Now in the world of Naruto, owning the body of a young Inuzuka, Alex is no longer himself. His new identity is that of Ryota Inuzuka, an orphan of the Inuzuka clan. What will he do to survive this dangerous world, while still trying to enjoy his new life? ----------- This story IS NOT a Harem, so don't even mention it.

Sealing Isobu

As soon as I realized I wasn't feeling any hostility, I got closer to Isobu while signaling Yamato to stay where he was. We didn't want the Sanbi to feel threatened, didn't we? Luckily, it seemed to just ignore the presence of Yamato and locked in on me.

"Hey, are you there? Are you sleeping Isobu?"

I realized too late that I had slipped up and called him by his name. No one is supposed to know the names of the Bijuus besides themselves and their Jinchuriki if they have a good relationship. Luckily, he seemed to still be entranced by something.

"How do you know my name?"

I could answer that question in many ways, but I decided to pin it on the most logical answer to his ears.

"She told me"

Yup, just blame Nature. After all, she didn't seem mad at me using her name for a lie. Besides, Isobu seemed to understand what I meant, since his eyes opened even wider than before -something I didn't think was possible at all.

"So that is why you feel so much like the old man..."

"Who?"

"No one, I'm saying nonsense... So why are you here, searching for me?"

He didn't seem to want to tell me about Hagoromo, but I wasn't bothered by it. After all, I already knew everything that I needed to know. As for his question, it was easily answerable.

"I am a Shinobi from Konoha, and my task is to seal you"

"So that IS the case huh... I'm sick of being chased like a tool..."

Some might think that being truthful with a Bijuu is borderline stupid, but I beg to differ. I wanted to earn Isobu's trust, since it would make everything a thousand times easier than having to fight. First to seal it and then for his chakra every single time I needed it. Being truthful I could earn his trust and try to convince him through more amicable means.

"I can't imagine how tired you must be... a hundred or so years of being imprisoned do that to someone"

"So you don't like the idea?"

"Not particularly. I understand why they do it, but I don't necessarily aprove of it"

Isobu looked at me with a confused look. I could more or less guess why he was confused, but I wanted him to speak. I might be the first human he has an actual conversation after Yagura and I wanted Isobu to enjoy it.

"Why are you here then?"

"Firstly, orders. Second... there is another group of people hunting the Bijuu down and their intentions are surely way worse than ours. As such, I'd rather seal you myself than risking potential doom to befall everyone in this world"

"Oh... so those where the people I felt running around before you guys came? They weren't able to find me, luckily. Or else I might already be captured"

Those were some ominous news that we got. It was indeed quite a lucky thing to know, considering we didn't have any run-ins with Akatsuki or Orochimaru, since both were shown to be searching for Isobu around the same time.

"Still... either way I end up sealed"

"Hey, you can end up sealed in a stranger who sees you as a weapon or in someone you can talk to normally"

"Hmm..."

Isobu was extremely slow in everything it did, which was ironic considering he was quite fast when in battle. He was quite enjoyable to talk to, too. Probably because I was someone he didn't see as a threat but as someone he could actually talk to and even befriend.

"*sigh*... I still hate the idea, but I'd rather being sealed inside you than someone who only wants my power. You at least made it seem as if you wanted to protect me"

"Hehe, clever. I thought you had completely fallen for it"

"The only reason it went through is because it was partially the truth. You really don't agree with us being sealed, but you'd rather do it than risk total destruction. And I get it. I even agree to some point"

As anticlimactic as it would seem, Isobu just agreed to be sealed within me. I had to thank Nature and Shirohada deeply for that one, since I was only able to talk to him so comfortably because they guided me towards Sage Mode. By how happily she was wrapping me, my gratitude reached her.

"Ok, the sealing process will be lengthy, but I was able to make it so that you aren't trapped in a prison all the time"

"How so? Well... I tinkered with the seal a little bit... so that it would bind you but not imprison you. You can't leave me, but otherwise have complete freedom. It was my way of protesting to you being a weapon"

What I hadn't told Isobu was that I had been also working on making the Seal's part of my mindspace into the most comfortable environment for both of us. That way, we would have a nice place to enjoy our conversations.

The longest part of the sealing process was setting everything up. To do so, first of all, Isobu had to go to the surface. Imagine Anko's surprised expression when I appeared on a Bijuu's head as if he was a good friend of mine. It took a while for her to accept everything that Yamato and I told her, but in the end she just accepted that Bijuu's, much like people, hace personalities of their own. Isobu... well, he liked efficiency... ok, he was outright lazy. He slept most of the time and only acted when necessary.

Once I was dry, I removed the top part of my clothing and took my Fuinjutsu kit, which was composed of a everything needed to make the ink and a couple of different sized brushes. Everything was top quality, since I didn't wank to risk something going wrong because of a bad material. Besides, with the money Hiruzen had assigned to me, I could afford an entire year of the supplies needed.

The first part was making the ink, for which sat in Seiza and took a Sumi stick, my ink stone and borrowed a bit of water from the lake. Grinding the Sumi stick on the stone carefully, the water started to become darker until it turned completely black. The process was lengthy, around fifteen minutes, so I could only guess how anxious Anko was feeling. Me, on the other hand, was completely focused on my task.

Mixing a few drops of blood into the ink, I dipped the brush in it and drew the seal. Drawing the seal took around half an hour for each time I did so, which meant an hour in total since I had to draw it in Isobu too. Once that was done, I just had to perform the ritual.

Placing four candles in the shape of a square between Isobu and myself, I placed my hand on his seal -which was on his forehead- while he touched my own seal -which I had drawn in my heart- with his finger. Once we created a natural flow of chakra between us, I was able to call out the seal.

"Eight Trigrams Sealing Style!"

Isobu disappeared from where the lake and, while I felt a sudden surge of power going inside me, I fainted.

Did you guys enjoy this chapter? I enjoyed the most fleshing out the process of sealing Isobu, since I had been thinking on how to do the seal for a couple days now. And yes, the part of convincing Isobu was anticlimactic but... Isobu is shown to be lazy and he was given an easy way out.
