The group was walking towards Tazuna's house.

'Owl summoning huh, cool I'm Nite Owl. Liz I have a jutsu creation ticket right?' Naruto curious.
'Yes you still haven't used it' Liz replied.
'I decided to name it as Tamashi no Kontororu no jutsu (Soul Control Technique). Basically it controls souls, Since it can't be too OP, I can summon a dead free soul of half an hour and control it. A living soul cannot be controlled, but their memories and techniques to be transferred to me by touch without their emotions. As for reanimated souls I can break free their control and and control them for 1 hour, more duration than dead free soul is because I didn't summon them from afterlife.' saying Naruto creating his own jutsu for future ease.
'Your new jutsu is created. A single dead free soul for full 30 minute control it takes 50 chakra pooints, living soul cost 90 points and reanimated soul cost 60 points. Information and hand seals of new jutsu is being transferred in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.' Liz said as she transferred the information to Naruto.
'Sigh, how much can I do with this jutsu' Naruto thought.
During this ordeal, the group reached Tazuna's house. Tazuna went and knocked on the door. After a while a beautiful woman in her 20's opened the door, seeing Tazuna she came and hugged him slightly. Then he introduced her as his daughter Tsunami and introduced us as Konoha Shinobi came to protect him. After that she welcomed them inside, then a boy came running towards Tazuna and hugged him. Tazuna introduced him as his grandson Inari and us as his protection. Since Naruto knew Inari's mind set he thought about to change his mind sooner than canon.
"Hmph you are going to die by the hands of Gato" Inari shouted.
"Good, I always wanted to die" Naruto said casually and sat near the table.
Everyone was eying Naruto in a weird manner. Inari couldn't counter that, ran upwards. Everyone settled in the table for dinner, while Naruto went near Tsunami, took a scroll and unsealed the rabbit.
"Tsunami san, do you know how to cook a rabbit?" Naruto asked innocently. Tazuna and Tsunami was taken back while his team sighed in embarrassment.
"No, I don't Naruto kun" Tsunami said with a sweat drop expression.
"Fine I'll cook it" he said while unsealing some requirements and started cooking it.
"Ne Tsunami san what is the kid's deal" Naruto asked even though he knew the answer.
For that Tazuna answered the question about a hero who once lived, Inari's stepfather Kaiza, who was killed by Gato in front of Inari scarring him. After the team heard this story their thought was the same 'Scum Gato'.
'This is a mission I'll even do for free. I'm sure Hokage sama will approve it' Kakashi thought.
'I'll kill Gato myself' Sasuke growled.
'How cruel' Sakura sympathised.
Naruto saw Tsunami standing near him with tears in her eyes, he simply patted her shoulder and comforted her. After preparing dinner, Tsunami started to arrange the table. The team gathered near the table, seeing them she smiled, but after seeing Kakashi she had a weird look on her face because of the choice of his book.
"Don't worry he is a closet pervert, he doesn't have the guts to do anything." Naruto said after noticing Tsunami's facial expression. Hearing that Tsunami sighed in relief, Sakura was giggling, Sasuke had a vey small smirk, while Kakashi was deeply red in embarrassment.
"D-Don't speak nonsense Naruto" Kakashi made a defence.
"It's not nonsense sensei, you won't act on your closeted nature" Naruto said while helping Tsunami.
Kakashi sighed and his head dropped. Everyone started to eat dinner, eventually Inari also joined. Everyone loved Naruto's cooking, at first they were a little hesitant but after taking a bite they had 'yumm' expression, even Inari and Sasuke had that same expression.
"Told you guys rabbit will be tasty" saying that Naruto nodded to his comment. Everyone sweat dropped at his antics. But seeing their casual demeranor Inari was enraged and shouted.
"WHY ARE YOU ALL LIKE THIS!!! YOU WILL ALL DIE!!!" Inari shouted.
Naruto sighed and appeared behind him, lifted him by his collar and Shunshined away. Few kilometers away he stopped in the middle of a forest and dropped Inari. Inari fell on his knees and puked everything in his stomach.
"Why did you do that?" Inari growled.
Naruto went near a log and punched it, the log shattered to pieces.
"Still do you think I will die" Naruto asked clamly.
"So what he has many people under him" Inari retorted, but there was a glint of hope in it.
Naruto made 50 clones without hand seals and looked at him.
"All of them are strong you can't do any thing" Inari shouted with hope in his eyes increasing.
"Yeah I can't do anything" Naruto said while all the hope in Inari's eyes gone again. Naruto sat in a nearby rock and look at the sky.
"This isn't my home, I can't do anything than offer my help and help a little. I can't stand up to every other people like Gato who wish to come here after I am gone. I can't ask you to protect what is important to you, you mother, grandfather and conviction of you father 'Protect that you love with your own arms', only you can choose to do it." Naruto paused to let it sink in.
"Hmm even you didn't protect your father's legacy. I won't be like you, my parents died when I was born, I don't even have memories of them like you, but I won't tarnish their name by acting opposite to what they stood for". hearing that Inari cried and asked "Then what should I do"
"Do something what your father would be proud of. Protect your family, your home, and importantly protect and cherish the memories and conviction of the people you look up to." Naruto's words lit up fire of determination in Inari's eyes. Then Naruto went to a boulder, infused his hand with chakra and punched it, the boulder then shattered.
"Still think I can't I can't kill Gato and will die" Naruto asked Inari with a grin, to which Inari shook his head left to right.
"Are you ready to go home" Naruto asked, lifting him by his collar again.
"Can't you go the normal way" Inari paled and asked Naruto, to which he gave an evil grin. Seeing his grin Inari shuddered and Naruto Shunshined to Tazuna's home.
While Naruto took Inari, Tazuna and Tsunami were concerned. Kakashi confirmed that nothing wrong will happen and told them about Naruto being an orphan, and somewhat can think in the shoes of Inari. After a few minutes Naruto came in with a pale faced Inari.
"Good you didn't puke this time" Naruto cheered Inari.
"I didn't have anything to puke nii chan" Inari said and went to table to quickly devour his food.
Hearing Inari's mood and that 'nii chan' every one was surprised at this 180. Naruto didn't mind at that. Seeing Inari, Tsunami and Tazuna were very happy and grateful to Naruto who just looked at them, smiled and nodded.
Next day Kakashi took the team to a nearby forest for training. Since he didn't fight Zabuza like in cannon he is perfectly alright for training his students.
"As soon as Zabuza is healed he will go for Tazuna's head, so I am going to train you to control your chakra by tree walking" Kakashi instructed.
"Sensei I can already do it, I'll practice alone some where nearby." Naruto said walking away.
"Don't go far away Naruto" Kakashi ordered. Sasuke was determined to surpass Naruto. Sakura had a determined look after hearing Inari's and Naruto's story.
'Liz make 6 shadows and make 3 follow Kakashi sensei, Sasuke and Sakura. The remaining 3 to follow Gato, Zabuza and his apprentice and find their plan and timeline' Naruto ordered
'They are sent, you can ask them anything about their target anytime you want' Liz replied.
Naruto left a clone near his team and told him to meditate. He then took off towards the town looking for Gato's men. Looking around the town, his desire to kill Gato was increasing by the second.
'Leave the trash to me kid, these are the type of scum I happily devour' Kurama said in his mind.
'After I get everything from him I'll throw him to you.' Naruto assured and Kurama grinned.
Soon he found a gang of Gato's men. He followed them silently and knocked out one of them and exchanged his place with his clone.
He then sealed the knocked out goon in a stasis scroll and went back.
