Kakashi after sealing his left eye, the strain of keeping his sharingan left a heavy toll on him both physically and mentally. Kakashi kept the matter of sealing sharingan a secret and is planning to do so well except when he is faced by Hyuga clansmen he keeps the eye active out of cautiousness luckily for him the Hyuga doesn't always have their byakugan active.

Kakashi planned to use this to his advantage when he was attacked, this way his enemies will underestimate his chakra reserves which may decide the fate of a battle in a critical moment.

Kakashi also resumed training with tanto, he was extremely grateful that he was basic stances and attacks by his father when he was little. The white-haired ninja is a little rusty with the tanto but as weeks he got adept at using the weapon.

Kakashi also cleaned all his father's belongings which he threw in the basement and among them he found a dusty manual under the clothes. The facemask jonin removed his signature mask, blew the dust away, and found Hatake Sakumo's fighting style training along with instructions on how to infuse chakra elements into the blade which is the signature fighting style of White fang.

If other nations knew Kakashi left the manual for the world-renowned White Fang's signature jutsu which played a very significant role in paving the way for Sakumo's notoriety to the top they might declare war on Kakashi just to beat him up.

Kakashi brought the manual to the living room and fondly caressed the cover of the book where 'Hatake Sakumo' is written as the one who wrote it. Kakashi looked up from the old book and looked at the tanto placed a few feet away from him with determination.

"I will try to proudly carry the title you once had Father " Kakashi slowly said and stood up taking tanto with him after using the sharingan to imprint the book in his brain and securely storing it away.

Kakashi also was hit by puberty and he started noticing the opposite gender luckily for him he found solace in a masterpiece titled 'Icha Icha paradise'. That day the white-haired teenager fell so hard in love with that book he started collecting anything related to that pouring all his savings into that. He started re-reading the book once every few weeks but every time he is enlightened by something new in this book.

Kakashi also read through similar books to Icha Icha but was disappointed nothing came close to how he felt when he was the greatest pervert's masterpiece, he also made a mental note to ask for Jiraiya to get the book signed. He had to try very hard not to let Hiroto and Itachi see him reading the book or else Mikoto will send him to Kushina and he knew the condition of Jiraiya when he nearly told Hiroto.

Kakashi also progressed with his Anbu's missions and Danzo tried to recruit him to root many times. The teenage jonin gave a middle finger to Danzo's attempts and informed Lord Hokage of this matter and Hizuren managed to stop Danzo.

Kakashi could only curse Danzo as the latter started his movement from the shadows to kill the teenager desiring the sharingan which is covered by his ninja headband. During one of the missions he was tasked to investigate a base of Orochimaru, he was attacked by a root shinobi codenamed - kinoe.

Kakashi remembered that particular guy because of his jutsu 'Wood style' which was the trademark jutsu of the legendary First Hokage Senju Hashirama. Kakashi was bound tightly but before he could counterattack he was shocked by the wood-jutsu user's camaraderie which he still managed to keep intact under Danzo's brainwashing.

Kakashi counter-attacked when other ROOT shinobi started preparing a killing blow and all the ROOT shinobi retreated soon. A few months Kakashi met the wood jutsu again in Suna when he is on another mission and befriended Tenzou.

Kakashi after returning to the village informed Hokage about Tenzou's mission and how Danzo is keeping information about Orochimaru a secret. Lord Third promised Kakashi to look into it.

Kakashi left the building as he saw is walking on the streets he saw a punishment, he sent a scroll to Hokage about the possible death of the wood-style user. Kakashi swiftly made his way to ROOT's base and fought his way to rescue Tanzou, but he was overwhelmed soon.

Kakashi is holding a tanto with blood slowly dripping down its sharp edge, he is contemplating whether to reveal the prowess of his sharingan or not. Hizuren along with a few Anbu entered the ROOT base after receiving word from Kakashi, he entered to see various shinobi lying around with injuries. Hizuren signaled one of the Anbu to look after the injured ROOT shinobi and made his way in to see a figure surrounded. The Sandaime saw the encircled figure and muttered "Sakumo" subconsciously but quickly corrected his mistake as Kakashi. Hokahe had to make the save, pacify both parties, and inducted the wood user to Anbu.

Kakashi was also soon promoted to Anbu captain with Tenzou also assigned to the same team. Kakashi when free he spars with Hiroto and Itachi individually and sometimes with both of them he was also aware of how the kids are ditching the academy with shadow clones as cheat. Sometimes Kakashi takes the kids to Ichiraku ramen or Dango shop, though he prefers Ichiraku's because of Kushina's influence.

Kakashi also sometimes competes with his self-proclaimed rival Maito Gai who competes with him since his academy days and stood by his side, cheering him up through Gai's only known way. Gai also sometimes guides the kids in taijutsu on Kakashi's request first but later of his own volition. Kakashi entered Ichiraku with Hiroto, Itachi leading, Teuchi greeted the kids but gave a stink eye to the teenager as his daughter is infatuated with him.

Kakashi can only sigh and finish the meal ignoring the death, infatuated gazes he is receiving. Kakashi one day arrived at the training ground to see a third figure giving the kids tips on shuriken jutsu. He identified the figure as Uchiha Shisui who joined his Anbu team recently.

"Shisui" Kakashi greeted with a nod. "Kakashi-san how come you are here ?" Shisui asked his captain.

"Kakashi-nii" Hiroto

"Kakashi-san" Itachi

These greetings made Shisui understand the three of them are already acquaintances. "I help them train sometimes," Kakashi said without elaborating further. Shisui nodded in silence and understood all of them share a secret, attributing it to Hiroto's use of Yondaime's famous jutsu.

Kakashi also sometimes spars with Shisui mainly with tanto as they share the same choice in weapons. Hiroto and Itachi watched their spar. "Hey Itachi, both of them are using weapons do you think we should also start training with a weapon ?" Hiroto asked while thinking about what weapon should he learn about.

A few weeks passed by and Hiroto is planning how to "coincidentally" meet Naruto on the latter's second birthday. Kakashi is leisurely strolling around Konoha after escaping from Gai, he heard people around the streets being angry and cursing so he perked up his ears to listen to what this is about.

After hearing it Kakashi can only say one thing in response "Oh shit."
