Hyoketsu appears!

"What?? Hyoketsu appeared in the Kumo-Front?"

"Yes, Hokage-sama. Izumi ordered his army to retreat while he and the Raikage try to stall the Judges."

'I hope you don't die Izumi...'

"Raikage, we should place our previous hate back and try to come out alive."

"Sure, boy."

The Black Judge with his dark-grey wings was in the air watching these two. He had a little smirk on his face which no one could see except Konan who already felt that Izumi was having fun.

"Welcome to your hearing. Your offenses are starting a large-scale war."

"Cut the crap, come down here!"

The Raikage had already activated his Lightning Cloak again and was waiting for the Black Judge to come down.

"Very well, I shall fulfill your last wish."

The White Judge was still flying and the Black Judge came down, now in front of the Clone Izumi and Raikage.

A didn't wait any longer and directly attacked him with Clone Izumi throwing Shurikens at an even faster speed than the Raikage's.

The Shuriken halted in the air in front of the Black Judge, still spinning but not moving forward.

The Raikage arrived and attacked him but only for the Shurikens to fly at him now. Not seeing any possibility to dodge, he just let himself get hit. Having certain confidence in his defense.

And he did have the right to be confident, the Shuriken bounced off his armor and only dented it a bit which went away a second later.

This happened not even in a second and he was still lunging at the Black Judge.

'I should steal this Lightning Cloak, my Godspeed only makes me faster but doesn't give me this defense.'

When the Raikage's fist was in front of his face, it suddenly stopped.

He was completely still in the air.

'What is this? Why can't I move? I can't even open my mouth.'

He was flung away back to where he was. He coughed out blood in the air, after landing many of his bones were broken.

Izumi used this opportunity to use Suchiru and steal all of the Raikage's abilities.

'Hmm... This Black Lightning Kekkei Genkai is pretty cool.'

The Clone Izumi dispelled itself after seeing no need for being there anymore.

"For starting a war your verdict will be death!"

Konan spoke in an imposing tone. It was even more overbearing than any Kage, you couldn't even think about denying it.

Of course, it was made through Gen-Jutsu. Konan had the Mangekyou Sharingan and no one could escape her Genjutsu.

But Konan's Genjutsu was special, it was an ability of her Mangekyou. It was called Shinjitsu, the Truth.

Everything that Konan spoke after activating it, would become the truth of the world. It was a bit like Izanagi and Izanami together.

She was able to make use of it in very different ways, for example, she could use her Mangekyou on her paper and everyone who would see what was written on it would take it as their truth.

It was even more powerful than the Kotoamatsukami.

The Raikage was helplessly in front of raw power. He took a Kunai and rammed it in his heart.

"Haha, this will confuse them seeing the Raikage holding a Kunai stabbed in his heart."

Both of them then went teleported away. Konan also learned something similar which was Clone Replacement.

She could basically replace her Paper Clones and like this having a form of teleportation.

You have to know that Konan's paper clone basically sucks little to no chakra and she has a lot of them everywhere.

She replaced the clone who was retreating with the army and Izumi put a little Genjutsu on him and went after them.

On the way, he tried to combine Godspeed with Lightning Cloak. He had some success but he still had to try some things out.

Not long after he could already see the army, the fight didn't last for long. The longest part was letting the army retreat and waiting for them.

'I really want the Dust Release Kekki Tota. I always thought that Onoki used it so stupidly. If it could destroy into a molecular level, why couldn't it create things like this?'

Izumi was already thinking about how to attack Iwagakure when he heard the surprised gasps of the Shinobi.

Nodding at them, he said

"I will go to the Hokage to report some things, Kumogakure won't be a problem in the short while."

With Konan, he rushed back to Konoha.

"Uh, it was really boring with these guys..."

"Haha, you still had me." Konan said while chuckling

Izumi hugged Konan from behind and both of them stopped in their tracks.

Konan rotated her head a bit to see Izumi's head resting on her shoulder.

"I love you, Konan. I don't really know what I would do without you." Konan was surprised and happy because there were not many times Izumi spoke about his feelings.

Konan patted his head and whispered

"I love you too."

They stood there for a while hugging.

"You mean, The Third Raikage is dead?"

"Jup"

Hiruzen massaged his temples thinking about the consequences

"How did you escape?"

"I used a forbidden Jutsu that I made"

"*sigh*" The Hokage didn't know how this would affect the war in total. Kumo and Iwa were the biggest threats and now with their Raikage dead through Hyoketsu, it became a bit unpredictable.

Izumi told the Hokage that Hyoketsu seemingly didn't want them to start a war.

"Let's just wait and see. You will go to Minato, they are soon going to attack Kanabi Bridge, I hope you can help them."

"Sure thing, old man."

Hiruzen only shook his head as Izumi vanished leaving the window open.

"Why do they use the window all the time, there is a door..."
