Chapter 107

"She must've been quite exhausted." Takeshi walked over and stared at Rin for a few seconds. The girl was sleeping soundly, exhausted from the chakra depletion. 

Urgent orders could be heard coming from inside the tent. Takeshi being curious looked around, then poked his head into the tent. Finding everyone being quite busy. 

He used Multi-size Jutsu to increase his size and body and put Rin on his back.

At that moment, a cry of surprise came from behind. Takeshi turned around carefully and saw a female ninja about thirteen years old. She looked like she was also a medical ninja. Takeshi's size really scared her.

He stared at her, then whispered, "I am her partner, is there a place where she can rest here?" 

"Yes, yes, uh, do you need help carrying her?" The female ninja spoke out of habit, as a medical ninja she was used to such actions, but after speaking, she felt that Takeshi definitely did not need help.

After all, for such a big cat, he must be much stronger than herself.

Minato entered the tent, looked around for a few seconds, and then explained the situation: "We should stay here for a while. Yesterday, Hizashi-senpai reported an combat merit for Takeshi and proposed that you be promoted to rank of Special Jonin." 

'Special Jonin?' Takeshi was happy. Hizashi was so amazing that he actually did such a big thing when he went back.

Although...generally speaking, he was unlikely to be considered a Special Jonin at a glance, but he could still get that rank. 

"Has the village agreed?" Rin's eyes lit up. She was not very possessive of Takeshi. She would be happy if Takeshi could get a formal ninja rank and go out on missions independently.

"Hahaha, probably not, but I also mentioned Takeshi's previous performance. Independent combat merit should be no problem. In addition, your Chunin promotion has been received. Congratulations to you, Rin, you are a Chunin from today on." Minato took out a scroll from his waist.
