Chapter 15

Izuna woke up again three hours after the awakening of the system and headed for the bathroom to take his bath. He soon exited the bathroom a few minutes later with his body thoroughly cleaned and his hair untied.

Izuna proceeded back to his room where he dried his hair using Wind Release, he then combed it and tied it up into his usual ponytail style.

Izuna then proceeded towards the closet in his room and from within it, he took out a blue-coloured version of the clothes that he was wearing during his system awakening and started putting it on.

Izuna after this then took out white bandages from the closet and proceeded to wrap them around both of his arms and legs. He then put on his sandals before heading out of his room and came before the pictures of his late family members and bowed.

"Father, Aunty, Grandma and Grandpa! I'm leaving for the academy now."

Izuna bid goodbye to his fallen family members and made his way out of the house and headed for the academy which he was admitted to four months ago when his grandma was still breathing.

Anyway, just as he reached the entrance of his house he stopped and formed the tiger hand seal and cast a jutsu.

[Shadow Clone Jutsu]

PUFF!!

A puff of smoke appeared beside Izuna immediately as he used his shadow clone technique and from within the smoke came another copy of himself with 10% of his chakra instead of 50%, Izuna was able to do this due to his new level of control over his chakra.

"You know what to do."

SWOOSHH!!!

Izuna lightly muttered these words to his clone and he nodded his head and immediately as the clone nodded, the real Izuna flicked away at ultra-high speed and disappeared from sight with his destination being the forest of death.

The clone on the other hand made his way through the Uchiha clan settlement and headed towards the academy.

[Shinobi Academy]

Izuna made his way through the village and approached the ninja academy gate however just as he was about to enter, someone called his name from behind.

"... Izuna-kun, wait for me!"

"..."

Izuna hearing the extremely family voice immediately stopped in his tracks and turned around and he saw a young girl about the same age as him running towards him.

Well, there were a bunch of young girls but there was only one that Izuna paid attention to and this person is a fair-skinned girl young of average height with light blue eyes (green in the manga) and short, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face and green hair clip at the left side of her hair.

The name of this girl is Ino Yamanaka, daughter of the Yamanaka clan patriarch and one of the two people that Izuna considers as his true friends. The two of them met four months ago during the academy enrollment but they didn't become friends at that time until a week later when most of the kids were just talking about him from the distance and although they weren't badmouthing him, Izuna didn't like.

He went as far as trying to distance himself however that changed when Ino just walked up to him like a boss and asked if he wanted to be friends.

Anyway, Ino had a big smile on her face as she ran towards Izuna while the other girls following after her were just fighting among themselves to see who would reach Izuna and this went on until Ino finally reached Izuna's side and started panting from exhaustion.

"Good morning, Ino-chan."

The apathetic look of Izuna's face lightened up while looking at the panting girl and greeted her.

"PANT! Hey, Izuna."

Both Ino and Izuna stayed at the entrance of the academy for a couple of minutes until Ino regained her lost breath before they made their way into the academy and parted ways to their respective class.

[Konoha, Forest Of Death]

The Forty-Fourth Training Ground also known as the Forest of Death a training stage mostly used for the second part of the Konoha Chūnin exam. The forest is a very dangerous place, filled with hordes of flora and fauna, often gigantic, poisonous — or even more likely, both — hence its name, however, its primary function served as a testing ground for the survival and fighting skills of genin trying to become chūnin and currently inside this ten-kilometre wide forest, Izuna sat on the ground with his body covered in sweat as he just finished his first daily quest.
