Chapter 9: Getting Ready 

On the way back to town Malik had them traveling in style. Being transported by horse and carriage. 

"I thought you said we would be trying not to attract attention", Shizune said. 

"Don't worry love," Malik said from her lap. 

"Can you please move your head now, this is very inappropriate". She said. 

"Can I please just have 5 more minutes," Malik said. 

"Fine," She sighed. 

"Shizune, that's the 6th time he asked for 5 more minutes", Tsunade said but Shizune didn't answer but instead just looked dejected. 

Malik took this time to finally spend his points, he also figured out that most quests only gave points do not experience which disappointed him. He bought one new skill that popped up and one old one. 

Hunters Mark Lv.2 

Hunters Mark: place a mark on a person, this will give you a detailed description of them, and their current location. Affection gain is increased but so is Affection loss. (You must see the person to use the skill. A number of marks equals the user's level (Warning: some characters may notice the mark on themselves, you have been warned.) 

Plot Armor Lv2: 

Plot Armor: ( You gain a little plot armor, an amount based on Fame, Wealth, who you know, and your level.) 

These two skills seemed best suited for his current purposes. 

[Flash Quest: Get a Kiss from Shizune and/or Tsunade: 150 for each - (Bouns: 100 if you get them to flash you) 

After reading that Malik placed a Hunters Mark on Shizune making sure to catch her attention when he rube her stomach. 

 As Malik marks Shizune with his Hunters Mark, she looks at him in surprise, her hand instinctively going to her stomach where he placed the mark. She can feel the tingling sensation of the magic, and she gives him a confused look. "What is this, Malik?" she asks, her voice quiet. "Oh shit, I didn't know it would show up as an actual tattoo, my bad", Malik said 

Tsunade, noticing the exchange, raises an eyebrow but says nothing. She continues to watch the two of them, her eyes narrowed in thought. 

Malik grins mischievously at Shizune, not enjoying the fact that he's caught her off guard. "It's a little something I picked up on our journey," he says, "It'll help us out in the long run . . . maybe . . ." 

Shizune rolls her eyes, but there's a small smile on her face. As the carriage continues to roll along the bumpy road, Malik is eager to test it out. He looks over at Shizune, who seems to be lost in her own thoughts. Malik decides to try and use his Hunters Mark skill on her again, but this time he's more careful about it. He reaches out and gently touches her hand, placing the mark on her subtly. 

Shizune feels the mark being placed on her hand, but she doesn't react outwardly. Instead, she looks at Malik with a raised eyebrow, as if questioning what he's up to. Malik just grins and leans back in his seat, enjoying the feeling of having a secret. 

Tsunade, noticing the exchange between the two of them, decides to speak up. "Alright, you two, what's going on here?" she asks, her voice stern. "What are you doing with that mark, Malik?" 

Malik looks over at Tsunade, trying to come up with a quick explanation. "Oh, this?" he says, holding up her hand to show the mark. "It's just a little something I picked up on my journey. It helps us keep track of each other, that's all." 

Tsunade narrows her eyes, not entirely convinced. "I see," she says. "But why did you place it on Shizune without her knowledge or consent?" 

Shizune speaks up before Malik can answer. "It's fine, Tsunade," she says. "I trust Malik. He wouldn't do anything to hurt me." 

Tsunade nods, but she still seems skeptical. "Alright." 

("Are my powers Evil, either way, I feel bad now, I think it would be best to just ignore the quest for now, I need to focus on the party anyway.") 

After Entering the Village Malik had to pop his head out a few times to make sure everything was okay and also to tell the (poor) people on the streets to move out of their way, like a true gentleman. 

Pulling up to his house the front door as if it were alive expanded and grew to the size that could accommodate the carriage as it pulled inside the house. They got out and the carriage pulled away down a hallway disappearing. 

"What the hell just happened, where are we?" Tsunade said while looking around the expansive house. 

"We're inside my house, you silly person with your silly questions," Malik said as he clapped twice, summoning a herd of maids and butlers. 

"WELCOME HOME MASTER MALIK," they all said. 

"Master Malik", a female Buttler said while approaching him, "what room are we using for the party, we've been setting up everything, but it seems we still need a location". 

Malik pointed at a random wall, a set of doors appeared as if they were always there. "That one, any more questions". 

"No sire, thank you," She said. 

"Fantastic, try to make yourselves at home, everyone's new here so I'm sure it will be a bonding experience, if you ladies need anything please seek help from the staff, if you need me just clap your booty cheeks 3 times and think of home, I'm positive that we'll help." He said while walking away. 

"I already regret coming here", Said Tsunade. 

Making his way into the Village again he made sure to change inro something that wasn't as flashy. Walking around for a while, greeting and talking to people, he finally sees the person he's been looking for. 

"You there, poor boy", He says pointing at Naruto Uzumaki. 

"Huh, oh hey Malik", Naruto said. 

Malik has run into Naruto before (If you remember, that was his first quest, but it was almost like the universe was too lazy to write him in), Malik would usually stay away from him though because he was very load. 

"Welcome back, by the way, I would ask if anything interesting happened while you were away but I'm sure it was fine. By the way, you look hungry here", Malik said while handing him a box filled with backed goods he pulled out of nowhere. 

"Free Food! Thanks" Naruto said. 

"I need you to do me a favor Naruto my man, Tomorrow I'm having a party, your invitation is in the mail, anyway, I need you to ask Sakura to come for me, I have a feeling she doesn't want to see my face. 

"Hmmm, sure but before our Team left for the mission she did run home to ask her mom to check on you, I think she was worried that you might have died or something," he said while stuffing his face. 

"Thank you for telling me that, but I still think it would be best for you to ask for me . . . also you should invite Hinata Hyūga," Malik says 

"Who?" Says Naruto 

Malik proceeded to flick him on the forehead. 

"Aww, Fine but why?" Naruto asks 

"Because Neji will most likely be following," Malik said with an evil (Gentlemen) smile. 

"I don't know who Neji is, but I guess I can do that, do you have any more food?" Naruto asks. 

"Thank you," Malik said while handing him 2 more boxes.
