Mission...

The wind blew the few green leaves as they scattered across the field highlighting the two figures constantly clashing with their fists.

Sora launched a flurry of punches at Mitsu as he frantically tried to dodge. Inevitably a single punch hits Mitsu who instantly felt his legs trembling and his vision blurring.

Looking at the falling bruised brown-haired boy, Sora quickly held the boy as his palms glowed a life-like green.

After a moment of treatment, the brown-haired boy quickly sat up as he took long repeated breaths. Between breaths, he said with a grimace," One day, I swear you will kill me if we keep training like this."

Looking at his white-haired friend, Mitsu wants to smack his ignorant young self to learn taijutsu with this white-haired devil with an angelic face.

" Calm down, Mitsu," said Sora to the brown-haired boy who looked like he wanted to beat someone.

"You have improved a lot from the training, Now you can at least dodge some of my punches. You used to blackout from the first punch in the beginning."

Mitsu also knew what his friend said was true but that does not mean he wants to get beat up every time, he is not a masochist.

"Then do you want to slow down the training?" asked Sora.

"haa... forget it." sighed Mitsu.

Kurama clan mainly focuses on Genjutsu and their body is naturally on a weaker side. He wanted to eliminate this weakness. So, the eager Mitsu organized the group taijutsu training not knowing how he sealed his own fate.

Thinking about it now, he laments his choice very much. Training with Sora is hard enough but at least he learned some medical ninjutsu from him. Aoi doesn't hold back at all beating the shit out of him.

As the two were talking, a fast-paced figure had already reached the duo. Aoi looked at the panting brown-haired boy and the white-haired boy who greeted her with a smile.

Aoi also nodded at him, then informed," Riku sensei has called all of us to assemble at the Hokage office."

After that, She quickly sped up. The duo looked at each other in slight confusion but followed her.

After the trio reached below the Hokage office, a black-haired jonin waved his hand at them. Riku said," Well today, I have called you for an important mission. Let's go, lord third will tell us more about this mission."

No one objected so the team started to walk towards the office of the third Hokage.

Reaching the office, Riku knocked on the door and waited for the reply of lord third.

"Come in" came the old voice of the Hokage.

Seeing the familiar jonin, Sarutobi HIruzen lifted his head from the paperwork.

"Team Riku, Today I have a B rank mission for you." said the Hokage as he sat on his chair.

Listening to the Hokage, Sora and others were surprised but quickly paid attention to the following words.

"Your mission is to retrieve a scroll from one of my informers." said the Hokage taking out a parchment and handing it to the black-haired jonin.

Riku took the information about the mission as he motioned the three genins to come over and take a look.

" Your mission takes place in Hacho village where the informer will be waiting. I hope you safely bring the scroll to the village." said the Hokage.

Learning about further information from the parchment, Riku said, "Yes, Lord Hokage. My team will complete this mission safely."

"Then your mission will begin from tomorrow." said the Hokage as he read a paper on the desk.

Taking this as a cue to leave, Team Riku also left the Hokage office.

After leaving, Riku informed the team to gather in front of the main gate of Konoha tomorrow morning and quickly vanished.

The trio glanced at each other. Knowing about the important mission tomorrow, the trio said goodbye and parted their ways.
