11 Re-evaluations and Future Plans!

[A/N:

So before I start the chapter, I wanted to clear some stuff. Those who might have some concerns about Sarutobi or future enemies,

First, when skills are cut, the whole memory of it is cut off. So, the person, will have no recollection of ever learning that skill what so ever. They will never figure out on their own that something is missing. Kind of like, Neville Longbottom's Remebrall.

Second, the sensor ability, similarly by taking away the whole experience he will not remember he ever was a sensor.

He might get vague doubts when someone directly points it out. But being the Kage, he will not be in many combats. So our MC is safe there.

And even if someone makes Sarutobi realize that he lost some jutsus. A rational and pacifist like Sarutobi will blame his advanced age instead of guessing that someone stole them. I mean come on, it's the ninja world, not the Harry Potter world.

But this doesn't mean MC can use his cheat infinitely! Because, if things become too obvious... Like too many ROOT Nin dying or too many people becoming idiots! Then people will start to connect the dots.

But in most cases it will be treated as an amnesia. People won't be able to complain about it, mostly because, they will not even have the idea that something isn't right. Their new skill set will be treated as normal for them.

But say, MC steals some housewife's <cooking>, then she has thousands of chances to get reminded of her missing skill. So that's a danger point.

Sorry for this long assed A/N. But I hope it cleared some doubts!]

It has been a few days since my visit to the Hokage's office.

I made sure that nothing went out of my prediction. And the best way to do that, was sending my minion to fetch for information.

So my Chunin minion, Fuse Daisuke, I will call him Fuzzy, went out every day to gather information for me.

And guess what I found?!

There has been a new rumor about the demon spawn! Heeeeh!

*Giggle*

Apparently, the demon spawn learned how to become invisible and breathe fire (Well, that's farfetch'd).

Soooo, It seems our little yellow friend was making chaos in the village. And now that he has stealth, people don't notice him as much.

He said his small brain was unable to understand "why people are not as mean to him."

He soon reached a conclusion!

'Everyone, is… IGNORING ME!' *Thumbs up*

And what does a child, who longs for love, do when being ignored? He makes bigger and better pranks.

*Giggle*.

My finest future minion I tell you! A fine work by yours truly, is it not?

The pranks sure have upgraded a lot. He actually flooded the general goods store, that refused to let him in.

I tell you, that was funny as hell. Hehehe!

I also heard about a certain madam waking up hugging a log ,in the middle of the Senju park. Now that was something even I wouldn't have predicted. [A/N: Make a wild guess on the madam]

Naruto's shenanigans are nice and all, but I haven't heard anything from Oldie Moldi.

Hope he isn't dead from figuring out, he was under some Genjitsu.

I mean I'm fine! As he will never suspect I stole from him. Because he has no recollection of his stolen skills. But the Genjutsu is different!

He already had doubts about Danzo-dork. But back in the day he was too much of an idealist to act against him.

And later he was even under Kotoamatsukami. And like any other Genjutsu, after being awoken he will notice the difference with himself. And try to think of reasons for the change.

Why he won't suspect me? He won't, simply because he has full information on me.

He knows, I have no bloodline and have never learned Ninjutsus, heck the Fire Castle doesn't even have a Henge Jutsu scroll... Damn, mom hates Ninjutsus...

But he will be wary of me. As the timing of the release was too coincidental. And I believe he has already sent some ANBU here.

So all I have to do is lie low for a while and plan my next set of shenanigans.

Now that everything seems under control, I took out the SS coin, the Super Saiya-*cough* super skill coin.

This time I acted smarts. And didn't paste all the skills simultaneously.

Damn! I really should be careful. Even <Gamer's Mind> has it's limits.

I started transplanting one skill at a time.... It sure took a while.

And I have only taken 15 skills out of his 80. And 35 Jutsus among his what seemed like millions? Well thousands at least.

That's one more reason he will never suspect he lost Ninjutsu's. And I made sure not to take any 'hiden' ones.

After reorganizing everything , I invoked my NEW UBER COMBO!

<Appraisal> and <Sensor> consecutively .

And guess what?

I found 5 people outside my room and 2 people under the roof in the attic.

What does a kid need to do to get some privacy around here.... SIGH!

Normally, I would panic of the unknown, but now that I can pin point them with <Sensor>. I have very little to panic about. Not that my skills will let me panic.

Sighh! It's hard being OP, ya know!

Soon I appraised them all.

And taaada!!

I found 3 Oldie's ANBU and 2 ROOT ANBU . The ones in the attic were our favorite rooty booties. Not favorite? Welp, suit yourself!

The other 2 men were my personal guards.

While, my little Fuzzy minion was still out gathering information for me.

Okay~

Naaaww~, how should I make this movie play out?

Will it be,

ANBU meets ROOT , ANBU falls in love, ROOT rejects and then ANBU goes for the kill! Being yandere and all!

Like the script? Eh! No? But that's my first and best work.....

*Depressed*

Anywhoo, I think I have a good plan for them.

