At this time, there were several individuals in the Hokage office, including the copycat ninja Kakashi, Asuma Sarutobi, Kurunai Yuhi, and two elderly members of the council, Homura and Koharu. On the hogake seat, Tsunade Senju sat.

Tsunade sighed as she realized the lad in front of her would not change when it came to upsetting the populace.
She turned to him and asked, "So... why are you early in the village, there are still six months left in your training?"
While Tsunade was asking him a question, Naruto turned to face the people surrounding him.
"Per-aham," Jiraiya Sansei had nothing to teach me; I have learned everything from him." Naruto was honest with her, knowing that Jiraya had nothing to impart to him.

The three shinobi observed that he had changed so much – his hair, eyes, and his overall appearance had all undergone a transformation.

They remembered that his mother had the same hair as him, so they didn't comment on it, assuming that these changes were due to his Uzumaki genes.

As for his eyes, they could tell that they were not normal eyes. They all knew that Naruto had gone with Jiraiya to train the chakra of the Nine-Tails, so they thought that due to the Kyubi's chakra, his eyes had changed.
Similar to how his whisker marks had formed due to the influence of the Kyubi's chakra when he was younger, they believed that with age, the marks would disappear.

The two elders seemed indifferent to Naruto's physical appearance and behavior.
Their primary concern was to mold him into a submissive tool, a weapon serving the interests of Konoha.

Naruto nodded in acknowledgment to Tsunade's instructions, then turned to face Kakashi and the two other Jonin present. He greeted Kakashi with a friendly tone, saying, "Hello, Kakashi-sensei. How are you... Do you still miss your student?"
Kakashi responded with a casual "Yo! Naruto," waving his hand and offering a smile with his visible eye.

The atmosphere in the room was very suitable until Koharu opened her mouth.
She didn't feel she was receiving the respect she deserved.
As an elder of Konoha, she believed that nobody had the right to ignore her.
This perceived disrespect toward her hurt her ego, and the same could be said for Homura.

Koharu and Homura became enraged upon hearing this.
Koharu said with visible wrath, "We are the elders of Konoha; everyone should respect us. Not even the Hokage himself dared to disregard us."
"What does it matter to me that you are Konaha's seniors," asks Naruto.
This time, Homura spoke, certain that he would teach the child a lesson. "Boy, don't overstep your bounds. As the jinchuriki, you should obey all orders from your superiors," he said.
Unbeknownst to them all, as the conversation progressed, the temperature increased, and sweatdrops began to form on their foreheads.
Naruto started to become irritated with their attitude, 'Should I kill them,' he suddenly thought, because of these people his life has been miserable in the village.
"Jinchuriki is the village's weapon, and you..." Koharu glared at him angrily and said, "Don't even think you can decide anything. Your only role is to serve the village. How dare you disobey me."

Looking down at them, Naruto says, "This is not even a fraction of my true power,"

"Now get out.."Naruto's chilling demonstration came to a swift end as he waved his hand, causing the nightmarish vision of the Nine-Tails and the repeated deaths to disappear.
In the blink of an eye, they were back in the Hokage's office, facing Naruto's triumphant smile.

"Now, do you believe me? Do you understand what it means to be a perfect jinchuriki?" Naruto's voice held a hint of amusement as he leaned in close between the two elders, whispering his words into their ears.

His whispers echoed audibly throughout the room, ensuring that everyone present could hear his message.
