Shadow clones and training
After Naruto's famous 'Talk no jutsu' in Hokage office, he went to an alleyway, sent Pikachu back and transformed into an genin and went to the library. On the way to the library, he asked Liz for his stats.

Naruto : (Whoa these are some new functions. Liz, why is my taijutsu, kenjutsu, and fuinjutsu are in beginner level?)
Liz : (Even though you have all the knowledge of them you must practice and train them in order to get used to your current body.)
Naruto : (Hmm okay. Hey can you scan anything and keep a record for it.)
Liz : (Of course. All you have to do is see it with your eyes.)
Naruto : (Sweet)
He then reached the library, there he could feel some kind of barrier. Since he mastered his 'Transformation jutsu' not even any Hyuga or any kind of anti transformation barrier can detect him.
Naruto : (Hey Liz scan every scroll and book I choose and arrange them according to history, jutsus, etc. Under jutsus, arrange it based on elemental jutsus and jutsus based on rank under it.)
Liz : (No problem.)
Naruto then entered the library and scanned most of the history books in it, and next he went into the jutsu section and scanned every E-rank and D-rank jutsu, jutsu above those can only be accessed by chunin or jonin. After scanning every thing he left the library and went to an abandoned training ground. After arriving at an abandoned training ground, he looked around to see anyone. After finding nobody, he asked Liz to scan the training ground for any ANBU or the damned ROOT. After 15 seconds the scan was complete and there was no one there. He undid his transformation.
He then took the 'Kage Bunshin' {Shadow Clone} scroll out of the inventory and learned it for a bit. After memorizing the hand signs, he tried to perform the technique. At his 4th time there was poof of smoke and within it came 4 identical clone of Naruto. He ordered them to scatter in 4 different directions and then to dispel. After few minutes he got 4 different memories. He then took the 'Taju Kage Bunshin' {Multi Shadow clown} scroll and then started to learn it, since he knew shadow clones learning multi shadow clones was easy. At his 2nd try there was 301 Naruto's in the ground.
Naruto : (Liz can a clone talk to you)
Liz : (No they can't talk to me, but they can access any information and inventory.)
Naruto then ordered 10 clones to transform into civilians and to buy sealing equipments with a lot of ryo, which he made in his special shop, 50 clones for tree climbing exercise with few leaves sticking in their body like multi tasking, 50 clones for cutting leaf using wind chakra, 50 clones for practice in his sensory abilities, 50 clones for practicing taijutsu katas, 50 clones for practicing Kenjutsu katas with the two swords, told the rest 40 clones to meditate till the 10 finish shopping and practice calighraphy with them. He ordered them and went into an meditative pose for today's quota of meeting with the kyuubi.
-Inside Naruto's mindscape-
After coming inside his green land like mindscape, he went near the cage. There he saw the giant fox sleeping.
Naruto : HEEEYYYY!!! KYUUBI!! [Totally shouting to wake him up]
Kyuubi then opened one of his eyes and saw who that nuisance was and rolled his eyes.
Kyuubi : What brat? why did you wake me up?
Naruto : A good news, I got a new summon animal dattebayo.
Kyuubi : So what? [Slightly annoyed for woken up]
Naruto : Apparently I'm royalty of Uzumaki clan. Did you know about that.
Kyuubi : Why should I care? [Turning his head away]
Naruto : *Sigh* Anyway the important reason I came here is to tell you something I should have said yesterday. [Bowed his head slightly] I'm sorry for my parents splitting you and sealing you in me. But at the same time I'm glad they did that, it may seem selfish, but I got a friend and partner out of this. I also don't hate you for the death of my parents, they died because of the masked Uchiha, If not for him you might not have been controlled to attack the village. And also thank you for healing me whenever I was hurt and saving me many times.
Kyuubi : (He's not lying. He seems better than my other 2 jailors. Still I can't tell him that.) Who are you calling partner and friend, I'm the great kyuubi. I didn't come and voluntarily heal you.
Naruto : I know I know. okay I'll see you later, bye.
Kyuubi : Don't come here again. *Snarl*
Saying that Naruto left the mindscape.
Kyuubi : (Nice story with how you found your mother's name kid.)
-In the training field-
Naruto : (Liz make some ryo we are going shopping.)
After ordering clones to pop the ones who is progressing fast as a faster training method, he went to the market putting up his transformation. After arriving at the market area he brought a lot of meat, vegetables, household necessities and packed it in a sealing scroll, even tough he can create food in his special shop and not come out of his house, he needs to come out sometimes and to listen to rumors. Since the villagers not selling him food and only eating ramen he was slightly malnourished. If it was an ordinary kid, he might have been dead due to starvation. Since he's an Uzumaki and a jinchuriki he survived.
Today the rumor in discussion was a certain blonde red head kid waking with a cute pet in his head. Apparently it was the topic of jealosy of all women in konoha.
-Naruto's apartment-
After his shopping he came to his house and undid his transformation. Arranging the necessary items and food for about half an hour, ate some snacks packed a few cooked pieces of meat, left a shadow clone with a lot of chakra and reverse summoned himself to Pikachu's realm with a puff of smoke.
After the smoke cleared he can only see a lot of abnormally large trees. Walking for a few minutes he heard a rustling near a bush, a yellow blur came out of it and jumped to his his head while sniffing. It is the same Pikachu he summoned, after that many came out of the same, some with ribbon in their ears, size but there were different colors like light blue, crimson red, coffee brown, normal yellow and pure white. He then took some meat and gave it to all of them, they all ate it happily.
After some time a big Pikachu came our of the woods who was as tall as Naruto, who surprisingly can talk, welcomed him and explained about the Pikachus. Surprisingly for him they are elemental pikachus. Each one can use chakra and all elements, but their own element is their forte, they can do other elements, but their power is less. Yellow is lightning, Brown is earth, Light blue is Water, Red is Fire and White is wind. After sometime they took Naruto to their tree houses and had him meet their elder, it was one big Raichu. He is covered in dark orange fur with a white belly. Its bifurcated ears are brown on the outside, yellow on the insides, and end in a distinctive curl, with a lengthy tail and a large lightning symbol at the end.
E. Raichu : Welcome kid.
Naruto : Hello, I'm Naruto, Uzumaki Naruto dattebayo.
E. Raichu : Well you are our latest summoner huh?
Naruto : Yeah, I wanted to learn about my summon and to introduce myself.
E. Raichu : Nice to meet you kid.
Naruto : Well then I'll be going elder, my clones must be dispelling in a few moments after their training.
E. Raichu : Okay, then it's goodbye for now.
Naruto said goodbye to the Pikachus and returned home. After sometime the clones dispelled themselves and giving their experience to Naruto. He then cooked a heartly dinner and went to bed. He then asked Liz to integrate the history of Shinobi world which he scanned earlier ti integrate into him in a slow process overnight, and went to sleep.