*Looking out the window... Thinking about a certain samurai and smirking...*

A few days later

After getting the new info on my appraisal. I tried to invoke it while imagining different stats. And after some trials and errors, I finally found the extra things I wanted to know.

I couldn't get all the stats that I wanted, but I will take what I get. Something is better than nothing after all! Remember that kids!

So I got,

Loyalty towards me, weakness(physical), fears and likes.

I really wanted a tab for their personal information, so you know… I can know some Oneesans three sizes without asking them *cough*.

*A certain spiky white haired Frog, looks at the distance and frowns. 'My Rival has been born…'*

But I just can't seem to activate that.

Well, doesn't matter! What I have at the moment is plenty for me.

Being the over controlling lord that I am, I love knowing what the percentage of loyalty my minions have towards me.

I was surprised by a few revelations, I won't lie.

Well, I was expecting the samurai and the former ANBU leader's loyalty level.

But what, in the name of Tonald Drump, made this Fuzzy have 90% loyalty towards me?

I had question marks floating all around me.

It wasn't even funny…

Well, it isn't bad having a loyal minion. But i would like to experiment with the loyalty bar. I really wonder If I can juggle this around…

Moving on,

The other thing that I noticed was, one of my elder maids!

No,... NO! Nothing like what you pervies are thinking...

I'm not into old lady kinks, but this old lady is special.

Why special? I will tell you why,

It's simply because, the <Slight Hemorrhoids> I gave my little Drifter dude, was taken from her.

But now, that I appraise her again. It appears as if her hemorrhoids never went away!!!

*Alert*

This caused me to do some experiments with the… umm hemorrhoids...

And what better specimen than one of our own Rooty booties. *giggle*

Soooo, yah! I tried transferring it a few more times. It wasn't hard, as it was like any basic cut and paste.

And these are the results,

So for the first moment, the status ailment disappears from the patient and appears on the target. Then the target starts to develop hemorrhoids, while the patient I took it from, simply gains the status back... [A/N: An Old lady hemorrhoid farm?.... Damn the degeneration..]

So after thinking about it for a bit. I came to a conclusion.

I can take and reposition the 'disease' and the new 'disease host' will get the symptoms.

But I cannot 'heal' the original patient from whom I take the disease. As, <Cut> only cuts the ailment stat away. It doesn't 'heal' the disease itself....

So say, I want to cut internal bleeding from someone and place it on a different person.

The person I take it from... Still has his ruptures on blood vessels, so he will bleed again. As the ruptures weren't healed due to cut. Only the cell memories of it were cut out.

But, on the other hand, the person I pasted on is a different matter. Because he gets the cell memories, he will start to develop the ruptures.

It will be like his cells telling themselves to rupture. As it received the memories of the ruptured state.

The explanation is too complicated? Then frick it. It's simple, I cannot cure with cut. But I can plant diseases. And maybe even make a disease farm. Wew! Hope CDC doesn't get the wind of this...

So my conclusion is, my skills can't be used as a healing technique, but I can use it creatively!

[A/N: Sorry for the bad explanation! I can explain better but it will require going in to my teacher mode! And we surely don't want that!]

Now, there is only one month left till the academy starts.

Before then, there were a few things I needed to do...

As for the near future canon events... Hmmm,

There should be Naruto saves the damsel from bullies .. Which will surely become a prince saving the damsel~! I will make sure to leave a lasting impression on Hina-bunny.

Do I like Hinata? *Thinks about future Hinata's Bo-* Ahem, Of course, she is a nice girl.

She will become a good woman for sure!

But if you ask me if I want to marry her… Umm, I will let you know after I taste most of what I want to taste, hehehe… You know what the great sage used to say!

"New is always better!"

And settling down to have a quiet life isn't anywhere in my near future goals.

But if one woman can wear me down enough to marry her, then I might? Or if my mommy dearest makes me because she wants grand babies…

That's a different story.

But I am too young for marriage!!!... Right now is the spring of youth!! And this youth will endeavor to taste the springsss!!!

Okay moving on~

Other than the Hinata rescue play, there should be the event of Lee meeting Gai.

But I might be putting a splinter on that story.

As much as I love a Taijutsu loving idiot, which is Lee, I want to do one experiment which might not go well for my bushy browed friend.

Because I, for one, am sure that Lee has an UBER RARE, S Rank skill. ' UNDYING WILL FRICKING POWER. YO!'

That's the usual secondary plot armor Shounen protagonists have. And I believe, it isn't as ridiculous as Naruto's one. So I might be able to 'borrow' it…

And I almost forgot to mention why this is an experiment!

Because like I said before, After taking Oldie's <Master Ninja Theory>, my advance and primary ninja theory started accumulating on their own!

So I believe, even if I take the skill off of someone who is protected by the plot! It should regenerate. Maybe? I don't know *cough*

At least I will have some excuse!

But, if my experiment goes wrong... Really hope it doesn't.

I will compensate my bushy browed friend with a good civilian job!

With his cheerful personality he will be a good sales rep. Well, after I restyle him of course.

And after that should be the Uchiha Massacre! *Giggle* I wonder how I should interfere with that....

For now I will see how the days play out!
