." Minato responded with his signature friendly smile as well.

After exchanging words, Minato decided to train here. Not only he can get some guidance from Duy, he can also develop friendship with Duy.

The sun was slowly rising. Minato finished his exercise as he breathe heavily.

Minato fell down to his knees. His face and back were soaked in sweat.

'I'm tired.'

After asking Duy what should be the normal exercise routine he should do, he was given the numbers 500.

Minato entered the classroom before the bell rang. His mind is full of training exercises Duy told him earlier.

"Minato, have you heard of our new classmate!? He's being transferred from our class today."

Minato tilted his head in confusion before his eyes went wide after finally remembering someone. His eyes lit up as he look at Chouza.

Hearing this, Minato sigh dejected. He hasn't seen someone in the anime getting transferred in their class other than 'her'.

The class teacher Hodaka entered the classroom together followed by a boy, probably about 12 years old. He has a light brown skin with dark hair and pointy eyebrows.

His most noticeable feature is probably his eyes which is closed.

"Is he blind?"

"How will he become a ninja if he's blind?"

The students talk among themselves about the new classmate in front.

"Okay be quiet. We have a transferred student today. Originally he was from Class C but Lord Hokage assigned him at our class."

Teacher Hodaka looked at the boy and told him to start introducing himself.

"Cough, My name is Teuchi. I'm 12, I don't have any dreams but I want to be a chef someday. Nice to meet you all."

Teuchi bowed to the class before his gaze shifted at the class while finding some empty seats.

"You can sit at the back. Minato you help your classmate."

Teuchi started walking up to where Minato was sitting. The seat is for 3 people, and Minato just sits there alone.

"I'm Namikaze Minato."

"I'm Teuchi."

Although Minato already knows that this guy is the strongest character in Narutoverse, he didn't showed fear but instead gratitude for giving his future son (Naruto) free Ramens during his troubled times.

1 week Later.

During this time, there hasn't been a major event that has happened. Minato continued his training while also further practicing his Chakra control. His friendship with Duy also strengthen to the point where Duy even gave him pointers about basic taijutsu. He also sparred with Duy every now and then, only to end up losing every single one of it.

This day is special for Minato as he will get one lottery ticket.

"Minato, you're here too." Said Chouza as Minato sat down beside him.

Shikaku who's looking at the clouds from the window, pulled a note from his pocket and handed it to Minato. Confused, Inoichi only gave him a proud smile as Chouza did the same. Opening the note, Minato eyes went wide quickly sprinting outside the Dango shop.

"Would Minato do it?" Chouza asked Shikadai who's busy taking a nap.

"Mmm… I don't know."

He shifted his gaze to Teuchi who was eating a Dango and ask. "What do you think Teuchi?"

Teuchi shrugged his shoulders indicating that he also had no idea. Inoichi who's beside him answered in a low pitch voice. "I think we should just support Minato."

The 4 nodded before quickly following to the training ground where Minato is headed out.

Looking at the content of the paper, Minato smiled. If this happened a week earlier, he might not accept this, but now he's confident enough even if it's an all out fight.
